I just started physical therapy with Fyzical and am most impressed! They start out with a thorough comprehensive meeting to assess all of your complaints and goals, then begins the process of therapy with 40 minutes per session with one therapist. Therapist shows you each excersize and then watches to make sure you are doing them properly. Every question I have in the process is answered, everyone has been friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. I have already recommended Fyzical to several people and will continue to do so...I think more people could benefit from this service before any surgery or invasive procedure. I am seeing results already from just a few visits, and I am following their instructions at home through email video and printed materials.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone from young persons to elderly! (I am 66) I should have done this a long time ago!

My husband had an amazing experience at FYZICAL (NV301). When he started a month ago, he was so weak and off-balance that he needed a walker. Thanks to Nicholas Edwards and his wonderful team, he has regained his strength and is now walking completely unassisted! We are so grateful for their expertise and support—highly recommend Nick and the whole crew.

Went here dealing with serious pelvic floor issues post partum. I asked if the person I would see was experienced in my particular need and they said yes.
She didn't do a real exam. She clearly new as much as I did on the subject and no more. She recommended "therapy" that would help. After 3 days of following her instructions I was in more pain than before.
I spoke to a real pelvic floor therapist who told me that was the exact opposite of what I needed and to stop seeing her and doing those exercises immediately.
The front desk girl pushed me to make several appointments in advance. After that experience I simply never went back because if I had called I would have been mean to someone and I didn't want that.
Then I get a BILL for $160 for missed visits. No one mentioned while I was making all those appointments that there were missed visit fees.
I've reached out multiple times and the manager is clearly not interested in talking to me even after I told them the pain their "doctor" caused me.
So here I am warning you not to go there. Absolutely unprofessional and outright dangerous.

FYZICAL Spring Valley staff are untrained, rude, and therefore poorly managed. Their administrative staff outright lied to me regarding my referral (which was valid for assessment and 24 follow-on appointments with numerous types of treatments for pain). They would not make follow-on appointments after assessment because they were apparently trying to get additional funding from my insurance company that I didn't need or request. Their administrative staff are rude, poorly trained, and never return phone calls. Management - do your job! But I suspect this is just a company that feeds on working people and insurance for company profit.
