I have been going to this office for my dental work since 2019. My appointment was 9/8/26. Check in was easy, I was called to the back within 10 minutes of me checking in. My appointment was for a deep cleaning with Nicole. Nicole communicates well, she’s fast and super kind. Everyone on the staff is so nice and helpful.

I visited Green Valley Modern Dentistry on July 14 for a dental consultation. The dentist and the hygiene team were excellent. They evaluated my teeth and presented me with three treatment options: deep cleaning, laser therapy, or a regular cleaning.

Since my dental insurance did not cover a deep cleaning because I had already undergone that procedure earlier this year, I chose to schedule a regular cleaning, which I was told during the consultation was an available option.

I returned for my appointment today. When I arrived, the receptionist informed me that my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded to a phone call or confirmation email. I understood the office’s confirmation policy.

However, the issue began when I tried to reschedule. The receptionist told me that I could only schedule a deep cleaning. I explained that I was not interested in that procedure because I had already had one this year and only wanted a regular cleaning. She then told me that if I only wanted a regular cleaning, I should find another dental office.

I left extremely disappointed—not with the clinical staff, who were excellent, but with the receptionist’s attitude. Her unwillingness to help find a solution and the way she told me to seek care elsewhere made me feel that patients are not valued.

Unfortunately, because of this experience at the front desk, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this office. I hope they reconsider how patients are treated, because great patient care starts at the front desk.

The dentists and other staff are outstanding here. I have had very good dental work here. I'm about to get 2 implants soon. We laugh there, listen to music there, and even when the dental has been very involved, it was an enjoyable experience. I've had extractions, fillings, root canals, gum grafts, and same day crowns here. Love these folks and the work they do!

I cannot say enough good about Green Valley Modern Dentistry. They are true professionals with a caring heart that really want to make people have a positive experience at the dentist.

I was visiting LV last May (2025) and chipped the back of a front-tooth crown. I randomly called them and they were not only able to see me that day to assess the damage, but made it the easiest process for me, which was great bc I was freaked out. It’s a front tooth!

Fast forward to March 2026, I am back in LV and need to get the crown replaced (can’t be fixed). The staff was not only able to accommodate my tighter time frame, but they also held my hand every step of the way in the process. What does that mean? Well, I ended up replacing *both* front teeth crowns so they would match. If anyone reading this has had crown work, specifically front teeth, it is very unpleasant emotionally. Front teeth are prominent and they have to be done with a high level of perfection or your smile is jacked for life. Dr. Jordan, Rachel his assistant, and Sarah at the front desk all stepped up to help me work through the process of getting both teeth done and reassuring me it was the right choice and they would match them correctly.

I had a temp crown for 10 days, and they rushed the lab in Irvine to make sure I got my permanents back in time before I left. Dr. Jordan was VERY thorough in the matching process, taking multiple pictures as well as getting input from Rachel and myself. Let me just say, these people are the real deal! My crowns look AMAZING—better than the first ones!—and I could Not be more pleased. Not only that, but the process from start to finish was supportive, positive, and PATIENT. Every person I encountered—even Jessica who I spoke with only once—was committed to making sure I was happy and knew they had my back and were on the case.

I am now relocating to LV, and am stoked to already have a dentist. I would highly recommended these guys! 10/10 all the way around!

I have had really bad dental anxiety, but after doing research on different dental offices- I thought to give this one a chance. I am so grateful to have found this dental office. Chelsea the dental hygienist has made me feel safe coming to see her- despite the dental trauma I have had in the past that made me never want to go back to a dentist. I have been going to this office for years and not only are they the best dental office in the valley, but the best medical office in general! I have had recent problems with inflammation in my gums along with other health problems and Dr. Low actually took a considerable amount of her time to listen to me, validate me, and refer me to find more help. Update ** So ... I had to come back and edit my review. I've had a couple procedures there now (one of which, just the thought was terrifying ). Rachel helped calm my nerves on more than one visit but NEVER made me feel like a child. The entire process from start (the front desk) to the back was more than amazing. I was never made to feel uncomfortable or like I was over reacting. I appreciated that more than they will ever know. **

The whole dental experience at other dental offices has not been the best for me. Because of this, I'm am a total chicken when it comes to going to the dentist.
Walking into this office and speaking with Dr. Low is changing that for me. She is extremely nice. She takes the time to explain things in a way that I can understand with no rush. When everything is explained it's easier not to be a lil scared.
I will definitely be coming back to this office. I also love the way the office is decorated right now.

My experience as a first-time patient was highly inefficient and frustrating. While the initial visit was long (almost 2 hours), which I can overlook, the second visit was poorly managed. I was brought in for X-rays I had already received during the first visit, wasting significant time until I corrected the staff.
After the exam, the dentist determined I needed a deep cleaning but informed me it could not be done that day, requiring yet a third appointment for a standard procedure. This lack of same-day service, even for a deep cleaning, is a major inconvenience.
Finally, the poor customer service at check-out was the breaking point. While I was trying to ask clarifying questions about the recommended procedure, the receptionist was visibly distracted, checking her smart watch.
Due to the repeated scheduling inefficiencies and the discourteous front-desk service, I will not be returning to this practice next year.

