Dr Sam,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. I was very impressed with the service I received; the team was professional and the care provided was excellent.

However, I found the seating area to be quite small. It would be helpful if you could consider adding more seating, such as benches, to make the waiting area more comfortable for patients.

Thank you for the great service.

Extremely disappointed. Took my son to the westcliff location for emergency appt to have one tooth extracted. He does need extensive work, but only went there for one reason today and that was to have a tooth pulled because of the excruciating pain he was in. Instead they provided him with a treatment plan for the extensive work that needed to be done and said to come back tomorrow and they could start on it. My son couldn’t wait until tomorrow due to the pain he was in so we left and went to another dentist and had it pulled, then we discussed the treatment plan afterwards of what was next to come. And the other dentist quoted $2,000 less. So we won’t be going back to this dentist. They should really listen to what patients need instead of listening to their wallet.

7 stars if I could ⭐!!!

Dr. Sam and the team at 6960 Westcliff are absolutely amazing! 😁 They’re reliable, professional, lovely, and make the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Honestly, they are 100% worth it — great dentist, great staff, great experience! Highly recommend! 🦷

I almost want to gatekeep this place because they’re that good. I’ve been to so many dental clinics in Vegas, and this is the only one where I truly feel at ease and have peace of mind. They’re honest, fair with pricing, and clearly not just in it for the money. Their focus is on preventative care, not immediately pushing extra procedures or expensive implants. You actually feel cared for here, not upsold. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust, this is it.

I am extremely disappointed with my sister’s recent visit to this office. She came in for a simple cleaning, but the experience was confusing and uncomfortable from start to finish. After taking x-rays, the dentist didn’t even seem to know why she was there. Once he started, he stopped mid way and asked if she was over 18 since she went alone. Then the hygienist pressured her into paying an extra $48 by telling her her gums would become inflamed if she didn’t.

To make things worse, when she went to pay, the front desk told her that unless she left a 5-star review, they would add an additional $20 to her bill.

This kind of behavior felt pushy,
unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
My sister left feeling taken advantage of rather than cared for. I hope this office seriously reevaluates how they treat patients.

We have the pleasure of working with Mary, Aaliyah, and Dr. Sam along with other wonderful members of the staff who were kind to not only myself but also my husband and son. We are very happy with the service and the care that they have taken with us on our many visits. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist. Another happy visit and happy dental!
