This place was referred to me by my dentist for a possible root canal. The office is very clean, and the extremely friendly staff makes it very relaxing. Dr. Crowley and his assistant Sonita were wonderful and after deciding I needed a root canal, Dr. Crowley made sure that everything was painless. In addition, they called my dentist office while I was in the chair to see when I could get in to get my crown redone. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a great experience.

I came into the office for my scheduled consultation, and I was told that they had previously left me a message regarding the cost of my procedure. I never received a voicemail or message from them—only missed calls. I even called them back shortly after receiving the calls to confirm that I would be coming in, and at no point was I told anything about the procedure cost.

Once I arrived, they asked if I had any questions about the price. I said, “Sure, go ahead and tell me.” They gave me the pricing information and then told me they had already left me a message. Again, I had no message from them, only missed calls.

I asked for a few minutes to look over my insurance coverage and figure out how I wanted to pay. I came back about five minutes later, still within the appointment time, and asked if they would accept cash since there is a 3% fee for using a credit card. I was then told that I was already considered to be in my appointment and that they could no longer accept the cash payment.

So, fair warning: apparently, if you're not actually informed of the procedure costs beforehand, you’re still expected to make a payment decision immediately. Even taking five minutes to figure out your insurance coverage and payment method can apparently result in you not being seen.

The whole experience was frustrating and felt extremely unprofessional. Terrible customer service.

Just to clarify the timeline, because I believe there is some confusion about what happened:

I was told the procedure cost when I arrived, and since I had not received the voicemail I was told had been left for me, I needed a moment to contact my insurance and figure out what would be covered. I asked to step aside and make that call 3 minutes before my scheduled appointment time.

I came back inside 5 minutes into my appointment time. At that point, I asked if I could step out and grab cash because I was informed there was a 3% fee for paying by card. Your front desk associate told me that I was already in my appointment time and that they could no longer accommodate that.

My response was simply, “Oh, okay. Have a great day,” and I left.

I understand that appointments have time limits and policies, but I was only trying to make an informed decision about a significant procedure cost and how I would be paying for it. My concern was the lack of communication about the price beforehand and how the situation was handled when I asked for a few minutes to sort out my insurance and payment.

And no I do not want to receive service at your location.

I went to Endodontics of Las Vegas and had a super pleasant experience at their high-end office near Summerlin. I had a root canal, and I don’t know whether Dr. Grisby has magic hands, whether there have been recent advancements in root canal treatment, or whether I caught it early. I have never had a pain-free postoperative experience until I had a root canal here.

In the past, the worst pain occurred after the root canal when the numbing wore off, and I had excessive bleeding. I didn’t have any of that this time around, and in the past I felt excruciating pain before the procedure, so that could have been why.

Dr. Grisby did an excellent job, and the staff was all highly kind and attentive. They even called me to ensure I didn't have any issues after the procedure.

I highly recommend Endodontics of Las Vegas, and they will be my go-to for root canals if I need any more.

They were able to get me in the next day while on vacation! My root canal was started out of state about 10 days ago and with antibiotics and steroids I still had constant pain so I decided to call around while in Vegas and this office fit me in the next morning at 7:45am! Dr Grigsby identified and removed a separated instrument and missed root. My highest respect and regard for Dr. Grigsby and his staff! I had a really good experience here. I was honestly so nervous going into my appointment because I have a lot of anxiety about dental work, but as soon as I got there I started to feel a lot calmer. Everyone in the office was so nice, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Crowley, his assistant Sonita, and the staff at Endodontics of Las Vegas are a stellar group of folks. I can't recommend their office enough. They were incredibly kind and caring. I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and both Dr. Crowley and Sonita actually made getting a couple of root canals fun!😁 It may sound crazy, but they made the experience enjoyable and quite pleasant, and that says a lot. Unfortunate Luck of the draw, I'm one of the very few patients who suffered from dramatically unbearable pain due to the infection and complication from my newly delivered veneers. After 7 days of antibiotics and 800 mg of ibuprofen, the entire week of excruciating discomfort made root canal eventually inevitable.

All the information I received regarding root canal is scary, painful, and skeptical.
But Professionals recognize each other, and this perfect link is definitely to my benefit. My dentist who our family trust for over a decade insisted me to drive across the whole city and see Dr. Crowley when I live literally on the opposite direction of Dr. Chase Crowley's Endodontics office.

I was able to see Dr. Crowley and got the treatment immediately.
Before the treatment, Dr. Crowley patiently spent time listening and explaining everything that might concern me.
During the 30 minute procedure (I genuinely didn't feel it was that long), Dr. Crowley was gentle, efficient, and professional with great bedside manner to ease all my anxiety. I felt almost no pain among the performance and was able to alleviate the pain while walking out of Dr. Crowley's office.

Dr. Crowley saved me from the torture of the pain and prevented more damage from happening.

Shout out to all the staff and nurses here, who are friendly and attentive. I believe they see great amount of patients each day, but somehow they remember me and greet me with their beautiful smiles. There was almost no wait time for my two visits here. That's another great gain coming here if you are already in pain. The staff also called to check on me after my procedure.

You will be in good hands under Dr. Crowley's care if seeing a root canal specialist is on the book for your best interests.

Went to my dentist with a toothache and was advised I needed a root canal…fast! They referred me to Endodontics of Las Vegas and they got me in first thing the next morning. I make it a point to cross post my best and worst encounters on Yelp and Google Reviews. Unfortunately I just don't have the time to provide details on every place I happen to visit.

But my goal in writing certain reviews is to provide a fair assessment of the level of service one can expect in the best or worst case scenarios. This dental office experience was very positive.

