I love my dental hygienist Meghan! She really took her time with cleaning my teeth and helped me understand how to take better care of my gums. I felt uncomfortable and they did not want to listen. They just tried to up sell me for a bunch of things. I asked multiple times if I could just get a basic cleaning and my cavity filled but they said no I was gonna need to spend at least $800 on a bunch of other things that she said weren’t 100% necessary, but I should probably do them and probably look into getting cosmetic work done on my teeth my teeth are straight, just a few gaps here and there but way to make me feel really uncomfortable.

I'm a new patient! Glad I was able to find this office place that treats TMJ instead of going to a med spa. Front desk to back office staff was amazing and attentive! There was no wait. Had to go to the ER for my TMJ flare up over the weekend when they were closed, and was able to get with Dr. Torres the following day for Botox injections. Best experience over all.

Eastern Hills Dental’s great! They’re a rare commodity in our current healthcare system - I have never experienced such attention to detail, from start to finish, in regard to molding, shaping, fitting, appearance -even making sure everything sits just right according to bone structure, and your able to pronounce all the hard consonants.
I was amazed. I live on a fixed income, so it took me 3years of saving up my “Flex Card” allotment for dental that my insurance provides to get both upper and lower dentures done. It was SO WORTH IT! Everything else they do is on par - a very user-friendly well oiled machine. Don’t screw up and go somewhere else.

I had an appointment with them, I got several text messages about the appointment, hell I even confirmed it. When I went into the office they said I never had an appointment, which isn't true, they refused to reschedule my appointment, refused to let me speak to a manager, and wouldn't let me do a walk in. I know I had an appointment because my wife was there the day before and the same lady said she saw that there was an appointment for me and my son (we have the same name) yet it was magically never an appointment. Make sure you get a 2nd opinion before performing any services other than cleaning here. They will recommend services that are not needed. They will recommend filling cavities that don't exist or that most dentists would monitor over a longer period.

They said my girlfriend needed a crown and multiple cavities filled. 2nd opinion dentist only found 2 small cavities to fill and no crowns needed.

Let me start of by saying I hate going to the dentist. I imagine most people say the same thing. I went in on 11/8 in the morning to establish care and found out I needed two root canals. They had an availability later that day to get the root canals done. Normally I would’ve put it off, but the staff were so friendly and helpful, I knew they would take care of me. Today (11/9) I don’t feel any pain from the procedure and look forward to continuing my treatment with Eastern Hills Family Dental.

I had a referral to EHF Dental from my oral surgeon to complete my implant. EHFD satisfactorily completed my implant. Since I needed a general dentist provider anyway, and my implant experience was satisfactory, I made subsequent appointments for cleaning and biannual exams. Initially these procedures were also scheduled and performed satisfactorily. However, on my last appointment (made 6 months ahead of time), when I showed up on time for my appointment, No one was there ! The place was CLOSED?!? I called,them while I was out front and got their answering machine and left a message and then drove home. I then made two more attempts to contact EHFD(leaving phone messages both times). I thought perhaps they had gone out of business? They certainly HAD a track record for sending me communications in the past to remind me about an upcoming appointment or nagging me for a review ? Well EHFD, here is my review - UNSATISFSFACTORY and UNACCEPTABLE !

Finding a competent dentist in Vegas who isn't trying to coerce me into thousands of dollars of unnecessary work, or damaging my teeth has been a challenge. Wow! I experienced the Best visit ever to the Dentist! From the entry everyone was so pleasant and positive! I am by nature very observant, the office was extremely clean and high tech with a great look. I enjoyed cool sounds on my own tv with great modern surroundings. The dentist is very nice/very precise, and I really like the dental assistant I always get. She has a great personality and is really good at what she does. She made the perfect temporary tooth for me And did a really smart trick based on the fact I clench my teeth.
The most important thing when doing a filling is to keep everything dry, otherwise you will have a weak bond. The team of two is really good at making sure it stays dry.
The front desk leaves a lot to be desired, and the manager seems heartless. I only hear her decisions since she can’t even make the effort to come out and talk to you, she sends what she seems to see as her lessers to respond for her. Just something I’ve noticed 3 out of 3 times now, but I didn’t say a word about it.
I will continue to get my teeth cleaned there without a doubt.

Stephanie is also a great asset to any dental office!
I met the Dentist today Deanna Mathieson a very warm and welcoming person.

Amazing service… We are fairly new to this practice. My son needed some work done and due to my own bad experiences I now have a fear of the dentist. I gave the dentist a brief explanation of why I have this fear and the staff listened to what I had to say. They assured me they are the best at what they do and patiently explained to me their findings. The did not rush and walked me through what needed to be done and we discussed my options. They even called my insurances (I have dual coverage) to make sure everything was coved and their were no surprise fees or co- pays. My son said they were very gentle and he likes it here. The hygienist was very professional. The staff is courteous and the facility is very clean. I recommend this dentist.

It is hard to imagine anyone looks forward to a dentist visit but I do! From the funny and friendly front office ladies to everyone that works with you in the back, every one puts you at ease lightens your stress. Dr Deanna is patient and kind and has the lightest hand. Shots are slow and easy with so little pain its crazy. Her technique should be taught every where! My teeth finally look amazing and I smile now,
even though I had to learn how to! If you are like me and have had some bad experiences at the dentist you will want to go here I assure you. You won't go any where else after.

Staff was really friendly from the receptionist, to the dental assistant to the dentist. They addressed all of my concerns , fears and questions. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable and I don't feel hesitant to go back like most dental offices❤

I had a consultation here and the doctor as well as the dental hygienist were very informative, talked me through everything I needed to know and ensured that I get the best treatment needed for my teeth. I felt safe in their hands as soon as I got done with that appointment. I just recently had some dental work done with the doctor and doctor Mathisen is amazing, she's sweet, gentle and patient! She gets the job done thoroughly without rushing. All of the staff is very friendly including the receptionists. If you are looking for a new dentist I 10/10 would recommend this place!

Super friendly office! I noticed it as soon as I walked in. It’s beautifully decorated & I loved the county music they were playing.

I had an exam & cleaning. I felt the dental hygienist did amazing job. My teeth haven’t felt this clean!

The dentist herself came in as well & went over my options for a crown. Never felt pressured or lectured.

I highly recommend!
