Why would they schedule me at 5:00 p.m. if they close at 5:00 p.m., that doesn't make any sense. I understand that I was 10 minutes late but with all this traffic especially on nellis boulevard you would think they would have some consideration and take me in. That's okay though. I don't even know why they scheduled me in 2 weeks for the same time when they're just setting me up to fail again because I have to work and I don't get out until 4:30. I can't get out early because I'm on mandatory overtime. I guess I'll just have to find the new dentist that is open late.

My children ( 15, 12, 10) have been going here for years! I've recently had a dental emergency and I am going in today to see them..they are friendly, clean, and the staff is amazing.

I trust this dentist with mine and my children’s teeth, he does the best possible work to make everyone comfortable. I always recommend this place whenever I can. I never had to wait long, first dentist also has the best staff.They even find time to squeeze me in if I have an emergency dental problem. If you want a dentist you can trust with friendly staff, look no further. Best dentist I have ever been to.

I love this dentist. He's very reasonable he tells me what I need to hear to make the best decision about my oral health I've heard other dentist don't give you options. I'm deathly afraid of dentist but this one has made me comfortable and I get excited for my visits now. Complete 180° for me. Thanks guys can't wait until we are done and I can smile again 🤞

Well minding the bad reviews, I have never experience any bad service with this place they have take care and are always so nice n treat my 3yr and 6 yrs old in a good way. So I suggest don't go based on bad reviews just cuz they where sent to a specialist, I mean if u were refer there is for a good reason. I was suggest with a specialist cuz my 6yr old is a little but to dramatic and scare of everything that has to do with doctors n/or dentists so they'll have to sedate her so they could be able to work on her teething problems , if they did it xuz they don't have the equipment they need or for whatever reason at least I got suggested to the specialist rather than nothing like in another places. .

They have the best customer service ever and made sure my 10 year was taken well care of. Also they except same day appointments which is great and hard to find here in Vegas. The staff is always great and makes everyone including the children feel welcome we definitely found our new Dentist and I recommend this Dentist to everyone.If I could give a higher star then 5 I would.

I told the nurse/assistant that my daughter is scared (she’s 7 years old). The assistant did his best but had no training in dealing with scared kids. Then the dentist came and he made it worst by ridiculing her. He had no patience with her, he asked how old is she and when I told him 7 he insulted her. He said “Oh you’re not a baby only babies cry you’re too old to cry” 😡😡😡 then he said I can’t help her she’ll be referred to a specialist because she can’t stop crying and then leaves. If that is how he deals with scared little kids then I’m here to warn other parents who has kids that are scared to see the dentist. This place was very unprofessional, not only was the dentist rude he was impatient with my daughter he rushed us and went to the next patient. Before I left, I asked which area are her cavities at and the nurse in the front said “just call the specialist for an appointment”. At that time I just lost it 🤯🤯 for a simple question deserves a simple answer but they were telling me that I had to see a specialist to find out where my daughters cavities are. The assistant walked back to find out something so simple and I had every right to ask instead of rushing us out. So thumbs down to First Dentists, this was an experience I don’t ever want my child to endure. If your business is dealing with children then know how to handle children especially scared ones who will be crying before you look into her mouth. This dentist scarred my daughter for life, I don’t care if she’s 7 and crying, I don’t care if she’s too old to cry she a kid. Go back to school and have them teach you how to deal with kids.
