I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Wonderful team all around. I am a little picky about where I get any kind of dental care done but this office checks all the boxes. Unlike many dentists I’ve experienced here in this city, they don’t try to sell you a bunch of crap you don’t need and don’t make you feel pressured at all. I am elated that I found a dentist and team that I can trust. Thank you!!

Huge shout out to Dr. Flores. I’ve been going to him for over a decade but the other day I decided to go with to a dentist right across the street from my house for a cleaning because I was busy and have missed 1 cleaning this year already.
This dentist claimed that I needed 4 procedures, 2 crowns and 2 fillings, that would’ve run me $1600 and refused to do a regular cleaning on me because he claimed that I needed some advanced cleaning procedure instead.
This didn’t sound right to me because Dr. Flores has always said that my dental hygiene is great and that I just need to continue flossing daily to keep my gums healthy.
I went to Dr. Flores for a second opinion, which they got me in for quickly, and he said that I need ZERO dental work. I have zero cavities.
He saved me from paying a scam artist for something akin to unnecessary surgery. I’ll never go anywhere else again.

Flores family dental really cared for me and my dental health today. Everyone was very nice and I felt comfortable there. It was my first time at this office so I don’t remember everyone’s names but I felt they were all informative, non-judgmental, helpful and professional.

This is my favorite dentist and I've lived out here for 30 years. They are very efficient and even though I would like to go to one closer to home I will not leave here. They are efficient, thorough and gentle. Dr Flores is worth the extra drive.

New to Las Vegas and needed to find a dentist because I broke a front tooth crown at the gum.
I was referred to Flores Family Dental for a temporary tooth and crown build up by Canyon Oaks Oral Surgery who did the root extraction and implant on the front tooth. While waiting for that to properly healing , Dr Flores made a flipper for me to use as a temporary tooth and took a digital scan /measurements to be ready for getting a crown on the implant. After several months waiting for the bone to heal on the implant, Dr Flores had the crown made and fitted it. He was not happy with the color match so he asked the lab to redo it. Dr Flores is very particular on providing quality care and sending patients out happy with his practice.
The entire team at this dentist are concerned with the care of the patients. One thing to note, this is a dental practice that is family oriented, the Dr closed for his vacation , spring break , the end of year holidays etc. It is a very busy practice and he is highly recommended by area oral surgeons.
If you need a dental practice that will be there every week to accommodate your schedule, this is not the practice. If you have flexibility and want a great dentist, this is the practice for you.

I liked them and I like the dentist also but because I had to cancel an appointment they decided to treat me like a child and tell me I can’t make appointments anymore,, that I have to call the day I want to come in and they’ll see if they have availability,, I’ve never been treated like that anywhere I make appointments for ,,so I’ll spend my implant money at my previous dentist, I’m done with them,

I am new to Las Vegas and I chipped my front tooth. I asked a couple of friends and coworkers in who they recommended & Dr. Flores repeatedly came up. I had my teeth cleaned by a great hygienist (I should of caught her name because she was great & highly skilled). Dr. Flores explained the procedure & process & then repaired my front left tooth. It looks great & I couldn’t be happier. I’ve found my Las Vegas dentist. Highly recommend.

Maryanne is quit rude on the phone , i have not been to the dentist office in a while and was asking questions because this dentist office came highly recommended to me . However I am already disappointed with my first interaction . I am hoping that my interaction with the dentist is a lot better than the interaction I had with Maryann .

The reason why I give them one star is because on my last visit I had a cleaning appointment and when I was taken to the back by the assistant she didn't have a clue where to take me, she finally got me to a room and started polishing my teeth and then someone name Ky started "cleaning" my teeth and operantly she didn't know what she was doing, she pour water in my mouth and barely scrape my teeth and after 10 munities she was done and without seen the Dr. like I always do. Later I found out that Ky is not even a Hygienist she's the office manager and the girl that "polish" my teeth it was her first day on the job.

I got right in when I was having severe pain in my mouth. Dr. Flores got to the ROOT of the problem- I ended up needing a root canal. He sent me to a specialist and tomorrow I will get a crown put on here. Everyone in this office is super friendly.

I tried calling this place over 4 times within 10 working days. I got an answering machine each and every time! I left messages stating that they come recommended and left my name and number. No one even had the decency to return my call. Bad business for sure. Your Loss Flores Family Dentist !! Pretty sad when you have to leave a public bad review and didnt even get the opportunity to become a patient!!

I have neglected going to the dentist for the past 3 years. I was referred to Dr. Flores from a relative of mine. From my first appointment to my fillings yesterday I have had a very positive experience from the Flores practice. My first appointment was at 2:00 P.M. and by 2:10 P.M. I was getting my x-rays done, and the cleaning was in process. It was nice to not sit in the waiting room for a long time after my scheduled time.

When you are getting an examination Dr. Flores is constantly telling you what he is doing, and explaining what he is looking for. Also, he keeps making sure I am not in any pain. I felt like I had a good idea what was going on the entire time.

Yesterday when I got my feelings done was my best experience. My previous experiences was that the needles hurt that numbed your mouth, and I would still feel some pain. I barely felt the needle go in, and after I was numb I didn't have any pain or even a feeling of being uncomfortable. His dental assistant (I apologize I do not remember her name) and himself had this chemistry together. He would ask for something and she would already be handing it to her.

Lastly, the entire office was very clean and very up to date. Everything looked new, and it seemed like he had the newest technology. I hope this review helps.
