From start to finish this medical office is top-notch! I was pleasantly impressed with the check-in process and the seamless flow of patients in and out with no disruption! My appointment was not until 11:15 but since I struggled to check in from home, I arrived an hour early. To our surprise, we walked out of the office two minutes before my scheduled appointment which made it an impeccably perfect time to enjoy lunch before the rush. I look forward to my return visit and have dramatically increased my confidence in my upcoming procedures with this incredibly intelligent physician!

Quick, efficient, and quality service provided. I like their computer based check in process. It allows all of your information to be saved electronically so you don't to complete the full packet each time. They sent a prescription right to my pharmacy and I was able to pick it up within the hour which was super convenient. Great facility, nice staff, and the docs took the time to listen to my concerns and assist me.

The staff is always friendly and professional. I never have to wait long once I check in and they also have online check-in. They send friendly reminders about your appointment via text, call, or email. The issue I'm being treated for, Alopecia Areata, has drastically improved. I'm so happy with the results! I highly recommend this facility.

It was great!!, I called at a last minute emergency due to a rash I have never had before and got much worse within a day. I was able to make an appointment without a problem and loved the fact that I was given information, recommendation and education at the same time about my condition. The plan of action was spot on, the swelling went down significantly the day after I took the medication, (after one dose, it’s pretty amazing).. Redness, itching and irritation are still present but I still need to do lab work to find out the source of the problem. I am very grateful I got taken care of on a timely manner and was very pleased with PA Eberhard Maendel. Thank you so much for taking care of me!!

I've been seeing Eb Maendel for about 10 years. During that time, he has been patient with my conservative ways--waiting to start the shots despite it being the best treatment for me. And enduring my paranoia as I age and start seeing sun spots or new moles/freckles. He and his staff have always been kind and timely in submitting my prescriptions. Wait time is usually minimal compared to other doctor visits. It's nice to have an established doctor that I trust.

I really had a terrible call service experience with the call center this office is established with. The young lady was cutting me off in conversation. When I asked, “Her name?” She gave me a bogus name, and hung up on me when I asked to be connected to a Office Manager. I did call the call Service back instantly. Was transferred to Lori, who was going to listen to the calls that should be monitored for quality control. Not really sure what the outcome of this matter was. Hopefully it was resolved.

Everything was great, but the Medical Assistant while looking up the pharmacy seemed to have an attitude when I told her about the zip code. She had said 89024, and I said, no the CVS on Wigwam is 89074. She argued it was 89014 and I kept saying 89074. I just wanted to make sure it was being sent to correct one. When I showed her my phone to show her the zip code she didn’t even turn to look at it.

II's up to you if you want to extend your hours or days. Dr. Eb found my medical issue right away. Dr. Eb and I have had to negotiate the red tape of the Insurance Co. so it took years to get the right medication. I want to thank him and his staff for their continued efforts. I did not know that Eberhard Maendel, PA-C was to be the person attending to me during my recent visit. I was very pleased with the way PA Maendel presented the information to me: clearly, pleasantly and concisely as to what he was looking for, and what he found during the examination.
