After searching Facebook groups I’m in for dentist recommendations, I decided to send my husband here after he cracked a tooth and was in the worst pain of his life.

I searched “dentist” in the group, read through a ton of recommendations, and chose Elegant Smiles because the dentist’s wife had commented on several posts offering to help. I messaged her directly, and she got my husband in to see her husband that same day!

My husband was in so much pain that they had to numb him multiple times before they could extract the tooth. He came home swollen all the way up to his eye because the infection had spread down to the roots. My husband absolutely HATES going to the dentist, but he didn’t have a single negative thing to say about his experience.

The front office staff was also incredible. Since we don’t have physical insurance cards, they had to call and get all of our information, and they handled everything without giving us any hassle.

I will admit, when you look at their website it can seem a little intimidating and very high-end. Their office is beautiful, and they absolutely offer high-end cosmetic services. But don’t let that scare you away if you’re simply looking for an emergency tooth extraction or general dental care. They offer a wide variety of services for all kinds of dental needs.

Dr. Phan was absolutely amazing, and we’re so thankful we found this office. If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend checking out Elegant Smiles!

Was a new patient here and Dr. Phan is so nice. He is very honest and didn’t over diagnose on me. Another office told me I needed a ton of dental work. I found this place after bouncing around several offices and leaving with much dissatisfaction. I think it’s safe to say that I’ve now found my permanent dentist’s office.

The staff is very kind and helpful. They go to great lengths to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The office itself is very clean and welcoming. I was actually feeling so relaxed (rare) because the office offers a nice view of the mountains while sitting in the chair getting procedures done. I almost forgot that I was there for dental work!

Dr. Huynh is phenomenal. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very gentle and kind in her approach. I’m very happy to have found her practice.

My experience began with the warm, welcoming smile from Daniel at the front desk.She was so kind and made me feel comfortable because I was always scared of going to the dentist. Then I met Dr. Phan who was just as warm and welcoming. I was told I needed 9 crowns and I have been told that several months before by a different dentist , but he did not make me feel comfortable. I decided to go ahead and let Dr. Phan do the work. It was a lengthy few visits but Dr. Phan and his assistant Catherine were so amazing and made me feel at home. They were both so attentive and caring about all my feelings. If I felt any discomfort, Dr. Phan would stop immediately and made sure I was comfortable until he continued his perfection!!!! My teeth look and feel amazing and I HIGHLY recommend him. If you want perfection you need to see Dr. Phan because he is the best!!!! Thank you Dr. Phan.

Omg I cannot Express the joy that I had realizing that I didn't need a crown because I was insistent upon not receiving a crown because I didn't feel like I needed one so I contacted elegant smiles, and they confirmed that. Yes I did not need a crown and I was very excited about that. The doctor was very professional very caring her main concern was that the customer was satisfied and I was satisfied, so thank you. This will be my new Dentist due to her honesty she wasn't trying to take me to the bank she was very real and down to earth and i love that about her.

This is the best dentist money can buy hands down. I can tell you the team work is dynamic and the energy is so dope. I can also say this is a very honest dentist. Before I was introduced to this office I had a cavity and a few different dentist searching for the right one, most said I needed a root canal, and I found Elegant smiles, the Doc said you don't need a root canal this tooth can be fixed simple I got you. I was shocked, and sold on the honesty. My tooth is still in great condition thanks to Doc.

They're perfectionist taking quality time for each patient. There is no wait time, your seen immediately upon arrival. I been sold for 3 years now and I have not looked back. I recommend 100%

The best dentist office experience ever. I'd say probably 3 big highlights of this place that allow it to truly stand above all those corporate dental groups (like a certain one I transferred from).

First is the people, man they're some of the warmest I've met outside of perhaps my family and friends, special shoutouts to Dr. Phan (stellar doc with great advice and he's quite funny), Ricky (hygienist who explained everything in incredible detail), and Shonte (I felt like I was talking to my aunt, she asked me all about my day and the like).

