I was pleased this time with the physicians nurse she seemed very pleasant and competent. The medical in Las Vegas is very stressful, I need and ENTto surgically remove my earring from my ear and Dr gave me a referral but it seems they can’t get me in til middle of November. I had a positive experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming, check-in was easy, I barely had to wait in the lobby before being called back, this was important to me because I had to get back to work.

I was given my referrals for my preop. I went to Steinberg where my referral was sending me to get a chest x-ray had made the appointment went for the appointment and got a Chest x-ray, only to be told afterwards that my insurance does not cover pre op chest X-rays or chest x-rays for physicals. A total waste of my time. I was being told to refer back to my doctors office to find out where I need to go for my chest x-ray which I am still waiting on so that I can have my surgery. thank you.

The Doctor is truly outstanding. However, despite having been a patient for approximately four years, I’ve observed that there is only one physician and the same receptionists. Even after such a long period, it seems they are still unaware of my identity. Additionally, while I have been using telehealth for medication refill visits for over a year, if I do not specifically mention it, they tend to schedule regular in-person appointments. In some instances, if I fail to notice this, I then have to reschedule, which can be quite inconvenient and cause me to be out of medicationfor a week or more.

Just a bad as most places out here that are supposed to provide medical care. Dreadful and tacky. Too many places out here are full of dreadful people that make you regret coming in to that establishment, this office is no different. In seven years in Las Vegas I have had five GPs; Dr Bazemore is my sixth, and so far he has shown more attention, understanding and ability to actually make my life more livable than the previous five combined. I have brought many issues to him and he addressed each with professionalism, competence and a plan for treatment. I was in considerable arthritic pain and his prescribed treatment had me pain-free by the following morning. I feel that I now have a physician for the forseeable future in whom I can trust.

So here it is, a year later than the review above and I have had many more visits to Dr Bazemore and I really can't find any room for Encompass Care to improve. This is a physician who realizes that his whole crew is part of his successful practice, and they are very skilled, personable and caring. These are my primary health care people.

However, I do notice that when I go to see the doctor for a health concern, he is quick to refer me to the appropriate specialist and gets me accurate contact info for the follow-up. The Office is quick to respond and get you scheduled there’s generally minimum wait time (of course there’s always some… it’s a doctor office) I feel like I’m seen promptly and my needs are met. Reliable office staff and Dr. B listens to my concern while addressing my next steps.

Not feeling well and texted the office and explained my symptoms. I received a reply from the office within 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I was scheduled with an appointment for the same day. Doctor and staff is great. What is really cool for me, 2 minutes from the house.

Poor experience unfortunately. Poor communication. I had to reach out about x-rays and it took over two weeks to be seen after they received them. Sure they could’ve found time to see me but chose to make things more difficult.
