I cannot recommend Dr. Seth Probert highly enough. His compassion, patience, and genuine care for his patients are truly unmatched. I began seeing him after an auto accident left me dealing with daily pain and extreme discomfort, and from the very first appointment he was incredibly informative, thorough, and attentive.

Dr. Probert took the time to carefully explain every aspect of my treatment options, especially the pros and cons of the spinal cord stimulator trial, making sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. When issues or concerns came up, he went above and beyond by personally calling me to talk through them and provide reassurance. At no point did I ever feel pressured or treated like “just another patient.” He always made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.

What stands out most is his integrity and strong moral character. It is rare to find a physician who combines such a high level of professionalism and expertise with true compassion and empathy. I am incredibly grateful for the care he has provided and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Probert to anyone seeking a doctor who truly puts his patients first.

I had an issue involving my former attorney's office and I asked Savante, the billing coordinator, for a copy of my bill from the office. After a week I discovered that the document was never sent. So I asked to speak to a supervisor. Loretta answers the phone, she is the wife of the doctor and the office administrator. She was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. She referred to my concerns as drama and refused to send the documents as requested despite the way my time was treated. It was dismissive and incredibly uncalled for.

The girl who answers the phones, I believe her name is Jojo, is completely inept. I called multiple times a day for over a week to make an appointment and she had the same story every time: the system was down, the lady who does the scheduling isn’t available, we’ll for sure call you back etc. She took my insurance info every time too. And did I ever get a call back from them? Nope!! The last time we spoke I nicely voiced my frustrations and she said she understood and she’d take care of it right then and there and of course she’d … call me back. Did she call me back? Of course not!! I was able to get into two different orthopedic surgeons immediately and I couldn’t manage to book one appointment here even though this is where I was referred. Also I’ll note my case is severe, so while other doctors were getting me in asap this girl Jojo couldn’t give me the time of day. Quite unbelievable honestly.

Wow, my first visit with Dr. Muir was incredible, he didn't butt around the bush, he came straight forward with what he felt the problem was, then the MRI was ordered, when i returned he knew exactly what was going to happen, surgery. I had surgery, a plate and 3 screws in my cervical area of the neck, he is more than professional, he knowledge is just incredible.
His assistant Kristy is the bomb, her personality is awesome and bedside matter is great, these two together make one hella team.................

Awesome staff and thorough Doctors. I was extremely nervous, anxious and not at ease at all before my procedure. Even with my attitude the staff was understanding and put all my concerns to ease. I highly recommend Dr. Muir office. They are indepth and will go over things with you until you are comfortable. Thank you guys.