Second is the exam chair which doubles as a massage chair, thought about placing this point first because you literally get a massage during your dental cleaning.

Third is the overhead TV that plays beautiful videos (of I think the California coast?) that you can watch while getting your cleaning.

I would recommend this place to everyone, it just feels like a family (you're actually supporting a family business, husband/wife duo), and you feel taken care of here.

9/22 I’m disappointed with my experience at Elegant Smiles. I had a consult and two fillings, but during my last visit, the male dentist began working before the numbing fully took effect, drilling into my tooth as I still had FULL sensation. As a veteran with PTSD, this was especially distressing, and despite my attempt to stop him from continuing and shaking in my seat, he didn’t stop or offer an apology, which felt unprofessional.

I also noticed that with only two dentists working, they seemed rushed and less attentive, constantly moving between rooms.

The only positive note I will leave is that the dental assistant Ricky was hospitable and caring, and Shonte and Susanna at the front desk were knowledgeable and helpful. I hope they can improve patient care in the future, especially considering the number of military patients they see. :/

After your reply to my review you still lack to apologize and take accountability for your actions, that is unfortunate coming from a business who speaks of themselves highly. I was visibly distressed , I waved the Dentists hand away from my face, groaned loudly, and was shaking afterwards. I feel there is no compassion or understanding of how I, a veteran with PTSD was triggered or how I went into shock. I verbally spoke out about the incident with Susanna on the phone because I was not comfortable being in that building and left as quickly as I could. Again, it feels as if I am at fault for not having a quick processing time, I have a hard time expressing myself as it is with all that I have gone through and again hope you have more compassion for your patients and take time to listen and not just try to save your business. I'm a US Navy Veteran and I needed some work done. I can say this is the most high tect office with 3D imaging equipment which makes the process that much better. The staff is very friendly and professional, from the front desk Shonte who takes care of all my paperwork, and Ricky who is my dental assistant are great to work with. The best dentist I’ve ever been to. I had a 3-4 year gap from my last dentist so I needed some fillings tbh. They walked me through everything so smoothly, showing me each tooth and areas of concern and laid out game plan to move forward. Had my first fillings done here this week and they were so much more precise than any other dentist I’ve gone too, and they made sure that I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. I appreciate the doctors and all of their staff is top notch too. Most people are scared to go to the dentist but this office made it so comfortable it eased my nerves about everything. They play a TV during your care and their chairs are part massage chair if you’re into that. Extra bonus

I only pretend to be a tough guy on deployments — when I'm at the dentist I'm a big baby... Nobody likes going to the dentist, Elegant Smiles knows this. They've done a great job making this place look and feel more like a high-end spa than a dentist office. Seriously, it's the nicest dentist office I've ever been to, the first time I walked in I thought I was in the wrong place... Beautiful atmosphere, modern tech, relaxing music, and friendly people — worlds different than the other little-shops-of-horror the VA has sent me to before. And what's even nicer than the "spa" are the people. The staff I met (Shante, Susanna, and the treatment team Dr. Phan and Ricky), are all super nice, patient, understanding, and answered my million nervous questions.

Like many people, I'll never look forward to going to the dentist or people using power drills inside my mouth… But when I can't put it off any longer and it absolutely has to be done, Elegant Smiles is the only place I'm going back to.

The service here at this dental clinic is really good. This clinic is owned by a married couple that are both dentists. They also just hired a new denial assistant named Ricky, and Ricky is extremely detailed in the service that he does. He is also very kind and seems to prioritize good customer service.

I have visited Elegant Smile 3 times in 60+ days and every time, I received outstanding service. I served in the US Army for 30 years and another 16 years as a civilian in the Federal Government. In my experience with both the military and civilian dentists, I have to say that Dr. Phi Phan is the best and most caring Dentist I ever had. I am grateful that he cares about America’s Veterans.

