Doctor seemed very great & understanding. My problem however was with the receptionist. I told her I cannot miss any work due to layoffs happening at the company. So I would need to have later appointments. Later being 4pm. Lol. She did assist eventually with getting me on for those times. I wanted to schedule out so I could get those appointments & she did not want to do that either. Her response was “they can’t fire you for that.” My response yes, I’m aware but they will find another reason. Her response “well if they have another reason to fire you they will.” I believe she was implying I’m a bad employee. I am aware they cannot fire me for doctors appointments but common sense is typically you’ll be put on a short list to be laid off due to budget cuts if you miss too much work. Obviously not for your doctors appointments. All in all she was very rude. So this is to give you a reason to fire her for a reason other than missing too much work due to a doctors appointment. Definitely would choose to go with a different office if your attorney can provide one. That is what I chose to do. :)

Best doctors office i've ever visited. The staff is very kind, caring and helpful. My visits are always quick with no wait time what so ever. The doctor is very friendly and informative. The one who stands out the most is the MA or Nurse Erica. She is so amazing. Always on point. She has made me feel comfortable and welcome since I began visiting this office. This girl's upbeat personality and kind heart is the face of this practice. She definitely deserves a raise!!

The best chiro treatment ever. Dr. Ostoloza gave me the best spine and body alignment. After his treatment I felt great. The staff, Erica and Lesley are both helpful and kind. THANK YOU. 🙂

Dr. O is one of the best. I have almost always needed a chiropractor and have been skeptical. Dr. O is a miracle worker he really has taken all my fear away! You really have to see him to understand. The release you will feel after an appointment is absolutely amazing. 5 stars and if I could I would give more!

Velvet was very nice every visit that I had. They made me feel comfortable and actually healed my back a lot. Dr O. Did great at aligning my back and neck and gave great advice to at home care

The staff is always very kind and accommodating. Dr. Ostolosa is very good at what he does and is always concerned about his patience. He gives more than the usual attention to his patience. He takes the time to discuss with you what your medical needs are in a clear and lamens terms so that I could understand him. The whole staff is very caring. Thank you, Joanne A Davie
