Tengo casi 2 años trayendo a terapias aqui ahi a mi hija y ase 2 semanas se me perdio mi celular en la l lugar y la encargada no ha querido revusar las camaras ya que dentro d emi telefono habia targetas importantes como mi permiso de trabajo asi que es un lugar inseguro en donde si te sucede algo no recibiras ningun tipo de ayuda ni atencion.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they violated HIPPA regulations by talking about patients and the patients family to others outside of the facility they're very unprofessional, unorganized and very unsanitary. Barn staff will clean stalls in the back and walk in the facility with horse droppings under their shoes and track it all on the floor where patients walk and play it’s truly DISGUSTING!!!

The staff and the therapists make this place so much better! Yes, it can use some cleaning and be a bit more organized however, they are working on it. I was so skeptical after reading the reviews and was ready to pull my son… I’m glad I didn’t.

Ms. Jamie (PT) really loves the kids like her own and my son is very comfortable with her. She also helped me get a referral so he can get checked out (thank you so much) ! We came here because he seemed to be in pain when he would stand. He was 16 plus months not standing or showing progress to walk independently. Coming to Dream Therapies helped so much because the referrals helped us narrow down the issue and Ms. Nikki (OT) gave me pointers on what to ask and look for! Ms. Nikki is also very very detailed and has phenomenal observation skills. Ms. Amy is on speech and she is very detailed and keeps in the loop on what is going on. Jennifer (OT) is nice and great with the kids as well, allowing to explore their independence.

I’m so thankful for the therapists and friendly staff… (Ms. Maria, Alexis, and Thalia, Vanessa) if you can get past the minor hiccups trust me you and your child(ren) will make progress. Also, speak to them and voice your concerns … the friendly environment makes it easier to get things and to speak up!

My son is now walking and standing up and he’s even more confident than ever ! Thank you Dream therapies !!!

Management and office staff are always friendly and willing to work around our schedules, especially on my hectic weekends of last minute needs. We have been coming here for more than 3 years, and have yet to be disappointed. My children receive PT, OT, and Speech and I highly recommend Dream Therapies for your child's therapy needs. My kids especially LOVE the horses.

Place is dirty and dusty. Toys are old and dirty. And they need to train/get new horses. Owner was always canceling horse sessions leaving my kids disappointed and unregulated to do PT indoors. No warning or heads up. We would plan for hippo sessions and show up and always canceled at least 50% of the time. Extremely disappointed. They have such a strict schedule for parents to follow on attendance yet they can’t even keep the scheduling themselves. Wish they would have provided better service. No point going when you can’t trust them.

My experience with Dream Therapies, especially with my son's therapist, has been exceptionally positive. I called to inquired about what insurance they accept and I was told multiples times that my insurance is accepted. They had me book an appt with my pediatrician to gain a referral both both of my kids for therapy. I called back a couple of days and they told me that she will send my info to billing. 2 weeks later another employee told me that they will now send my info to billing( as if they haven't done it and are barley going to do it) I was frustrated but did not mention anything as it was now getting done. Whatever. A week later I call again and now I'm finding out that they denied my insurance because they don't accept it. Thanks for wasting a whole month of my time and energy🙂 just to tell me you don't accept my insurance. Ridiculous. I don't believe the office knows what they are doing if they aren't even sure what insurance they do accept.

I’ve left 3 messages and no one calls you back to schedule. I left 2 messages with the girl who answers the phone and one written message on their website with Zero response. Why even have a receptionist if she can’t make appointments

I cant say enough good things about Dream Thetapies. They have provided services for several children that have been in my care. I'm a foster parent. They have been attentive to all the individual needs of "my" kids, both emotionally and physically. My kids have all been treated as individuals; never as a "case". My questions are always responded to in a professional manner and I ask a ton of questions. There are several providers in my part of town (NW) and I continue to choose to make the drive to Dream Therapies because I appreciate the kind of caring service they provide.

They have a great staff. Liliana is so wonderful. She has helped me so much with getting my daughter to get approved for her services. I have 3 kids that receive services from Dream Therapies. They all love it here.
My daughter sees Miss Naomi for PT she's so sweet and Loving. My boys have Miss Kim for Speech. She has helped them a lot.

ZERO STARS ::::: This is the worst place for children. I run business of my own even ones that deal with children and if I ran a business like this especially for children I would be ashamed It’s dirty the employees and staff are completely rude and have no idea what they are doing, everyone gives you different answers to your questions. They don’t submit the right paperwork to insurance company’s. They also told my 3 year old she couldn’t use the bathroom inside we had to use the porter potty outside with no access to wash your hands. It’s dirty and not organized at all.

I pulled my son out of here and the company has been harassing me and my family for a month going to CPS, sending letters out to our other doctors.
We met with a different office for our therapy needs and they couldn’t believe the things this office had said for my One year old son ...

I will not go there again. My 15 months old was screaming a whole half hour during his therapy, was obviously afraid of beeing with strangers alone in a room, and they did not even come to get me. i felt like they dont care about my kid at all. Never again.
