I came in to Temp/help this office this morning and everything was going well, unti Dr. Farah turned bioplar / Passive aggresive.She got mad because i voice my opinion .Her husband or who ever he is started yelling at me bacuse i told the doctor to speak to me in a different manner. He came at me so aggressive and made it seem he was going to punch me in the face.

This office is so clutter, doesn't look OSHA standard and it looks the counter tops and drawers have termites. She has expired supplies in some of the Operatory rooms. She has a kid running around the office while patients are in the office. She might be great with her patients, but she is not nice nor has good bedside manners with her staff. She yelled at the other assisant because a patient wanted to talk to Dr. Farah. No wonder she hardly has any staff.

Had a wisdom tooth extraction done and it went great! Almost a month ago now and have had no complications. The procedure was completely painless. The team goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, the doctor is very gentle and patient as well! I think that's really important in a field where you get a lot of anxious patients. They take their time explaining everything and you can tell they are not just trying to rush through as many patients as possible. Overall great experience

I walked into Gentle Dentistry absolutely certain I did not have a cavity. Unfortunately, my tooth had apparently scheduled a different appointment than I did.

The good news? If you have to be proven wrong while someone drills into your mouth, this is the place to do it.

The staff broke the news that I did, in fact, have a cavity with kindness that was far greater than my enamel deserved. From the moment I sat down, everyone was incredibly reassuring. The dental assistant checked on me constantly, making sure I was comfortable and pain-free, and even handed me a bright red stress ball to squeeze during the procedure. Nothing says “we care” quite like giving a grown adult a tiny emotional support sphere while confronting the consequences of their flossing optimism.

The dentist was wonderful—gentle, attentive, and genuinely tuned in to how I was feeling throughout the entire visit. At every step, her focus was making sure I was comfortable and informed.

I arrived confident I was cavity-free and left with a filling, a red ball workout, and a much higher opinion of going to the dentist. As far as cavity plot twists go, this one had an excellent cast.

I have periodontal disease that I unfortunately left untreated. It came to a head last weekend and I lost my front tooth. I was able to get an appointment on Monday and Kiera (I hope I'm spelling it right) not only called me to encourage me to move up my appointment, but also called my insurance to make sure it was accepted. Dr. Farah, was kind, courteous, and understanding. I saw her on Monday for my fitting and Tuesday for my cleaning. Anna was the assistant and was at sweet! Now on Friday I've got a bridge in my mouth that fits. I have never left a dentist office feeling good or confident about what comes next. Dr. Farah and staff explained everything to me and made sure I understood the treatment plan. I can't tell you how grateful I am to have found her!

Top notch excellent.

Farah is more than a dentist, she also does root canals, periodontal work, and can remove impacted wisdom teeth. She took care of my niece who had been neglecting her teeth. Took a lot of work to save her teeth and get those wisdom teeth out. Well worth it as she'll have her teeth for a lifetime now.

Farah is both extremely competent and very gentle and kind.

(I see there's a negative review from what I call the "customer from hell", possibly a narcissist; and another review from someone who was never a patient, probably meant for someone else, not Farah. Farah is very competent and experienced.)

The people here are very kind, patient, and humble and even as gentle as possible. I had to remove my Wisdom Teeth, especially that an Infection was slowly coming it's way and was hurting my work performance. I just had all four of my Wisdom teeth removed, and the fever and headaches are gone now! I am much more happier, now. And they will even helps with Doctors notes, too, when needed. I went to this office in January to have a broken tooth looked at. I was 7 months pregnant at the time. When I arrived, I was bought to the back and was told I needed X rays. The dental assistant at the time and the dentist were arguing in an office across from me because the assistant wanted to inform me of the risk of having an Xray at 7 month. The dentist did not. She told her to just put a vest on me and not to go over any information. The assistant felt I had a right to know there are risks. She was fired in front of me and sent home for giving me that information. The dentist said she would not help me without an xray. The assistant felt I should be able to make the choice with all the information. I got my xrays done. The dentist says she didn't want to be the one to pull my tooth and referred me to an oral surgeon. My OB would not approve the surgery at that time. I waited till after I had my baby and reached back out to Gental dental 6 months later to ask for my referral information. The orals surgeon they referred didn't take my secondary insurance. I called Gental dental back to see if the could send my xrays to an office that I could find that took both my primary and secondary. The new receptionist said the dentist could pull my tooth now. I was very Hesitant to go back there. So I looked elsewhere. I found a dentist that took both, but they would only take the xrays from me and not reach out to gental dental. I called Today and spoke with the dentist directly, who was very short with me. She cut me off in conversation before I could even asked to make an appointment with their office despite what I had witnessed in January. I just wanted to get my teeth take care of. She let me know they only took my primary as well. Thank God!! Because I honestly didn't trust her to listen to my concerns and be caring and gentle despite their name. This dentist is dismissive and uncaring.

I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Divanbeigi and the staff at gentle dentistry! I had my first appointment with them this morning. Mind you, my first appointment seeing any other dentist other than my own father, who is a dentist out of state. I spent more time than I’d like to admit researching the best dentists in the area, and after whittling down the list, I decided on Gentle Dentistry. I was extremely nervous going in, and walked out feeling RELIEVED and extremely lucky to have found my new go-to dentist on the first try! Scheduling was a breeze… the dental assistant was a sweetheart, and Dr. Divanbeigi was so kind, patient, and most of all, thorough! Gentle Dentistry on Rancho is just like the sign says "Gentle" with a very professional staff. Great music along with a real family feel, not a put on like others I have visited. Their office is comfortable and relaxing. they don't over charge the customer to pay for an "elaborate palace "you know like when walking into a very decorative beautiful restaurant, YOU are the one that will be paying the high price dinner to allow the establishment to afford such pleasures. It's nice for that special occasion, but I came into a Dentist office to have my teeth and gums cleaned or repaired. That leaves the Hygienist. NICOLE is the specialist that prevents future problems with your teeth and gums providing great overall oral health, which is very important in your general aging process. Like myself, I'm 74yrs old and still have all my original teeth. It's all due in finding such Dentist that are at Gentle Dentistry that are devoted in giving the best at an affordable price. And no pain!

Best Dentist I’ve ever been too I had serious pain in a tooth where the temporary filling completely came out. They got me in that day and noticed it was infected so they removed the nerve made a temporary filling that lasted. This was the best surgical experience with a dentist I've ever had. I came in with a chipped tooth that gave me a toothache and headache. Bad dentist.She damaged and cheated an un knowledgeable customer. I took my wife here for two crowns. She damaged a healthy tooth and left a shoddily placed crown in place and did not inform us. My spouse has gone to three dentists who told her that one of her crowns was not lowered all the way to the gum line and the tooth is exposed. The crown also has a gap because it is not sealed correctly and food can get into the space under the crown. It is obvious without an xray that it was not done right and when my wife bites down there is a large gap between her teeth because the tooth with the crown is too tall since it was not lowered enough.
She went three several times to Gentle Dentistry to get the crown's height corrected but it needed to be taken off and redone. Instead, Farah ground and flattened the tooth above it and removed too much enamel all the way to the dentin layer. All of the dentists say that it is obvious that Gentle Dentistry has overgrinded her upper tooth and reduced the enamel of a healthy tooth to the point that it needs a crown. This dentist is incompetent to say the least. She talks too much and does not focus on her work. If she is an honest dentist she would have corrected what is an obvious mistake to any dentist.
