Recently I had an emergency situation that required several new crowns; the Dream Dental staff gave me priority treatment and soon were applying temporary crowns while the permanent ones were being processed. A few short days later the beautiful new ones were applied and now I once again have a beautiful smile.😁

Let me start by giving a little back story.. I have been completely poor my whole adult life so taking care of my teeth always fall by the wayside. I mean its between my teeth and putting food on the table right.. Iam also a pain management patient for my back, so walking into a dental office I fear judgement as my teeth are wrecked. There was none of that here I was treated kindly from the minute I walked in the door. No Judgement just empathy. I had to have a tooth removed because the pain and infection was horrid.. The doc wanted it out that morning so I was ushered over to their anesthesiologist. This is where the pain management part comes in. We went over all my meds and decided on the best course of action taking into account all my meds and how often I have to take them. (It was so amazing to feel like I did not have to hide my med list in fear of judgement). Then the doc came in and extracted, I felt nothing. It was the most amazing dental experience I have ever had. A day later my face doesn't feel like it was ran over by a train and I was able to sit at my computer and do some work. I feel so much better. You all made my quality of life so much better. I cant say Thank You Enough!

I went in as an emergency appointment and they saw me the next day. Excellent work, I can’t believe it I so happy I got a bone graft and an implant in one day. Now time to heal, my Dr is the best Dr.Lucia Calderon not only is she extremely talented but she is also a very good person and tears came to my eyes when I saw me able to smile again. I just stared going here due to my old dentist not taking INS anymore. I have severe anxiety with bad past dental experiences. I broke a crown on an old implant and the doctor was able to match and fit the new crown without removing the implant. The entire staff is amazing and so caring. The doctor was very gentle and caring.
I just had my first cleaning today and the hygienist was excellent as well. I am very happy with this place.

I have been dealing with a baby tooth with one of my front teeth my entire life. It finally fell out and Dr. Benjamin did an implant on me. I am so impressed with the final crown and the level of service that I received from both him and his staff. I appreciate that fact he offered sedation so that I did not have to experience any unnecessary pain.
I need one more implant and he will be doing it this month. My only regret is that I should have done this sooner.

I was a potential client in their office. They submitted my auth papers with no narrative and no xrays. This ended up delaying the process with my insurance.
I called them almost every day asking them if they got an approval and they had no urgency to check on it etc.
The lady up front is so sweet but the manager and the dr is so RUDE and Incompetent. She had the nerve to yell at me over the phone saying I call every day, and I said yeah, I do bcuz you guys aren't on top of it with the insurance, so I have to do your job for you.
I will NEVER let them touch my MOUTH. I don't want someone like that working on my teeth.

Thank you for treating me and my mom like family. My mom told me to only go here and now i see why, after their care my teeth have been healthy. I usually always have to get fillings but they did such a good job that even after 2 years my teeth are okay! I can't say enough great things about Dream Dental. I've been seeing Dr. B for around ten years and have no desire to find another dentist (hopefully he never leaves Vegas). At this point, I feel like he and his staff are my friends lol. Shoutout to Zamie, Mel, Sammie, and Isela!

I have arch implants on both sets of teeth. While it was a daunting process, Dr. B and his wonderful staff were so professional and gentle with me every step of the way. Their follow up care has been exceptional as well.

At my most recent visit I also received an IV for NAD+. I highly recommend it. I could feel the difference in every cell of my body right away. I've never left a dentist office feeling better! I took 500mg and the IV drip takes around 2 hours. They were working on my teeth simultaneously, so it was a very productive visit.

