Another great experience with the best staff.
Customer Service personnel are polite, professional, and positive attitude. Alexis is dynamic with patient interaction and puts you at ease. Erica is awesome with explaining the process and procedure. She makes you feel at ease for cleaning and explain in great detail.

I have a complicated experience with this dental office because the staff were incredible in being patient and kind with me the moment I told them I had a history of dental anxiety. They gave me time to emotionally express and were very effortful in getting me a payment plan for my (frankly exorbitantly priced) dental care

The complications is that they don't feel the staff did a good enough job checking with my insurance to make sure the quote they gave me was an accurate one. After my root canal and crown I was contacted because there's an additional almost $150 that I now owe on top of the $2000 that I already spent and am paying off. Considering the staff I spoke to went back and forth multiple times adjusting my quote to something I could reasonably afford I'm very disappointed that this is something that wasn't caught and I'm now expected to cover that additional fee despite there being several weeks between me receiving this quote and this procedure. There was ample opportunity to catch this error so I would have had an accurate idea of the cost of my services and wouldn't have been surprised with a bill later.

So to be clear the staff is lovely but I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is financially strapped to ask them to check multiple times to confirm that the quote you are receiving is accurate. This one surprise has made me debate whether or not I want to return for the rest of the dental work I desperately need done because I'm now afraid that I will continue to receive inaccurate information about the cost of my care. If you aren't worried about the financial cost of dental work then you will be in good hands. And have a wonderful experience.

I had my first appointment at Henderson Dental Group today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I was extremely nervous going into my appointment because I’ve always been afraid of the dentist, but Dr. Jody Lin completely changed that for me. She was incredibly kind, gentle, patient, and informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her calm and compassionate approach immediately put me at ease, and I left feeling much more confident about my dental care.

I also want to recognize the amazing team that helped make my visit such a positive experience. Yensi and Arnisha at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. Bri, the dental hygienist, took a few moments to show me the proper way to floss, which I truly appreciated. A big thank you as well to Dr. Lin’s dental assistant, Angela, who was so kind, gentle, and reassuring throughout my appointment.

If you’re someone who gets anxious about going to the dentist, I highly recommend Henderson Dental Group—especially Dr. Jody Lin and her wonderful team. I came here for an emergency appointment because my wisdom tooth was hurting to where the pain was unbearable. Come to find out they don’t have an oral surgeon on site! Why would you allow emergency appointments if you are NOT equipped to handle them?! And for that, this place has lost my business! I actually really like the staff here and they are very nice and social. However, I will not be using this as my dental service anymore. I was told for the removal of ONE wisdom tooth it would be around 400$ because insurance said they wont cover anesthesia for one tooth. Two and a half weeks later I get into the office for my surgery they tell me there are some small additional fees. Because of the position of my tooth they had to do a sinus closure and an optional bone graph. Those additional fees totaled to almost 2000$ out of pocket all together. Mind you this was told to me DAY OF minutes before my surgery. We wait over and HOUR in the lobby before finally getting called in to see the specialist. As I was in the chair with oxygen and wires on, the oral physician Robinpreet Pannu (incredibly polite and helpful and explaining the proceedures) tells me the "suggested' and "optional" fees were in fact NOT optional NOT suggested and I was going to have to get both period. I tried telling him that there was no way I could afford it and they just said they could figure out a payment plan and continues strapping me in with wires. I was finally able to get my mother in the room to help defend me before whatever they were making me breathe in made me too dizzy. I'm super sad to be leaving this review I other wise loved this place and the staff but what we encountered was incredibly unprofessional and crooked it felt like they were taking advantage of me and get more money out of a situation where I felt powerless. The biggest issue I had truly was being lied to and having these fees not being disclosed to me week prior so I didn't have time to prepare to pay the fees. If you have taken the time to read this save yourself the headache and DO NOT pursue care here. (to my hygienist Jasmin Park I will miss you, you were always incredibly sweet, polite and thorough)

I booked here because they show they are Board Certified and they have a centrix machine. Both of those are requirements for me to use a dentist. I needed a root canal and a cap for another tooth, no root canal required. The endodentist that did the root canal is Board Certified and he did great. The problem was they treat you like your on an assembly line. The endodentist did the root canal, and left. The staff dentists then made the crown using their centrix machine, and set it. It was rough and the slope of the tooth was wrong. Never, ever, ever have I had a crown from centrix machine that was not perfect. That's the whole point of the machine. I foolishly allowed them to continue. 2nd crown was a bit better than the first, but it is not right either. I will see a dentist in the next couple of months and have their work corrected. The staff was very nice, and the premises were clean, but I had no confidence that the staff dentists had a clue what they were doing. Even getting my teeth cleaned was lousy, and I went back and made them actually polish my teeth, which they told me they do not normally do. Another glaring problem was they couldn't seem to decide what my treatment plan was. I was also told that I would receive a forward treatment plan at the end, but never did. BTW, the root canal and crown took more than FOUR HOURS!!! Four. Just the crown required more than 3 hours. If you've never had a root canal, I had two, same day, 2 years ago in Decatur, AL. They used a centrix machine and BOTH ROOT CANALS TOOK LESS THAN 2 HOURS and my bite was perfect. That dentist knew what he was doing.

