I had an amazing experience with Hansen Miller Orthodontics. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Every member of the team was knowledgeable, confident, and made the entire consultation process feel seamless.

The assistant who took my X-rays and photos was especially kind, friendly, and helpful (I wish I could remember her name!). She made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.

Dr. Miller took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, what each approach would accomplish, and patiently answered all of my questions about my specific case. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated how informative and transparent he was.

The Treatment Coordinator, Crystal Hoover, was incredibly patient as she walked me through the financial options and next steps. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel pressured.

Excellent dental office! When my permanent retainer that I got elsewhere years ago came loose, I came in for my first visit here. Not only was everyone incredibly friendly, they were able to xray, evaluate, and fix the retainer all in the same day! I thought the appointment would require a follow-up and I was okay with that, but I was pleasantly surprised. Can’t recommend them enough!

I came to Hansen Miller orthodontics because my teeth had shifted after I lost my retainer. I was so nervous to get braces, but Dr. Miller suggested Invisalign. When I tell you, they are the friendliest most efficient staff. And I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than five minutes to be seen for my appointment. Dr. Miller extended my Invisalign time because he is such a perfectionist, which I’d prefer rather than somebody that rushes things and I’m not happy with the end results in the end.

I’m just overall so happy. And every single person that has assisted me has been so friendly and so informative on this journey.

We moved here from Colorado and needed to continue maintenance for my daughters braces. The first place we went to was ridiculously overpriced and not anywhere near as personable as affordable braces. I did my research for a long time before deciding to go with Dr. Heinrich at Affordable Braces last year. I visited three ortho offices and got a consult at each.There were several factors that I considered when making my choice. First of all, the office itself. I really like how clean and welcoming the AB office was. The decor was really fun to look at as well, very original! All of the people who work in the office have always been extremely helpful with all my insurance and financing paperwork. They really made the financing easy too! They had so many options to accommodate any situation. That was a huge factor for me as I got braces for me and my son. I was actually surprised at how affordable this office was opposed to others I visited that had far less positive aspects to their businesses. Both my son and I have some unique circumstances when it comes to our treatment. I was told elsewhere that I couldn't really be helped, but Dr. Heinrich's experience has proved otherwise. All of the technicians are so awesome and always do their best. I really appreciate the services at AB and the specialized attention. When people are passionate about what they do for a living it shows. Dr. Heinrich and his staff are definitely a passionate group!

Dr. Heinrich was very detailed, patient, and more than anything personable. He did not ever pushed his opinions to me and at the end of the day, he had educated me with braces and what can be done for my smile. He gave me all the options and I decided on what I wanted to do. I was a patient here for two years. I recently had my braces taken off and transitioned to a retainer. The Doctor is very good and has an excellent bedside manner. All of the staff are wonderful. I would just suggest making your appointments on free days where you don’t have anything important looming after. They do get backed up about 30 minutes or so frequently and sometimes I waited close to an hour after appointment time. I do still highly recommend this clinic and I am ecstatic over finally having a great smile.

I am very pleased with the staff as a whole unit. I am disabled and awaiting a lung transplant so one particular visit my oxygen was low due to my airways being extremely restricted and I had papers that required my initials and signature. The receptionist took her time and came to the car with the papers and was so patient. They don't seem to know how to take care of their customers during the pandemic. Everyone understands only a certain amount of people are allowed to be inside a building at a time, but they're not being fair about how they are scheduling their customers out. I haven't been seen since February. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow and no one informed me they canceled it. I now have to wait till June. Currently having the worst experience with this office as my teeth don't look anything like the way I want them and they don't seem to care as I haven't been seen for maintenance or adjustments in months. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my hard earned money.

I’m very disappointed with this place. I gave it one star and I feel that is to generous. I feel let down and lied to. If you go here please get everything in writing. Get everything in writing when in consultation to confirm what you will be paying for and you will not have surprise fees at the end and missing treatments plans that were promised at the beginning. we were running five minutes late so we called the front desk to inform them about this, they said they’re going to have to cancel our appointment and reschedule AGAIN. this is the second time it happened. i get it you guys are busy since you can’t spare your clients five minutes but that’s so outrageous. speaking of this being the second time, the first time they had to reschedule our appointment because we were running six minutes late, and when we asked if they could just wait five minutes they said they couldn’t do anything about it since suddenly someone “filled in our spot” so it got rescheduled to today. like cmon, are you guys THAT desperate to collect $50 just cuz we were five minutes late?