I went in for a second opinion. First of all, walking into the office was just beautiful. The ambiance was unlike any office I’ve ever been to. The front office and the assistants were very friendly and attentive. Dr Benjamin didn’t have any idea what was told to me from a prior visit with a different dental office. He gave a thorough and clear explanation of what my mouth was going through. I then explained to him the other dental office wanted to do. He said that the procedure that WAS going to be done should be held off for at least 4 months to allow the trauma that I just went through with my mouth to heal and see if I will be able to keep my teeth vs extracting and putting in implants. I brought a good friend to Dr. Benjamin for an estimate to do his bottom teeth in an implant of his bottom teeth. Yesterday he went in and had five teeth extracted. On top of that four implants were put into the bone which holds the entire bottom replacement teeth. He looks great. There has been zero pain at all. He had a nice chewy bagel for breakfast today. They gave me false information of what they could do. Charge me 165 for an x-ray that was poorly done so I couldn’t even take it to another dentist. Dr. Gallardo worked on me in the military at nellis Afb but also works here and I want to give him a huge shoutout! Doctor Benjamin was actually the worst dentist I have ever been to... It took 3 months of redoing and redoing my partial ust to get them to fit... Which they never did....he told me I needed oral surgery for my supposedly deformed mouth. Another dentist got them done perfectly in 10 days and my teeth are beautiful.. I called Dream dental and they got me in right away. I'm one of those people who get mad anxiety with the dentist and always use sedation.

Dr. Patterson and her team were all amazing. She made me feel very relaxed and got my tooth fixed with a crown the next day under mild sedation . Never have a I felt so relaxed and taken care of at a dentist before. Also used all the modern equipment I have never even seen before in Canada.

"I recently had the best dental experience at Dr. Benjamin's practice, and I can confidently give it a five-star rating. Dr. Benjamin is truly in a class of his own. After having three crowns done by a previous dentist (who is no longer working there), I thought the job was good enough. However, when Dr. Benjamin did my last crown with a root canal, I was blown away. The precision and expertise he displayed were truly remarkable.

But that's not all. I had been neglecting a rotten tooth for over a decade due to financial constraints, and finally, Dr. Benjamin started working on an implant for me. The tooth was barely there, and I warn you, it looked horrible (see the photo). However, Dr. Benjamin smoothly and painlessly extracted it today. I didn't even feel when he pulled it out, and I was worried it would break.

I also want to express my gratitude to Laren, the hygienist. She did an incredible job cleaning my teeth with great gentleness. In the past few years, I've had multiple issues with hygienists, including two incidents where they knocked out part of my fillings. But Laren's approach was impeccable, and she took utmost care throughout the cleaning process.

Lastly, I want to thank Zami, who greets you with a warm smile at the front desk. She is always in a good mood and sets a positive tone for the entire visit. Mel, the assistant, is also fantastic. She is focused, assists the dentist flawlessly, and ensures your comfort without causing any discomfort. I've had experiences at other places where assistants can be quite uncomfortable, but not with Mel. She is truly great.

I was introduced to Dr.Ilya Benjamin by his office manager Sam. I called her from Germany asking for help because one of my from tooth on my partial denture came out.
She was so kind to call me back and assured me that
Dr.Benjamin could help me as soon as I come back.

Indeed it is always the office person who is the door opener so to speak for the dentist.
Dr. Benjamin discussed very thoroughly what option I had instead , because I wanted to get rid of my partial denture.
He really took his time during examination and it brings a smile to my face that he is such a tech guy!!
He uses the latest equipment in his nice Dream Dental office and that is also much easier for a patient.

Anyway, the surgery was a piece of cake and what I really like is how professional and thoughtful he is.
There are quite some steps after the implant procedure
and he always takes his time to address the additional steps that need to be taken.

My experience at Dream Dental was a very positive one. The staff are knowledgeable and experienced, the waiting room was comfortable and calming. Debbie and Zammy, the receptionists, were attentive, friendly and welcoming. Lisa made me a night guard. It was ready for me promptly and it is the best one I've had. I appreciated Dexter's patience and time as he made multiple adjustments to assure the night guard was a perfect fit. Thank you, Dream Dental.

Dream Dental tried to steal over $2000 from my father. My father was a patient of Dr. Benajmin and put a deposit down for $5000 but after some treatment we decided to switch to another dentist. When I asked Dream Dental to give back the money not spent, they said the entire deposit was spent. I believed them, but later when I asked for an itemized bill, there were suspicious charges. The bill listed two crown procedures that were never done and an unspecified charge over one thousand dollars for a total of $3000. When I questioned them about these charges, they could not answer for them and refused to give back more than $1000 dollars. I had to threaten to sue them before they gave back around $2000. I'm grateful I got that much back, but be forewarned.

