I had such a wonderful experience at Exclesia Injury! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming that I genuinely felt cared for. It was my first time getting a correction and I was anxious and stressful, so I was pretty anxious and didn’t really know what to expect. But everyone there was so kind and accommodating which helped me feel much more comfortable.

I went in for a correction, massage, and also received the electrical therapy. Everything was explained to me clearly, and I never felt rushed or like I was just another patient being moved through the door. The staff was incredibly sweet and attentive to which they even offered me water and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Those little gestures may seem small, but they really make a difference and say a lot about how much a place cares about the people who walk through their doors.

The doctor I had was also absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and patient, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that actually made me feel informed and reassured. I really appreciated being able to ask questions and feel like my concerns were genuinely heard.

Overall, my experience was nothing short of lovely. It’s rare to find a place where professionalism and genuine kindness come together so naturally. I left feeling taken care of, listened to, and much more at ease than when I arrived. Sometimes it’s not just the treatment itself that makes an experience memorable, but the people who make you feel safe and cared for along the way.

Lobby is very clean and check in was easy. Front desk staff, Jen, Cynthia and Ashley were super friendly got me checked in and even got me a bottle of water while I was waiting. My massage with Davinity was great! she was able to work out a kink in my neck ive been struggling with for almost a week! Felt so much better when I left then when I came in. Great experience definitely coming back.