This place might not check for your credit score or what not. But they sure are not cheap. I was under the impression that they would be "affordable" but unfortunately that was not the case. Down payment requirements are between $500.00 for regular and $1,700.00 for invisalign. I had $400 but that was not enough. This place might be great for kids but I don't think it works well for those adults who are not covered for orthodontics (which is really hard to find a dental that covers braces for adults) Monthly payment plans are set and could not be worked with. Their staff is really nice though but only one orthodontist. They offer discounts but that changes each month. So, if you are an adult trying to get braces and do not have dental insurance that covers you. Save up your money!!!

My first visit was 2 days ago (Wed , Sep 17) , this place has to have the most friendliest workers ever. During my braces consultation, Dr. Heinrich talked to me about getting an extraction so my teeth won't be pushed more forward (My teeth are already big lol). He knows his stuff! Highly recommend everyone who's seeking to getting braces! It's really affordable, I'm so happy and excited to getting my braces or even getting 4 teeth extracted haha. THUMBS UP

Both people working front desk were super nice but the ortho was very rushed. I waited such a long time for him. 30 min in the waiting room and about another hour in the room. He should have been a little more calm. I've been. Shopping around and the estimate I got was the same as another ortho who got me in on time and didn't feel rushed.

Today, I am free finally. Let's go back to the end of 2017, which is my journey started. From day 1, I went to my consultation about having braces, Dr.Bordador and his staff have been the best professionals that I have ever dealt with.
Before the braces, they would explain all the details very patiently, and of course, they would check and make sure if your teeth are ready.
Through the whole process(my treatment is 26 months), Dr. Bordador has been excellent！He remembers all his clients' little stories, and he is very easy-going. Because I have a missing tooth which i am planning to do implant after the braces. He always goes the extra mile communicating with my general doctor for opinions and referred me a nice implant surgeon.
Everytime I get in the chair，the staff take care of me very well. Last but not the least, lots of kids are doing their braces there, means that it must be a good place!

Nightmare...!!!
I was visiting this place for around 2 years. The Dr. is nice and well educated, but he DOES NOT listen to his patients.

While he was fixing my front teeth, he messed up the back ones.

I was telling him for months that there was something wrong with my back teeth, but he was ignoring me by saying "I am the Doctor not you".

I visited 3 more doctors after I got tiered telling him about this issue and all of 3 confirmed that my back teeth were messed up from the treatment.

Now I had to pay more money to another Dr. to fix what affordable braces did, but not only that, I had to go again through weeks of horrible pain again, because they had to move my teeth back to their original position ;(

Weirdest doctors office ever. Doesn't have listed the hours on the door. Got here early and office was closed without reason. After waiting for half hour some employees appeared saying no one will be here until 1:30pm. Just overall lack of cleaning of this office made me bolt out of there.

My wife keeps calling to re schedule appt. two days in a row they didn't return any call back. Very annoying especially we lived an hour drive. It conflicts with my wife schedule. The lady said just call to reschedule appt if you don't know your work schedule so she called a week before and still haven't got a call back to reschedule and she left two voice messages already. Worst customer service experience I didn’t know they have a new doctor working there now and the way he treats people is embarrassing. I came in to figure out cost on how to get started on my Invisalign again and he spent the whole time with his horrible sense of humor scolding me on not coming sooner and never gave me the price. Maybe he thought I couldn’t afford it because I was wearing my gym clothes.. he didn’t notice I had a 2k fendi watch on I could’ve easily paid for new treatment. He needs to learn some sales skills because he offered 0 solutions just lame jokes. I’ll take my business to someone who knows how to treat and handle business. I got no time for jokes.

Not sure how they're braces actually are, but trying to transfer from an out of state location is a joke. All I called for is to find out if they have in house financing or if they go through a credit card company and they couldn't even give me that information. Since I've been suffering for years with clenching my teeth during sleep, I thought I should see a specialist about possible TMJ issues. Dr. Heinrich was able to diagnose the situation almost immediately. I was to be fitted with a night guard that I would wear while I slept. The night guard is very comfortable and doesn't disturb my sleep at all. Now my morning headaches and jaw pain have greatly decreased for which I am very grateful.