I wish I could give more stars to be honest. I came to Elegant Smiles following a terrible experience at a previous dental office, that left me with an infection, a lot of pain, and needing significant work. Elegant Smiles was recommended by a co-worker who raved about them. I was in quite a bit of pain and the receptionist was kind and worked to get me in immediately. At my first examination Dr. Phan made me feel comfortable and confident in his ability to fix the issue right away. The facility is state of the art. No walking from one x-ray machine and back. You sit in a massage chair and the x-ray machine comes to you. All the work happens, and you don't leave the chair once. Following that exam, I was immediately offered a teeth cleaning. I don't know the Dental Hygienists name, but she was excellent! She utilized a state-of-the-art water powered tool that doesn't hurt and require a lot of the normal tooth scraping with tools. She also made me laugh quite a bit and my teeth felt wonderful when I left.
On my recent appointment yesterday the dental assistant Ricky greeted me at my chair warmly and gave me detailed information on all the work being completed that day. I had a large filling and a temp crown placement happening. The numbing was easy, the work was comfortable, and the sanitizing procedures they use in prepping my tooth for the crown made me feel confident. They show you scans of your teeth as they occur, and you never once feel confused as to what is happening in your mouth. My temp fits like a charm and I have no pain or sensitivity at all. Dr. Phan and Ricky worked so well together start to finish. I never thought getting a crown would be so easy. The best decision I made was switching to this office. I will never go anywhere else.

I was simply amazed with my visit at Elegant Smiles. Upon my arrival I was welcomed by a very warm front office person. In less than 10 minutes I was in the dental chair. The hygienist gave the best teeth cleaning that I had ever experienced. While cleaning my teeth she explained everything that she was doing and provided an explanation. When she was finished she took pics and shared issues of concern and she gave me advice on how I could improve upon my dental care. Dr. Eileen Huynh then came in to review the X-rays and examine my teeth. Dr. Huynh was absolutely incredible! She provided me with sound advice as to how to approach the dental work that was needed. However what I recognized to be most important was her asking me for my input and her wanting me to be very clear on what was needed and the expectations. Dr. Huynh and her staff were absolutely amazing! This was the best dental visit that I had ever experienced. Needless to say I am looking forward to my next visit and I cannot wait to share my experience with friends and family.

I am pretty busy and usually won't sit down to write a review, but I felt this one deserved the time. I had a badly chipped tooth that several dentists told me needed a root canal. I never had any pain in the tooth, so I just felt that it was possible the tooth could be saved. I did some research and read that a Bio dentist is more likely to take the time to save your tooth., so I searched and came across Elegant Smiles. I saw Dr Phan. He did a xray and a couple tests on my tooth and told me he believed he could save it, but he couldn't guarantee it. Well he did indeed save my tooth! I was so happy! I did not need a root canal and my tooth feels great. He also took a tremendous amount of time to make adjustments to my crown to make sure it fit perfectly and I was 100 percent comfortable. I drove across town to this office and will 100 percent do it again. It is definitely a needle in a haystack. The staff are all super polite and welcoming. They actually answer their phones and call you back. The office is super clean. They don't overbook like most offices, so they also run on time. I highly highly recommend them!

All I can say is I cannot recommend this Elegant smiles highly enough! I found out about them while searching for a practice online after a filling in my lower left molar got chipped. I initially went to a different but highly regarded place, only to have the dentist not even examine my tooth for 10 minutes before telling me it had to be pulled. I wanted a second opinion and in my search, I heard of Elegant and made my appointment.

Not only were they able to book me an appointment for the next day, but from beginning to end, provided exceptional service that really blew me away. I was treated by Dr. Phan who was able to properly examine my tooth in a variety of ways, testing sensitivity, x-rays, taking pictures, etc… before laying out the options for me to choose along with his professional recommendation. He was never pushy or in a rush, but gentle and understanding.

After taking all my options into consideration, I chose to do a crown, and with that Dr. Phan was able to do the buildup the same day. I was able to complete the procedure last week and the whole thing couldn’t have gone smoother. The crown itself is also a perfect match for my teeth and feels completely natural. It is almost impossible to tell that I have had any dental work done. I am so impressed with the level of care and attention to detail that this place provides and as someone who is anxious around dentists, Dr. Phan and his staff did a great job putting me at ease.

