Was a little sketched by the reviews, but our experience was great. Typical couples massage. Came in for a couples massage, they massaged for the whole 1hr. Whenever we made a slight noise they would ask to make sure if we’re ok and if the pressure their putting was ok. They did not speak unless they wanted us to move positions or make sure we were good. Our massages were done by Lucy & Kevin.

Overall great experience. My only complaint are the yappers who get a massage. The workers are quiet, it’s the people coming in who can’t stop moving their mouths

Place is very sketch upon walking in. Overall dark and dirty. I was nervous to lay on the massage bed based on how unsanitary the sheets and towels looked.
The masseuses were dressed in unprofessional, normal clothing and did not speak much English. I don't think the people giving massages were licensed either as the lady kept rubbing my behind instead of giving me a proper full body massage. The only part I truly enjoyed was the 2 minute hot stones towards the end. There's also minimal privacy, as the room was sectioned off by walls that don't go all the way up to ceiling, and curtains instead of closing doors. I would not recommend this place and would never go back personally.

I would not recommend this place.
I went with my mother to get massages, and though she enjoyed her experience, I did not.
It truly felt that the masseuse that I had was just rushing through the whole thing. Not to mention that she ended up hurting me because she dug her elbow into my shoulder I physically screamed out.
She did not even apologize for it. As I’m writing this, my shoulder is still hurting. The only part she did not rush was my feet, but that’s because she only was rubbing my foot back and fourth, not really massaging it. I really wish I could have gotten my money back, at least for my portion of it since my mother enjoyed her massage.
I’m not too sure of the name of the masseuse that I had, but she was a shorter lady with glasses with orangey hair.

Great experience. A friend recommended Five Star for their clean space and well priced full body massages. I walked into their peaceful and climate cooled offices. I was treated politely and given clear and easy to understand pricing by Lina at the front desk. She answered questions patiently and was able to book me with a female therapist right away. Sasha, my massage therapist, had perfect technique. She was strong, provided even and strong pressure. She as able to find and work out tight muscle and stretch fascia. Highly recommend.

In most occasions I have a good experience but the time I don’t they get mad at my tip amount saying it’s too low when my tip simply reflects the service received.

I’ve been coming quite a bit but I may have to look into other options because I don’t want to be expected to tip an amount everytime and the service does not match such.
