We had our first visit with this Dr.Zilberman during a sick appointment for my son, and I’m so grateful we found him. He was very attentive, took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns, and made us feel heard and cared for. He explained everything clearly, provided helpful advice, and was incredibly kind throughout the visit. We found out my son had Influenza A, and I felt confident in the care and guidance we received. We’re really hoping to continue seeing him as our son’s doctor moving forward. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this practice for 11 years now and would never go anywhere else . I’ve seen most of the doctors here and have been to both offices and every time I receive the best care for my children . All the front desk ladies as well as the medical assistants at both offices are so pleasant , helpful , and kind. Every time I call and speak to someone on the phone I receive the same great customer service . They always take care of all of my concerns and make me feel at ease when my kids are sick providing all the resources I need to help get them better. Fantastic office! Fantastic staff! They are BEYOND patient and are always willing to go the extra mile to help out and make necessary accommodations. They understand special needs. Take it from us after going through 5 different pediatricians, this is hands down the absolute BEST in town!!! We’ve been coming here the last 2 years and don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon until our son no longer needs pediatric physicians. If we moved out of state, we would travel here to come and see this office. That’s how good this place is.

Harold wrote in services he didn’t provide into our bill… just be aware - if you check your insurance billing summaries after a visit. He will bill for things that aren’t even part your child’s visit… you check your statement …. I’ve said enough… also was not thorough during that particular office visit and we switched providers.

We recently moved to Las Vegas area and are new to the practice. I have brought my child twice, the first time as a new patient, the second time for a scheduled follow up appointment. I liked our Doctor but both times we had to wait for a very long time. On the first visit we waited about 45 minutes before being seen. The second visit we had to wait TWO hours just to be seen by the Dr. It took another hour to get through a typical 10-minute appointment and then wait for a nurse to do strep test and covid test. All in all, three hours for an appointment scheduled a months in advance. The Dr was knowledgeable and personable enough, but the way the practice is run is clearly inefficient. They either schedule too many patients, or don't have enough staff, or both. I think I will give them one more chance because I hate having to look for a new pediatrician.
Update: we went back but I made sure to talk to front desk before going and tell them of our poor experience on the prior visit. The following two visits were normal acceptable wait. So I am upgrading my original rating.

DR. Zilberman is excellent doctor. I went to three different doctor to fix my sons problem no one could do it.( we went to Siena pediatrician and saw 3 diffient doctor there, just to get different opinion. They all extremely nice but i never got the answer.)
Dr. Zilberman was so different... sooner he saw my son he knows what his talking about and i cried. He made me trusted him and I had feeling that he can do it.. He fixed my son's problem.
He is amazing! Very experienced!

We love Dr. Z. We love that there is a sick side we can turn to for same day sick visits as needed. We love the text messages for greetings and information. We love that our visits are always uploaded on Healow.

We hate that Dr. Z talks too fast (but we love him still 🤣). We hate the check in process as sometimes it doesn’t work and we end up checking in in person. We hate having to wait for too long (although we know this is the case when seeing the doctor anywhere). We hate the referrals (we always end up being referred somewhere our insurance does not cover).

Dr. Zilberman was great while treating my 3 y/o. He was caring, and does full examination, besides what we came in for, which helped me understand and provided knowledge I should have when it comes to my child’s well-being. The front desk staff is always friendly and don’t ignore while once’s trying to check in as I have experienced with other doctors’ offices. And the nurses and the other doctors are also very caring and sweet with the little ones, very important as children sense the care and nurturing right away. I’m glad I found these professionals.

First visit was great!! My baby was sick and I was not happy with her previous doctor or the staff. Sooooooo happy to have been referred to this office from a family member. They are very professional, great bedside manners, office and exam room very clean and we didn’t wait in the waiting room long at all. Wait time was pretty excessive especially for a 9 month old with a cold. The waitroom bathroom doesn’t have a changing table.
Staff was nice, Dr. was fast but when asked he slowed things down and gave demonstration.
I found it odd no one addressed my daughter directly. My previous pediatrician everyone would say hi to her to make her feel more comfortable.

I have written a review previously about this practice and the team my family and I have encountered. We witness the rapid progression to modernize the vaccine check in process. I was there for a covid vaccine and I loved the whole experience. A REAL person answers the phone, I was texted reminders and when I arrived in the parking lot I simply clicked on my phone that I had arrived and then I quickly received a phone call to come on in. I was escorted to a private room, a nurse came and gave me the vaccine both times within 3 or 4 minutes, I waited the 15 minutes and left! Thank you Dr. Zilberman and crew for doing this for us!