This review is 100% for the business and front desk and NOT the doctors or their treatment.
When me and my husband went for our appointments today, the receptionist asked for a deductible and we informed that in 4 years of having this insurance we have never paid for the preventative care or routine checkup. They wanted to call our insurance to make sure and we also did the same. The insurance confirmed that we did not have to pay for this visit and it’s covered twice a year without any pay. After this they sent us to get the x-rays done. Both me and my husband got our x-rays and they asked us to wait for the doctors to come check. Then they called us both into the same room where doctors came in and informed that there needs to be a special type of x-ray (360 degree x-ray) which needs to be done in order for them to continue the service which is not covered in the insurance and it’s their policy to not continue without it and we had to pay to continue being seen.
If that’s the way the business operates, we have no problem. But they had to inform us before exposing us to the x-rays. If that’s something without which they cannot continue service wouldn’t the front desk know about it? Why would they want to waste our time, do our x-rays and then put us in a position where we have to decide if we need the treatment or not. It was super unprofessional and such a waste of time.

To say that I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist is an understatement. I had chipped a tooth and was referred by a friend. When I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist was kind and patient and got me in quickly.
The dental assistant doing my X-Rays was an angel as I was in tears and having issues she called in another assistant to help her and they helped to calm me down and get the x-rays done.
Dr. Rachel well all I can say is that she is amazing. She helped to ease my anxiety. Talked to me like a normal person, didn't make me feel rushed or like I was just another paycheck. She took her time with me, she was patient, kind, loving and understanding of my situation. She even had me laughing a couple of times. Unheard of for me at a dentist office.
Because of all of this, they have gained my trust and I will be returning for more treatments.

Dr Chow did my root canal and he did it so well. I’m VERY anxious and put off dentistry because of it. They made me feel comfortable, numbed me well enough that I didn’t feel anything, and were quick with it. Very impressed and thankful.

I’ve been in Las Vegas for 8 years. My CA dentist retired and I have tried 2 other dental offices that I wasn’t happy with. I was referred to Dr. Low at Green Valley Modern Dentistry and I was very impressed with the front office staff and especially Dr. Low and hygienist Chloe. Very professional and I highly recommend.

Never got my teeth cleaned even though my appointment was for a cleaning. I was told the hygienist was not in and the dentist would do the cleaning but, she had another patient to see first. Also, I was told that I needed deep cleaning and two crowns replaced. THEN, I was dismissed! Checked ratings on Yelp and I agree that your office recommends unnecessary procedures that will make you more money. I gave you one star on Yelp. I am looking for an honest dentist. I will not return to your office.

I got a root canal done here back when Dr. Oweis was still with the team, and she did a phenomenal job on my tooth and the crown. She gave me advice about shape and color, but when I advocated for certain changes, she really heard me and agreed I made good choices in the end.

I also really like the attitude of Dr. Rachel Bush. She is by far the most down to earth dentist. She is the first dentist to talk to me about my autoimmune disease and how it might affect my oral health. The first time I met her, she stayed late during closing hour to talk with me and answer all my questions. She is compassionate and knows how to relate to patients. I recommend everyone see her, especially if you feel shy in a clinical or professional setting. She has cool hair and tattoos too. This office seems really inclusive to alternative employees, which makes me feel comfortable.

I've been through quite a few of the hygienists here and all but one were phenomenal. Chelsea was my hygienist for a deep cleaning and respected my choice not to have numbing injections. She was very respectful of any pain I had and did her best to work with me. I appreciated her patience, as I know I made her job a bit harder by not being numb, and she still treated me with kindness.

The office almost always answers the phone, even during their busiest times of day. The front desk is staffed with enough people to handle patients efficiently. I'm sure many of the patients appreciate being able to reach the office when needed.

Thank you to the team at GVMD for being so awesome over the years! The dentist isn't most people's idea of a fun time, but you make being in the patient chair an easier time.

Green Valley Modern Dentistry is an EXCELLENT provider for dental services. I had check ups, major dental surgery, pre - post care, and continued support from Staff. Specifically, when I walk through the door for an appointment, I feel immediately welcome and valued as a patient.

This is due to the EXCEPTIONAL customer service, vast knowledge, and professionalism provided by Akira Robinson, Specialty Healthcare Coordinator.

Also, my Dentist, Dr. Devyn Esquibel, D.M.D. is an OUTSTANDING dental psofessional. "Dr. E" has provided me with EXCELLENT care and service throughout the course of my dental journey.

I am 55 years old and have had my share of dental professionals over the years. Dr. E and Staff at Green Valley Modern Day Dentistry are AWESOME! I am GRATEFUL that they are in my "dental universe"!

Communication needs improvement.
It took several attempts to get prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. Then only one was called in and not the 2nd one. So my 3rd trip to the pharmacy I finally got what was needed. Do better! It's not a good look when medications are needed for infection control and I had to be my own advocate. Otherwise I wouldn't have had what was needed for infection control. All of this was just after a surgery.

I felt so comfortable during my procedure. Dr. J. Kaplan is very detail oriented and sweet. I have been going to this location for years and have always has a positive experience. Just recently I had the opportunity to have Dr. Low perform very intricate dental work. She was very kind and professional ensuring that it was done in a timely manner and that the time it took in-between to recieving my final procedures, I was able to look professional and feel confident at work.
