Gerald Torgesen, DPM is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon with 25 years of experience, and specialties in the treatment of chronic, non-healing wounds in the foot and lower leg. Dr. Torgesen is originally from the Houston Texas area. After graduating from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, he attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, CA where he received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 1998. Dr. Torgesen spent his fourth year of medical school at Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center where he began his clinical training. He then went on to complete a two-year surgical residency at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA.

Dr. Torgesen was great. He listened to me without rushing. He was knowledgeable in the problem that I have with my foot. He gave me several suggestions to help me. We outlined a plan to help me get back to normal without pain when I walk.
