I always have a great experience whether it’s a cleaning or monitoring my progress with Invisalign. They run a very efficient schedule. When I have a 1:30pm appointment, I’m in at 1:30pm. It’s very rare (and only in emergency) that things don’t run exactly on time.

I’m particularly partial to my dentist Dr Chad Gubler and Cassandra but from what I gather, you can’t go wrong with whomever you get!

Update: My family and I have been coming here for 20+ years! Dr Chad is the BEST, most gentle dentist I have ever had. I’m a big baby when it comes to getting any dental work done, but I have overcome my fear thanks to Dr Chad and my Dental Hygentist Rachelle. I had to put off my appointments for a while, however, today I had an appointment and as usual, the Gubler staff gave exceptional customer service, and my Dental Hygenist, Rachelle rocks! Great experience! 10/10 I dislike going to the dentist and get anxiety and normally wait until there is an issue or pain. Everyone was kind and the dr was extremely supportive and thorough. 5 Stars – Outstanding, responsive care when it mattered most!

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. A 30-year-old crown came loose right before bedtime, leaving me anxious to get it resolved quickly. I sent a message early in the morning before regular business hours and was blown away to get a prompt response fitting me in for a same-day appointment at noon.

The appointment itself was smooth and efficient. After checking that there was no underlying bone damage, they were able to cement the original crown right back into place in just a few minutes. To top off an already fantastic experience, there was no charge for the visit!

Finding a dental team this skilled, honest, and truly dedicated to patient care—even outside standard hours—is rare. Outstanding service across the board!

The best! I was so nervous for nothing. The staff is always so welcoming and supportive and helps you with financing options when insurance may not cover the complete cost of services. These days, insurance is a…… so it’s refreshing to have options. Secondly, Im always nervous! I never feel the needle they use to numb me though and Dr Gubler is fantastic! My crown is beautiful 🤩 I feel like a Queen. lol. Looks better that the old tooth for sure. His assistants helped the color matching process perfectly. They have an amazing dental hygienist there as well (I believe her name was Lynn). Just a great family practice with amazing people working there. Cassandra, thanks for keeping me laughing! I’ve been coming to Gubler Dental for like half of my life since I moved to vegas. I came in with a huge fear of the dentist due to a childhood experience and am so appreciative of Dr. Sean for helping me work through that trauma and eventually look forward to my appointments. Rachele is my hygienist. I will not book with anyone else, and there have been points where I’ve waited months to get back in with her if I have to cancel. Being billed 4 years after a visit is unacceptable. I was never given a bill or any explanation at the time, and now I’m suddenly told I owe money due to an “insurance downgrade.”

What makes this even more frustrating is that I returned for another appointment about a year later, and this balance was never mentioned. Over the years, they also contacted me to schedule appointments and confirmed I was fully paid up, so this came completely out of nowhere.

On top of that, they tried to include a no-show fee for an appointment they had rescheduled, which makes no sense.

I was told this is due to new management, but that comes across as unprofessional and concerning. This should have been handled properly at the time of service not years later.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this dentist

Gubler Dental is a great place. Dr. Sean is a phenomenal dentist, super excellent, always has cool socks. However, the real star of the show is dental hygienist extraordinaire Rachelle Sample. If you haven’t had the pleasure of having her deep clean your teeth, is your mouth even clean? I have been getting my teeth cleaned by Rachelle for 15 magnificent years. During that time, we have shared stories about motherhood, friendship, life, and, of course, how to maintain impeccable dental health. Sitting in her chair is just another form of self-care; she makes getting my teeth cleaned feel like a spa treatment. I am so grateful to have the pleasure of getting my teeth cleaned by such a wonderful lady.

Took me on-time had a thorough review, Their technology is incredible for imaging. The dentist was amazingly nice and patient. The staff outwardly loves being and working there. They didn’t try to sell me services or devices I don’t need. They were very careful to let me know what things cost… what my insurance covered and what my share would be should I decide to do anything they recommended.
It was my first visit. I was able to get a cleaning. It is the best first Dentist experience I’ve ever had and I’m 66 years old next month Couldn’t recommend these guys more.

I received an estimate for $262 over what was paid by my insurance for the first phase of deep cleaning Gubler Family Dental determined I needed. I paid the $262 at the time of service. I received a statement from my insurance 10 days after the deep cleaning showing the amount I should have paid to Gubler Family Dental as $108.

I’ve gone into Gubler Family Dental’s office twice since receiving the statement from my insurance asking for clarification of the amount I was charged. I have been told they will not discuss the difference between what I was charged and what my insurance stated was the amount I should have been charged until the payment from the insurance is posted. My insurance confirmed to me the payment was sent to Gubler Family Dental August 13, 2025.

The employee at the front desk was both dismissive of my concerns and unwilling to provide any assistance for the discrepancies in the charges.

I chipped my front tooth and they got me in within hours. They repaired it with a bond at a very minimal cost, and my teeth actually look better than before the chip! I couldn’t be more thrilled with their customer service, quality of work, and fair pricing.

After my cleaning, I paid and went home. I later received a text message to pay my bill. I clicked on the link and it said I owed $1,100 to $2,000. I called the office and the woman told me that she needs to audit my account because the previous office manager who was over billing apparently didn’t do a good job. I laughed and said, “the only thing I’ve had done at this office are teeth cleanings and deep cleaning which I paid for.” She again said, “I need to audit your account and it will take me a few days.” Audit all you want, ZERO chance I owe $2,000!!! For teeth cleanings that my insurance covered and deep cleaning that I already paid for? Suspect.

This is a shame because I’ve enjoyed coming here along with my family. The hygienist and dentists are all very nice.

Jocelyn at the front was super friendly and was able to get me an appointment quickly. Dr. Sean Gubler was extremely patient and kind, took time to explain exactly what was going on in regards to my treatment which eased my nerves and was extremely comforting.

This is the BEST dental practice in Henderson. We were new to the area, I went to numerous dentist in the area to do implant work, none came close to them. The office staff is amazing, dental assistants are tops, the dentist I saw Shawn Gubler was so patient, kind and an excellent dentist. If you need dental implants this is your guy! I've had several implants done and this experience was the best. Pricing is very good as well. Don't waste your time checking out others, I did it already and you wont find better than Gubler Dental.

Great staff — everyone there. So pleasant and explaining everything as they went (2 crowns). One suggestion— a warning about pain would have been good. Once Novocaine wore off my pain level was about a 7 — and I have a pretty good pain tolerance.
