Hands down, 100% the best dentist I’ve ever been to! He is so professional and does the best work. I have never ever felt this good after a dentist, usually I feel like the dentist is a scam, but not here at all. I’m so glad I finally have a dentist I can trust. I’ve had a sensitive tooth for so long and I went to another dentist who said they don’t know why, I came to heavenly smiles, and the Dr helped me figure out what it was and got me right . Heavenly Smiles Dental was one of my best dental experiences to date! It’s a difficult profession having to deal with varying mouth sizes and proximity, loud-obtrusive machines that make abrasive noises, and a diverse clientele of scared individuals. Yet, from the beginning of my exam, up until the moment I was driving away, my visit was a pleasant experience. I went through a period of a couple years where I was getting sick all the time. A short time later my girlfriend at the time introduced me to Heavenly Smiles as I didn’t have a local dentist. He informed me I had periodontitis and did a deep cleaning. Since I’ve been doing cleanings with him for the past several years I rarely ever get sick now!! Best Dentist Ever . I was looking for a great dentist and I’ve been to so many different places in town , till I found Heavenly smiles Dental . And It was recommended by 2 of my friends. Since the first visit I decided to get everything done by an amazing , knowledgeable, experienced & great dentist which is really hard to find . Besides that , the receptionist and assistant (Haley) is super friendly and experienced too , she makes everything easy for you . they really make you comfortable over there . And best service . I’ve done so many different things done there and none of the sessions feel pain at all . The doctor check the situation of your teethe , gum & the health . The BEST experience you will ever have at the dentist! My family all love Heavenly Smiles. This is a small, safe office. You show up at your appointment time and they buzz you into the office to go straight back. It is a true VIP experience. It is all one-on-one, no other patients waiting around like most other offices. Dr. Nguyen is definitely a perfectionist (which you want in a dentist!). The doctor does all of the cleaning work himself which means he gets to know his patients and their teeth one on one. There is one assistant in the office. She is also amazing! She assists the doctor while he is working and takes you back to the room but he does the work! I recently started having issues with my teeth shifting. I messaged his system on the weekend, he responded right away and was able to get me in to be seen and start to fix the issue the next day! My 4 yo daughter especially loves going in. He and his assistant are GREAT WITH KIDS!

QUICK and EFFICIENT! This is THE most efficient doctor I have ever seen.
Example:
Every OTHER dentist: show up for 8am appointment, wait for half hour in the waiting room, see a hygienist for a cleaning, wait again for 20 minutes to see the doctor for 2 minute final go over. Total time on average: 1.5 - 2 hours

THE HEAVENLY SMILES experience: show up for 8am appointment, his assistant takes you back to a chair and room at 8am, see Dr. Nguyen for a cleaning and exam, out the door by 8:30-9.
Total time on average: 30 minutes!

I just started going to Heavenly Smiles a couple of weeks ago, but my husband and his family have all been going here for many years. I am very happy. I had been going to another dentist that overcharged me every time I checked out, and I found out was also giving me expensive treatments that were unnecessary. Dr Nguyen has exceptional bedside manner, and is very thorough. He genuinely cares about his patients. He completely explains everything in detail, and ensures high quality work.
He also takes tons of photos of your teeth to compare every time you come in, which I find awesome to see progress, lol.
After getting a deep cleaning last week, my gums have improved a lot. This has never happened to me with another dentist, and I look forward to having healthier teeth. :)

