Been going here for over 2 decades, my 3 children (who are all diving now) and my wife have all been going here. Because of the level of care given to each person and exam. Very knowledgeable Doctors and friendly, they actually try to get to know you and share their own experiences. The staff has changed over the years, but they always have professional help. Dr Ohriner set high standards for those who have followed in his footsteps, he would be proud of the staff and their level of knowledge and professionalism. Although there is an optometrist less than a half mile from our house, we still make the 5+ mile commute to the Eye Care Center.

The girls that work there front desk and the girl that helped my daughter pick new glasses and there was another girl or should I say staff lol. I'm not sure their names but they are absolutely awesome, professional and are so very helpful we love it there. keep up the great energy and personality ladies and Thank you all so much.

Great staff here and very professional. They know what they are doing. Get the test where they take a picture of your eye. They can determine if a future problem is developing and determine eye health in general.

I have been going to the Eyecare Center for 6 years and have been nothing but satisfied!! I am treated well and the staff are great!! Just had another eye exam today and once again was 110% more than satisfied with everything! Between the reception desk, eye exam, eye prep and glasses, everything is really top notch!

On April 30th 2019 I had an appointment for an eye exam at 2:30pm. I had arrived just before hand and did the normal paper work and signing as usual. When I was done with the paperwork I then gave it to the two people at the desk. Who were unfortunately not fairly kind at all but, I brushed it off. So I then waited and waited some more. Until my patience couldn’t take it any longer when it had been literally 1 hour!!!! and some change of the wait time for my eye exam. I went up to the two ladies in the front counter and had asked them if my eye exam can start faster because I had work. They then told me there were 2 people ahead of me and I had to wait longer. Which was kind of confusing because I had arrived just before these people. I then kindly rescheduled another time and left the building extremely disappointed and agitated at the wait time and the rude workers in the front desk. Again very very disappointed. :(

I love my visits to The Eyecare Center. When I first started going to them it was as the Sierra Vista office. Now I see them at the Civic Center office. The staff always have a smile on their faces. I never have to wait long when I get there before I go back. They are pleasant and friendly.

My and my daughters bought glasses, when we picked them up it was a disaster. My glasses did not come with any nose pads, one of my daughters glasses was missing a nose pad, her glasses were crooked and my other daughters nose pads were mismatched, one being slightly larger than the other. When the person gave us the glasses he didnt even ask us if the glasses were good, didnt ck any of the eyeglasses and didnt bother to "fit the glasses" on our faces. I had to go back the next wk all the way across town, Kathy at that office was able to fix all our glasses, no problem and was kine and considerate.

I have been going to their Sierra Vista location near the Maryland Parkway, close to the Boulevard Mall since about 2007. Every time, I have received great care from their staff when you enter the building, all the way down to the assistants and the eye doctors. Great all around customer service with consistent professionalism! Never a long wait either! Thank you all so much!
