I have always had painful and bad experiences at dentists. Until now. The hygienist that injected the anesthesia did such a great job. I hate needles and the pain that comes with it. But she did an amazing job. And the dentist came in and did my filling to which I also felt nothing. He was quick and efficient! Overall, 10 out of 10 experience

I am very disappointed with this place. For a whole year everything went well, until one appointment when I couldn’t pay because my husband had the card. We agreed that I would pay at the next session, and when I returned I paid in cash for both cleanings. However, they never registered my payment, and I didn’t realize it until my following visit (after I had moved). They ended up charging me again.
I told the staff that I had already paid, but the day I made the payment I gave the cash to a different employee a woman who usually dresses in black and wears glasses instead of the receptionist. It was a terrible experience. I had to pay for the two sessions all over again, which made me feel extremely upset and frustrated.
My recommendation: always ask for a receipt, and only make payments directly at the front desk.

I’ve been going to Elite Dental for over 17 years, and my whole family has been patients there too. Dr. Trinh and the dental assistants are honestly great—super skilled and friendly, no complaints there. But the billing associate? Absolutely awful. The rudeness and complete lack of customer service from her have ruined it for us. I was calmly explaining to the front desk staff that we won’t be coming back, and the billing lady stormed out, basically shooing me out the door like I was a nuisance. It was so unprofessional and disrespectful. After our next couple of visits are done, we’re finished with this place. It’s a shame, but I can’t keep dealing with that kind of treatment.

Elite dental is awesome! From the time you walk in to the time you walk out you feel great. Dr. Trinh is amazing. He does thing's so well I almost fell asleep during a molar extraction! He is not just a nice person but a very experienced professional dentist. If you have any fears about going to the dentist please give this office a try. The staff are great and Dr. Trinh does magic with his hands. Thank you Elite dental!

I have been going to Elite Dental since 2016. Everyone is AWESOME! From all the hygienists I had — Melissa, Val, Antonio, Jeff — to the front office staff Maile, Susie — and Dr. Trinh’s assistants especially Shellie and of course Dr. Trinh himself — I have had the best experience with dental services. Coming from someone who has white coat syndrome and visits to the dentist always causes anxiety, going to Elite Dental has somehow diminished the undue worry. All their staff put you at ease and everyone is just so kind and professional. All the procedures I have had have been excellently done. Most recently, I had a crown put in and Shellie was beyond awesome! She put me at ease and the 2-part procedure really went well. Dr. Trinh is an expert in his field!

As a medical provider and owner of a family practice clinic (MK medical - shameless self advertising, LOL) I understand how important customer service is. Elite Dental is awesome. Dr. Trinh is the only dentist who has ever given me truly painless injections! He does great work.

I had an unpleasant experience with this dentist who I found to be both rude and a know-it-all in response to a mistake the front office made in scheduling a visit that the dentist wasn't able to complete in time despite being made aware of the time restraints upon scheduling.

I see that I'm the fourth one-star review of this clinic in the past year and while I think some of the staff members are nice I would encourage people to look for other dentists in the area. This dentist missed a cavity that my orthondontist ended up finding and would later require a crown when it was treated. If I'm doing 6-month followups and it's the person who adjusts my braces that finds out when I have a cavity what is this dentist doing? I see nothing 'Elite' about the care I received and it would appear based on some of the other feedback I'm not the only one.

This dental office is amazing. Where do I start... The front staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. I called before scheduling for information and pretty much the doctors resume 😂. They answered all my questions without seeming bothered, they were happy to answer them. When I showed up they helped my sign in because I had my baby and all his stuff(appointment was for my 1 year old son). The waiting room is very clean and nice. The had toys for children and my son loved the set up and toys. They absolutely loved my son and my son loved all the assistants and he LOVED the doctor, Dr.Sinh Trinh. They even put an age appropriate show for my son in the room. My son had the best first dental experience , not at all during the appointment was he scared or nervous.(photo is of my son playing with the blocks there)updated:(second visit) They totally remember my son and I. My son still loves the staff and its a great office for children due to the staff

I used to be a patient at this Dental office but their customer service has gone way downhill. When I arrived, I seen new staff at the front desk. this
new woman came to my room to let me know that I would need a major cleaning without even doing a pre-evaluation first and that I will need to pay more. But the most unprofessional words that came out of her mouth was telling me that I was delaying the other patients when I had been seating down for 5 minutes..... Worst dental office experience I've dealt with. I will not recommend this Dental Office, if I could give a 0 stars

Dr. T and his staff are the best!!! Even though I recently moved across town, this place is the best and I will continue to go here. Never in 27 years have I experienced such awesome customer service and patient centered dental care. I can't even name drop because every single person in this office goes above and beyond to greet you and make you feel welcomed. After not having insurance for a few years, I had some cavities that needed work. As soon as I moved to Vegas and got coverage this is where I went and I could not be more happy. They go over in detail what you need done as well as discussing accurate pricing (that didn't change or go up) As well as flexible options. After going back 3 or 4 times for a crown and some fillings, I have nothing but good things to say. Even when my crown was not comfortable they got me in the next day to go in for 5 minutes and fix it. They really care about their patients and it shows.
The waiting room (and private rooms) are always super clean. HGTV is always playing when I go there and all the rooms have TVs as well. I'm not from a big city so this was new to me and I really enjoyed the luxury of being able to watch something while I'm waiting...and while they were working on my teeth! Im also always surprised at how quickly they do everything. It's done well with great quality but I'm always in and out in no time. I've also always been taken back right on time for my appointments. I've never really had to wait, whether it's in the waiting room or in the private patient room waiting for the dentist. I really love it here and they deserve all the high praise they get!

Absolutely the best dental service I have ever had in my 30+ years! Office staff is incredibly friendly. Went in for wisdom tooth extraction, and they referred me to an oral surgeon. Office staff then made a treatment plan for me that included my options and info on how much of my insurance was left after the wisdom teeth surgery. I'm referring everyone I know to Dr. Trinh!

After years of dental "issues" I have finally found a sincere dentist and dental office for that matter. The doctor is gentle and caring. I have had a few procedures and they have all been pain free, he is very gentle with the injections. The office staff is caring and in tune. Overall this is an AMAZING dental practice.

Im a native in vegas and its hard to find a great dentist. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Trinhs office move into the neighborhood! I was so pleased with the attention to detail and friendly staff, im now taking my whole family here....