The excellent service actually began with my first phone call with Haley. I was hesitant and nervous about making a dentist appointment because who likes going to the dentist… but she eased my fears and made me feel comfortable. I showed up to my appointment and knew what to expect. I was amazingly surprised and was wrong it was even better than I thought it was going to be. Dr. Nguyen and his staff take their time and do not make you feel like you are being rushed in and out of the office. After taking x-rays and actual pictures of my mouth Dr. Nguyen comes up with a great treatment plan and explains why we are doing what we after doing and Haley does a great job of setting up the payment and telling me what options I have. When I first came it Dr Nguyen's office he recommended a deep cleaning. I wasn't happy with my old office because my teethnever felt clean. After I did my deep cleaning with Dr nguyen I noticed right away that my bad breath had gone away and my gums stopped bleeding. No matter what the cost of the deep cleaning was I would do it again in a year if that's what Dr Nguyen recommended because I trust him and experienced the results first hand. This is a SCAM! My wife went to get a cleaning, they said it'll cost her $649. 2 weeks after, we get a letter from the insurance saying that this doctor attempted to claim an additional amount of over $1,400. For a CLEANING SERVICE!!! They are now trying to get the money through collection agencies. Be extremely careful as a simple cleaning is, according to this doctor, worth over $2,000!

Went in WITH insurance, and after listening to a song and dance about how much they care and how dedicated to their patients success they are, they wanted to do a "deep cleaning" which tacked on an out of pocket cost of over $525. Really?? Not happening. I refused that service and asked for a normal cleaning instead. Nope - they refused to do a cleaning. Such a scam. I'll be calling my insurance company in the morning to contest the visit. Beware!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen's for almost 3 years. I was referred by my neighbor and it has been the best dental office experience I have ever had. Every time I go in for my perio maintenance Dr. Nguyen and his staff make sure to give me a positive and educational experience. He takes images of my mouth before and after the procedure so he can give me directions on how to improve my oral health. Dr. Nguyen has also done 4 of my crowns and wow are they the best ones I have ever had it is just like having my natural teeth. I am beyond happy with Dr. Nguyen’s work and his awesome staff!

I went for a second opinion which I told the receptionist when I scheduled the appointment. Once I had completed all their paperwork, she told me that they needed the paperwork from the other dentist. Which she clould have told me before coming in. When I refused they said I couldn't be seen without it. I asked for my personal information that I had just filled out so I could shred it at home. They refused they offered to shred it in the back. When I heard the shredder finish in the back. I attempted to leave and the door was locked. They have a lock on the in and outside of this office. I finally was allowed to leave thank God. Steer clear of these jokers.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen's since 2009. I was referred by a friend and I would never choose to go anywhere else! All I can say about heavenly smiles dental is superb work and an amazing helpful and friendly staff! I have gotten all types of dental work done from implants to braces as well as my crowns and fillings! My dental hygiene visits have been more than marvelous. Dr.Nguyen takes his time to show me images of my mouth and why we are doing the procedures we are. Every service was presented to me with a cost and the staff was very helpful explaining it to me, I never felt pressured. They worked with my budget and made a huge difference to my smile and dental health! I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and his staff for any of your dental needs!

I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for years due to the fact that he is a perfectionist and does flawless work. He uses the top-of-the-line equipment, and technology. Trust me he is the best! I never thought I would say I look forward to going to the dentist. I have to admit it is always a wonderful experience. Lots of laughs and a wonderful staff. Not only are the dentist and the staff professional, skilled and just nice people, but they go out of their way to be sure patients are comfortable. For a prolonged period of time I personally had headaches and mouth pain that I just couldn't articulate. I just returned from another wonderful afternoon with Dr. Nguyan and his wonderful staff. I have been coming to Heavenly Smiles Dental since they first opened over ten years ago. I cannot praise them enough. Infact, I have moved out of the area and am still willing to drive over two hours for my appointments. It is very hard to find someone with the amount of professionalism and dedication that Dr and his staff has. I've been with Doctor Nguyen since his days at Comfort Dental where I came in on a
wheelchair with 7 broken bones from an accident. He has always taken excellent care of me and my mother (before she passed). The staff is top drawer and I've always felt as one of their family. I've even brought my 2 children from MI to see Doc
for teeth bleaching. My experience has always been happy and comfortable with the care I have received and my teeth have always looked like a movie star.
I will miss Doc, Boris and the whole crew when I relocate in FL. As always, Dianne K.