I found Dream Dental through a Google search. My husband is terrified of dentist and must be sedated for any and all procedures. We had been jerked around at two different places before I found Dream Dental, and my husband was ready to live with a broken crown. I convinced him to go to one more place, and I am so grateful he agreed! Debbie at the front desk is so nice and personable! Dr. Ilya Benjamin was compassionate and understood my husbands fears. Both my wife and I are Dr. Benjamin's patients at Dream Dental, and we feel so lucky to have found this dental office through extensive search. Dr. Ilya Benjamin is by far the best dentist we've ever met.

We both have quite a few problem teeth that require treatment, and Dr. Benjamin suggested that we get dental implants after a very informative free consultation with initial examination during which he explained in exhaustive details about the implant procedures. We were very much impressed with Dr. Benjamin's professional knowledge and amiable personality, and agreed to get the implants.

During the several months thereafter, we made a couple of trips to the dental office and were cordially greeted by his friendly staff, and were promptly called in at the scheduled time. The office is super clean and the equipment looks very modern with advanced technology. They have scanners that can find cavities and pockets deep inside the gum, and they use the computer to make precise impressions for the crown instead of using the old-fashioned putty-like compound.

Dr. Benjamin's chairside manner is equally impressive. While initiating a small chat with us to soothe our nervousness, he would explain what he was going to do and ask if we felt pain or sore. He was very gentle at each step of extracting the bad teeth and placing the metal implants, and we had crowns installed about four months later. We didn't feel any pain throughout the procedure.

We've really enjoyed working with Dr. Benjamin to get our dental health well taken care of by a competent and knowledgeable dentist. We have no reservation whatsoever to recommend Dream Dental to our friends and relatives, or whoever needs good dental care.

I have been to so many dental clinics in my life but never had an experience of an extra ordinary wow and satisfaction like I have here at the dream dental. I feel so especial, everyone were so friendly. I didn’t feel like I’m just a number. Betty, the receptionist provided an outstanding help with consultation. She’s very informative. Dr Benjamin really pays attention to your dental needs, he really cares and very passionate about what he does to your dental issues. I am a dentist panic person. The officeoffice makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive at the office
They take you into a comfortable space where they review your dental needs before taking you to meet with the dentist.
The dentist does an initial look and let's you know what he can do realistically.
They then give you exact cost of procedure.

My first visit with Dream Dental today was
Amazing ! Lets start with the beautiful clean office centrally located on W Sahara You walk in and greeted by Betty with a warm welcome. From there you go to a room for consulting the reason of your visit. Betty listens attentivtively , from here brings in Dr Benjamin who makes you feel comfortable to discuss.the many options available to meet your needs. Lookin forward to my next visit to have my dental work completed.!

Having recently moved permanently to Las Vegas I did some research to find Dream Dental. My first visit with was for cleaning and consultation for repair of a chipped front tooth. Dr. Benjamin is so kind, patient and professional. He has extensive knowledge and skills to make the dream smile that I wanted with affordable cost. Cannot be any happier. Great, great experience having a very bad tooth extracted. It was so bad they had to sedate me. Don’t even remember sleeping. Just got up, and all was done. Beyond belief that I am the first to review Dr Benjamin. Ilya is the most amazing, talented, caring gentle and kindest dentist I have ever dealt with in my life. I was very VERY hesitant to go and see any dentist. Alas I knew I had to. A friend referred me to Ilya, Still not wanting to go, I knew I had too. Believe me, Drills, Needles and any other utensils that are used in the medical field give me the hee bees. This Gentleman is without doubt a credit to his profession. Then add to this the wonderful and TRULY caring staff. From the moment you walk in to leaving If I had 10 Thumbs they would be all up along with my toes!! Enough said..