I was referred by my dentist for the re-treatment of a very old root-canal. I wanted to wait at least two weeks to provide an accurate review of the service and overall outcome of the procedure.

My first review always begins with the front office staff. Whether or not I decide to move forward with keeping an appointment depends largely on how pleasant and professional the front desk staff is.

Endodontics of Las Vegas definitely checks all the boxes for courtesy and professionalism. The location is very clean, relaxing and it smells really good. They also have soft classic oldies playing in the background, which helps take the edge off. Now onto the treatment details...

My root canal was fixed by Dr. Crowley. He’s awesome. Not only did he explain what the procedure entailed, but he also explained what was happening throughout the procedure.

My root canal was very old and fitted with a stubborn metal crown that took some work/drilling to access the root. Even though there was lots of drilling I didn’t have much pain afterwards.

Dr. Crowley's assistant was also great! I wish I could recall her name but she’s a very pretty young lady with long black hair. She kept me calm throughout the procedure as well.

After everything was done, the front desk explained aftercare recommendations as well as providing a billing breakdown for the entire procedure.

I also received a call the next day from the assistant who helped with my procedure to check up on the healing progress of my tooth which I very much appreciated.

I’m very pleased with the overall experience and my tooth is doing great. I would highly recommend this office!

Went here twice regarding a root canal last year. This place does not overbook, and I was probably the only patient there both times. Dr. Grigsby was kind and patient and the staff is friendly and surprisingly happy all the time. I almost wished they could do my regular dental work and cleanings. During the procedure, the doctor and tech regularly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable, and overall this was a pretty anxiety free experience. No surprise billing either, they were upfront with my out of pocket costs ahead of time (which was fairly low with my insurance, thankfully). Definitely recommend.

I was referred to Endodontics of Las Vegas by my dentist. It had been so long since I had a root canal, I was nervous. In comes Barbara, a sweet caring dental assistant that helped me feel more comfortable immediately.

Once Barbara was done with x-rays, Dr. Chase Crowley came in and introduced himself. His smile, even under a mask, exuded warmth. After his exam, he gave me his opinion and left the decision up to me. I decided to go through with the root canal.

I was given a pre-gel to numb the area and then 3 shots to numb the root. This was the scariest part but, in all honesty, it was not that painful. Hallelujah! Thank you Jesus! : ) Barbara got my mom from the lobby for moral support which meant the world to me. Then once Dr. Crowley started the procedure; it seems like he was done in like 15 minutes.

Dental technology sure has advanced since back in the day. Don't prolong fixing dental problems out of fear like I did. If you need to have work done, you might as well go to the experts at Endodontics of Las Vegas. They are knowledgeable and they will take good care of you.

I had the worst toothache last night on a tooth that I thought had already been rooted out...So a friend said that if you go back to the general dentist they will probably send you to an endodontist...(i did not even know what an endodontist was...so embarrassing) the pain was so bad, i could not close my mouth...so I googled endodontist and Endodontics of Las Vegas came up...and they opened at 8am which was earlier than the others that came up on the search...so I said to myself I gotta get there when they open...get there this morning and the receptionist asked if i had an appt. which I did not. She kindly explained that they were booked for the day and I needed an appt. After I explained my situation and the pain I was in, she said the best they could do was look at it to let me know what was going on with it...I said great let's do it. It just so happened that an endodontist who usually doesnt work on mondays was in today, and the hygienist was in an hour earlier than usual, so not only were they able to see what was wrong, but they also did the root canal.... The procedure was sooo smooth and painless and fast, I was shocked when they were done. The Doc was smooth and surgical...They used my name when communicating with me like we were old friends, which was a nice touch...very comforting. Office is located in a nice safe area, office was clean, staff was extremely kind and professional...Now that I know what an endodontist is I will only have this kind of work performed at this office.

I am an established patient with “Dr Chase.” During my first dental appointment with him years ago, he found I had a hidden root which had been causing me pain on and off for years. A different dentist had done the root canal and completely missed one of my roots! After Dr Chase located and treated the hidden root my pain was gone and I have not had any issues with that tooth since! THANKS Dr Chase!

Recently, another old root canal (done by a different dentist years ago) had been causing pain on and off. Dr Chase observed that one of my treated roots had a curve to it which meant that it was possible the other dentist did not fully complete the initial root canal.

Dr Chase has state of the art equipment. His skill, knowledge, and attention to detail is superior.

His staff is friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to ensure patients are comfortable.

I have NEVER experienced any pain with Dr Chase’s procedures. Dr Chase has a way of administering pain free injections. He very slowly injects numbing medication which allows the medication to take affect before he goes further. He repeats the process until he has reached the proper depth and desired amount of numbing. He does NOT rush through the numbing process. THANKS again Dr Chase!

I realize this is a glowing review. Well, Dr Chase EARNED this review. For those who may be skeptical, I am not related to Dr Chase. So there is no ulterior motive behind this review.

I wanted to explain everything here but no reason anymore because she already put us in this situation. We’re screwed with the bill they charge in the mail. I got my first root canal done with Dr. Crowley and I was nervous since past dental experience has not been pleasant. I’d planned to get Valium to help with nerves, but Dr. Crowley assured me I wouldn’t need it. I will honestly say it was the smoothest experience I’ve had with dental work! I only needed a local anesthetic and felt no pain! The recovery was much better than expected and I felt hardly any pain during recovery. I’ve had zero issues with that tooth since! I just finished getting a root canal. My regular dentist referred me to another Endodontics clinic but they were unable to accommodate me. I decided to go to this one instead. I had a great experience! Dr. Crowley was personable, professional and had a very good energy. I immediately felt comfortable. The procedure was painless and done in less than an hour.