I also have to praise the rest of the staff as well as they were amazing beginning to end. Stacy & Kaela at the front desk who helped coordinate everything, Marisol & Annie who were the dental assistants who helped take care of me during my visits. The whole office staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I have. I feel like I am in good hands every time I come here!

I wish I could give this dentistry a million stars. I’ve struggled with anxiety when it comes to pain especially at dentist I’ve only ever had bad experiences. I communicated that because I trusted them and they take such good care of me. They make sure I can’t feel any pain or if I do get anxiety they get me water and accommodate me in any way possible with time, patience, netflix to distract, and the massage feature on the chair. They are such kind people here. The assistants remember anything I’ve ever told them which is crazy because they see thousands! You’re always greeted with a gentle voice and smile at the front. 10/10 Highly recommend. Doctors Huynh and Phan are phenomenal . I had severe damage from cancer treatments and grinding. While others wanted to give up, in a sense, and remove my teeth and have me use dentures, they had insight and compassion and formulated a treatment plan that not only solved the issue medically in the short term but had best outcomes for the long term as well. They took into consideration quality of life and mental health, they knew i didn’t want to have dentures when i’m basically still a teen (or 30 same difference lol)! Not only that they even helped us battle with the insurance company. The facility is comfortable, clean, and modern. They hire well the staff is always friendly and caring. The dentistry is impeccable, they make sure the work is not only quality but that you like it. Honestly, Elegant smiles was an answer to months of prayer the discomfort, the difficulty eating, the insecurity about my damaged smile have all gone away. I am forever grateful!

I would give them a negative star if i could i had a root canal done i was brought to the back i was in and out of it from the meds they gave me at the end i started feeling everything and i was crying but they would numb me back up i left they gave me no pain meds or antibiotics then a few days after the pain wasnt going away it was making it worst i eneded up in the hospital because i couldnt stop crying in pain they said it was super infected and had to give me medicine then after all that i went to them still in pain and they said oh we just need to shave down your tooth you will be fine they did this 3 times the fourth time they said oh ill take a xray when you come back i said cant you just go ahead and do it sure enough it was infected all in my roots that they supposed did a root canal on i had to go to a different dentists to get my tooth fixed they said they couldnt save it how bad my tooth was after going to that dr and we had to pay 4000 dollars through care credit but i asked if they could give atleast part of a refund they basically told me to go somewhere else and they arent going to do that that i knew what i was going into when i went there i am just dumb founded on how they could treat me this way and i beleive its a race thing [EDIT]YALL RUINED MY TEETH AND KEPT THE MONEY SAYING IT WAS MY FAULT I CRIED IN PAIN AND BEGGED YALL TO DO SOMETHING AND YALL SAID IT WAS NOTHING.

I chose Elegant Smiles when looking for a dentist near my apartment and saw the great reviews. I have to say the reviews are only the tip fo the iceberg and if I could give 10 stars, I would! I had clear alignment orthodontic therapy done and Dr Eileen and Dr. Phi were both involved in my treatment. They explained the entire process to me and I felt comfortable throughout the entire 6 month process. They are so awesome! I felt my treatment was performed with the highest levels of quality and service. Beyond the treatment, what I absolutely love about Elegant Smiles is their entire staff. These guys are great! Starting from the receptionist, to the dental assistants all the way to Drs. Huynh and Phan. Everyone treats you so well. They make sure you know what's happening (if you wanna know, at least) and that you're comfortable the whole time. They've even taken care to put in amenities for you: like a massage dentist chair and a TV right above it for when your teeth are getting worked on.

