I’ve been going to Green Valley Dental Care since 2009, and honestly, they’re the best dentist in the valley! Dr. Letti Hale and her team are simply the best. The whole crew is always friendly, welcoming, and super accommodating. They do their best to fit you in whenever they can, which is so helpful, especially if your schedule is all over the place.

They’re even open late, making it way easier to get in without missing work or rearranging your whole day. They’re dog friendly, adding to the laid-back, welcoming vibe.

Had an amazing experience at Greenvalley dentalcare! I was having horrible toothache that was giving me a really bad headache and I was able to schedule an appointment that same day as a new patient. My wife spoke with Holly from the front desk and she very help answering all her questions and concerns. When I walked through the door I was welcomed with such kind smiles by Jasmine and Holly. Talice took me and my wife to the back and she was so kind and so easy to talk to calming my anxiety and reassured my that Dr Hale was the best and would be able to help me with my pain. I haven’t been to the dentist for over 10 years. I haven’t ever had a positive experience at a dentist before. This was the first time I felt like the staff actually listened to me and helped me with my problems.

If you have had bad experiences with a dentist you should come here. They do everything they can to make you comfortable. They are also very patient and do not chastise you for your dental health. It is so difficult to find an understanding dentist and I believe I got lucky enough to find one.

The staff are so attentive they even reach back out a few days later just to check to see how you are doing and if your medicine is working. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist. Thank you! I will definitely be coming here from now on for my oral health as long as I reside in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.

My daughter got 2 crowns and 2 filings 2 months ago. Since then, her fillings cracked and chipped off. They fixed that. Both of her crowns got infected, and I had to get a different dentist to pull them and put spacers in. Green Valley said they were able to pull them and put spacers, but I would still have to come out of pocket. I think they should have fixed the problem that they created. Lesson learned. I'd rather pay a new dentist to fix what green valley made worse than give them any more business. My insurance even said they should have taken care of it since it was less than 4-6 months. I will also be contacting the BBB.

Recently, I had an appointment for a floride treatment and bonding to fix a chip in my front tooth. Dr. Hale, as always took her time and explained everything as she was working. Additionally, Luke at the front desk took his time explaining the billing, Insurance payments, and what I owed. All in all, a very good experience. 😃

Let’s be honest, we all hate the dentist. I avoided the dentist like it was the plague. After a few years of neglecting my oral health, she and her team helped me get back on track without making me feel self conscious. My appointments were always on time which I appreciate.

Everyone at the office is wonderful! I contacted Luke to reschedule an appointment and he was able to get me in within a couple of days. Luke is very kind, professional and helpful. Dr Letti Hale is very sweet and down to earth. She is good at explaining what's going on with your teeth/gums. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a great dentist! 🤩🙌

GREAT dental office!! Staff is friendly and very professional. They take you on time!! No waiting. Staff still wearing masks!!!This place is great. Hygienist is very thorough and very informative. She spent a lot of time examining my teeth and making some very good suggestions as to how to improve my oral hygiene home routine. Dr. Hale is great too!!! I highly recommend this office!!!

At my last visit, they encouraged me to use a water pic which I have done for the last couple of months.

It made a huge difference!! There was so much less calcification on my teeth this time.

The cleaning was a breeze.

This office is really a great find.

I feel I am in very capable hands with the front office staff, the hygienists and of course the dentist.

They are all great and friendly and they make the dreaded visit to the dentist very pleasant.