I’m normally pretty okay with my teeth but having going to those guys (recommended by family) was the best decision I’ve made to date.. They helped me get a night guard pretty quickly, were very careful with my teeth and gums, and even gave me some advice and focus areas to make sure my gums were healthy too. 10/10 on the quick and friendly service too. Yensi was a great help today with getting me checked in and made sure I was taking care of with my oayment plan. Nisshe was a big help with getting me the prices for whiteneninh and helping me book my next appointment. Erika did an outstanding job in helping with my deep cleaning and taking her time but getting every piece of plaque in between my teeth and gums. Dr. Jilano also did a fantastic job with my filling and the extraction of my tiny tooth so I did t have to get referred out. The whole experience here was exceptional. Don't let them talk you into adding any future charges to your SmileGeneration credit account, they will "forget" to let you know it's a different promotion rate, not included in your original interest free 18 months, you wont know until it's too late and now have to pay $60 in interest. I recently dropped by for a visit and had a lot of work done! A root canal and a deep cleaning! The entire experience was painless. Crystal, the office manager was very helpful on explaining the working required and how to finance it all. What I loved is how all of the work was done on the same day! And quickly! Amazing team!

I had such a great experience at this dental office eventhough I’m a new patient here! Erica, the dental hygienist, was absolutely amazing. She’s so gentle, thorough, and genuinely caring throughout the entire visit. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which I really appreciated. I usually feel a bit anxious about dental appointments, but this visit completely changed that for me. Erica’s attention to detail and friendly personality made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. My teeth felt incredibly clean, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I have to say the service was excellent. Unfortunately I didn't have the cash to pay for a crown that they offered, which is not the standard crown (The only one they offered) My out-of-pocket was $800 and I asked them at that time is this all that I owned and they said yes. I opened a credit account with them to make payments. Now they're sending me a bill for around $170. Sorry I don't have the exact amount with me. When I called to figure things out with them they told me the insurance downgraded the service because the type of crown they do is not covered. They were paid the amount that any dentist would have been paid for the normal crown. I didn't feel I had time to run around shopping for another dentist. They're sending me to collections. By the way...My out-of-pocket with another dentist that did a normal crown would have been 300 and some dollars. I made the mistake of not having them give me a paid in full receipt for services. I will never go back to them. Please be careful and have your wallet ready! l

The Henderson Dental Group was amazing. 🎉 Everyone in the Office including the receptionists and Dental Assistants were exceptional. My Dentist Jasmine Park was also Knowledgeable and amazing. Both Jasmine and her Dental Assistant were kind, patient, and helpful. They even stayed a bit late to fix a chipped tooth that had bothered me for Months. The Dental work was immaculate and they did a wonderful job with my Cleaning. I would always recommend this Office and hope that you make them your Dental Provider. 🥳

I’ve been going to this location since I moved to Las Vegas, I always get fun and friendly staff and help me find the best plan that’s quick but doesn’t hurt my pockets. Dental care can be uncomfortable and pricey but they are always so helpful. I am now four years in and still coming for all my dental needs. Staff is also so sweet and easy to talk to.

Probably the best dental care I’ve experienced.

The front desk staff, hygienists and dentists are very friendly, compassionate and professional. They always have time to answer my questions about procedures, billing and dental care. I never feel rushed or anxious while in the office. Zero judgement while being uplifting and kind.

They seem to use the latest hi-tech equipment, too.

I would recommend this office to everyone.

Update: I’ve continued going here since my original review and my experience has stayed consistently excellent. Appointments run on time, communication is clear, and the quality of care remains top-notch. Still highly recommend.

The staff here is amazing! I have been coming to Henderson dental group for years and recommend them to all of my friends and family. Called the phone as a new patient and they were able to schedule me in the same day —- I chose this place based on reviews —- lived in Vegas for 9 years and haven’t really found my dentist but I think I found them today—- very knowledgeable staff , clean place, and the staff were very nice especially Nissh and Dr Park—- I had the pleasure of working with Dr Park and she was great all around and she provided one of the best cleanings I’ve had —- I will return back here