Awful! If I could give this place -100 I would! Completely rude, refuse to give a dental plan with a price. When questioned by email I got a letter banning us from the practice and go elsewhere. All because I requested a plan for the full price? It is the law! Clearly wrong doing going on so check what your being charged! DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!! Although I live in California, I followed Dr. Phan from his previous practice to his own new office. I first went to him for a crown, which fit perfectly from the beginning. I appreciate Dr. Phan's conservative approach to restorative dentistry rather than over-rotating on unnecessary cosmetic dentistry. He is thorough with his explanation of what needs to be done and is very meticulous with his work. I continue to return to Dr. Phan for second opinions when local dentists recommend filling replacements, crowns, and even a root canal. In most cases, he has found them unnecessary, and they have continued to last for years. When he does recommend treatment, I make sure to go back to Dr. Phan, with whom I have deep trust.

I went to this place Elegant Smiles to meet with Dr. Eileen Huynh for a regular teeth cleaning for the first time, after having some very bad experiences with Dentists in Las Vegas, Nevada. I just have to say WOW. Dr. Eileen Huynh is amazing, she is very detailed with her cleaning procedure and works very slow to make sure that the job is done right teeth-by-teeth the first time (which is a service I haven't gotten in a while with many fly-by-night dentists here in Las Vegas, Nevada). My teeth haven't felt so clean since I lived in Utah over 10 years ago.

Much to my surprise, her cost and rates are very very reasonable, given the fact that her dental facility is extremely new and modern, so modern in-fact that every chair has a state of the art T.V. on the ceiling where you can watch T.V. while you are getting her teeth worked on. Because of Dr. Huynh's very good and detailed service on my teeth with the filling of the cavity and cleaning, I will definitely be coming back for my regular teeth exams and procedures. I’ve finally found my forever dentists! I’ve lived/worked in the U.S. and several other countries, so I’ve seen my fair share for dentists. By far, Dr. Phan and Dr. Huynh stand far above the rest. I say this with true sincerity — they are highly knowledgeable, personable, and communicative. I always leave learning something new (modern & clean facilities!), and feel comfortable communicating what I’m feeling (during in-person visits or through their very convenient text messaging reminder/communication platform).

What I appreciate about them most is their transparency and honesty. No pressure to get excessive, costly treatments. No shaming for not doing this or that. They were candid and direct from the very start; detailing a comprehensive treatment plan that listed priority treatments, and worked with my insurance to ensure I was clear with my share from the beginning. In my experience, it’s been rare to find dentists like this, so I am grateful for Elegant Smiles. In short, they make going to the dentist a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them!

Before I forget, kudos to their accommodating staff, most especially Annie (dental technician) and Sonia (admin/receptionist) who are welcoming and make every visit enjoyable. They give great dental advice (WaterPik, anyone?) and - as an added bonus - in our conversations, recommend the best places to eat in Vegas. A dental office that appreciates the better things in life (good food) AND makes sure you take the best care of your teeth? I consider that a win-win!

(PS: In my verbosity, I failed to mention how I first found them. One morning, one of my crowns came off. I was frantically looking for a dentist in Las Vegas (due to the pandemic, I temporarily relocated back to the U.S. and did not have a regular dentist I saw stateside). Fortunately, I came across Elegant Smiles. Initially, they could not take me in immediately, but then called me back 15 minutes later to say they’d be able to take me in later that afternoon prior to closing. On a Thursday, their last day of the work week. Positive omen #1, right? I was in severe tooth pain and was starting to feel hopeless in getting help for it. After searching for options which were limited due to the pandemic, Dr. Hyunth and Elegant Smiles were giving back to the Vegas community by helping a few fortunate candidates. After connecting and speaking with Dr. Hyunth, her team was able to get me in promptly for a consultation. Shortly after that, they offered me a professional solution for my teeth which required a good amount of dental work and fast. The pain was getting to the point where it just about unbearable. They have been on time and ready for me for all of my appointments. No long waits in the lobby. I was always afraid of going to the dentist, but, I needed all my teeth pulled to get dentures. Omgoodness, when I got the shots in my mouth to numb it I hardly felt it. They have a machine that helps guide the amount of Medication and of course having a dentist that cares about your pain is a Must! I've been there 2 times, Monday for the top & Thursday for the bottom. My family is surprised that less than 24 hours after having all my bottom teeth pulled I'm doing things like nothing happened. Dr. Eileen Huynh is the BEST DENTIST I've ever had in 60 years that's saying something. Her husband Dr. Phi Phan is a wonderful dentist as well. Let s me just say I absolutely hate going to the dentist.... I fear the sound of the drill and I have trouble opening my mouth for a long time (jaw click issues and stuff)!!

However, my experience at Elegant Smile was more than just amazing. Dr. Phan was very comforting. Not only that he made me (a 29 yo wimp when it come to dental office) feel so relax and calm, he also was very attentive to my need. He used a clear isolation device that could help keep my mouth open without much effort and keep the tongue safe underneath. He also offer to let’s me watch Netflix when he work on my teeth so I can be distracted from the drilling sound. I sincerely appreciate that. On top of that, he was also very professional and was able to get things done quickly and precisely.

Had I live in Vegas, I would definitely make him my primary dentist. Highly recommend!

This is now my go-to dentist, I went back in July. The place is really clean and elegant. Dr Eileen Huynh is the one that actually called me back. She gave me a tour of the clinic and told me their mission statement since I was a new patient. She's very thorough and is the reason why I actually floss daily now! She was very detailed and even told me she can tailor it since some people would rather it be quiet. Very accommodating! The chairs have a massage feature and they even have a TV that's on the ceiling. I've never had such an amazing experience at the dentist and I'm actually excited to go to my next check up once it's time.

Wow....both doctors (Dr. Phan and Dr. Huyhn) are amazing!!!! Their dedication to EXCELLENCE is evident. My partial broke and the amount of effort they put in to make sure I could have a temporary until my mouth piece would be replaced. I was able to go to work and the dentist is coming in early to adjust the new partial. They are extraordinary medical professionals!!! They will not disappoint.

I've recently had a tooth extracted and dental implants done at Elegant Simles. It was a very pleasant experience nonetheless. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a high quality, professional, friendly and courteous dental place that really cares. Dr Phi and Dr Eileen made me feel like at home under their care. They are both very courteous with charming personalities. I've been to many dental offices in Vegas, but none are quite like Elegant Simles. My whole family and I will definitely come to Elagant Smiles from now on with all our dental needs.

I just had my first visit to Elegant Smiles and all I can say is WOW!! Dr. Pham was patient (I was super nervous) and gentle! Isabel at the front desk was nothing short of amazing!! I would like to thank Dr. Huynh and Dr. Phan for everything! You're all so sweet and accommodating! I love it there, the atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. Always greeted with smiles. They really tried to get to know me better to enhance my relationship with everyone in the office so they can help me better. Best dentist I've ever been to, and I'm scared of dentist offices! I am so glad I found this dentist. I just moved to Las Vegas and had no idea where to find a great Dentist. The staff was wonderful and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The Dertist and her assistant took such good care of me. I definitely recommend Dr. Huynh, she is amazing.

Dr Pham was was great the warm massage and the new technology in his office makes it less painful. I used to struggle with anxiety with Dentist but I almost fell asleep. Plus, it’s affordable dentistry. Isabella and the Annie were wonderful and made me feel at home.

Office is very nice, clean, and welcoming. Dr. Phan is very nice. His dental assistant (I’m sorry I forgot her name) was very nice as well. Isabel at the front desk is awesome and will bend over backwards to help you. Unfortunately I am unable to continue seeing them but I am definitely referring friends and hopefully once I have dental insurance (that they accept) I’ll 100% be back.

Edit: Yes, Annie! Thank you! I’m so sorry I forgot her name. Sorry Annie! And I wanted to add that even though I haven’t personally met Dr. Huynh, she has been communicating with me via messaging and she has been absolutely wonderful! This is definitely a practice that cares about you and will try and help you in any way they can.

So Elegant and professional! I love the way Dr. Hyun showed me their office. The stuff is so friendly, I’m glad that I choose this for me. So happy that I found my dentist only 5 mins away from work and House.
