They kept booking my appts months out. Meanwhile my dental situation got worse, I wasn’t being heard about what I need done first,, kept getting told different things about the plan of action we had. Then tried to charge me extra for deep cleanings for both sides when I only needed one side worked on.the communication wasn’t there with us for some reason, no one cared enough to get it clarified either, Bad experience with their customer service. But the dentist I guess are ok.it just felt like I wasn’t important to them.

I’ve always hated going to the dentist.. after going to this dentist I’m no longer afraid.. the care dr herrea shows n has is worth the money she is the most caring dentist I’ve ever been to.. she talks to you while working on your mouth.. doesn’t ignore u at all.. when she’s working on my teeth I usually fall asleep.. that’s how comfortable I feel there.. also staff is so kind n helpful.. all around I’d give this place a 10.. thank you dr herrea!! Bless your heart whoever canceled their appointment today, because she needed to go in! From the first phone call to the office to procedure and scheduling for the next visit- They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! Both doctors have been absolutely amazing. I usually get anxious about going to the dentist, but they always make me feel calm and comfortable—almost like I’m just hanging out with friends. I even had to go in once while pregnant, and they were so patient with my acid reflux, always giving me time to recover without ever making me feel rushed or like I was a bother. They are bilingual, which makes communication so easy if needed. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The office itself is super clean and inviting too. I’m really glad I found this place!

My teenagers love this dental practice! The staff is so super friendly and professional; they make you feel right at home. I personally love that they take you in at your scheduled appointment time, no waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes after you check in. Dr. Herrera is amazing. My daughter had a few poor experiences with other dentists in the past; but Dr. Herrera speaks to my daughter every step of the way, checking on her to make sure she’s comfortable and letting her know how progress is coming along. The support staff are also top notch. We’re greeted by everyone we make eye contact with, whether they’re a part of our treatment team that day or not. It’s a really great vibe. I love Dr. Herrera DMD. She is very straight forward, to the point, caring, and most of all HONEST. When I say honest I mean it. It’s so hard to find an honest and trust worthy medical professional in the dentistry industry and I trust no dentist. NONE. But I trust her completely. Besides this amazing extraction she performed for me yesterday I had three other teeth that were on edge of needing a root canal, she saved all three. All of the staff is amazing. This was my very first visit to this Dental Practice and Herrera Family Dental KNOCKED IT OUTTA the Ball Park!!! From the wonderfully attentive front office staff, to Sophia, Dr. Herrera's Radiologist who took my films, to meeting Dr. Herrera herself...Everything was done with great professionalism and concern for the patient's education. Dr. Herrera is both polite and explains her treatment plan and her approach of your treatment in a very understandable way.
My treatment plan was explained in detail also by her front office which included what my out of pocket expenses would be after insurance. No suprises at all!! Also, did I mention that the waiting room area is inviting and festive? Gotta love that, right?? The overall vibe is super high- energy, efficient and just plain happy!
I am so glad I found this wonderful Dental Practice and right in my own backyard!!

I used to have a fear of dental treatments and I hadn't gone to the dentist in over 2(?) years. However, I needed a ton of cavities treated and a friend recommended I come in for treatment here. Honestly, with the year of appointments I've had with Dr. Ariyoshi and her dental hygienists (assistants? Not sure what they're called but they're all amazing) my faith in dentists has been restored. I no longer feel jittery and anxious when I go to the dentist. Dr. Ariyoshi is very kind and patient, and she answers any questions I have with ease. In general everyone at the clinic is very kind and they try their best to make you feel comfortable there (and they succeed!)

I recommend this clinic to everyone I know who needs dental care. Overall, the staff are amazing, the office is relaxing, and I know I can trust them with my teeth.

The whole staff at Herrera Family Dental is fantastic. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, everyone is very kind and very knowledgable. Going to the dentist can be a scary time for most people but I feel like everyone in this office was very kind and comforting to me while I was experiencing some anxiety. Left several voicemails between September to current! No one ever returns calls. Submitted three inquiry forms requesting appointments no one ever reached out. I call lady says they check voicemails daily and return everyone’s calls. She did offer to schedule me an appointment but I do not trust getting any dental work or routine visits done here. My son is a patient at Herrera Dental and I highly recommend coming here. The staff, both front and back, are warm and welcoming and the dental work is excellent. By far the best experience! Tiffany and Dr.Herrera are the best! Since I was young I’ve had been scared and had Anxiety when it came to going to the dentist from past experience but with them it was totally different. They are so friendly and take good care of you. They make you feel right at home. I’m actually now excited to go to the dentist. 200% recommend!!!

Chris is extremely polite every time I need treatment at the office! Extremely welcoming and starts the experience off right before my treatment even begins. Dr Ariyoshi and Cindy are also super great. I’m generally nervous at dental appts but they do a great job and prove that I have nothing to worry about.

Wow!!!! This place is amazing! I came in last week for a root canal. I was extremely scared because i have severe dental anxiety. My assistant (i think her name was Tiffany D) came and greeted me in the waiting room. She seated me in the chair and i immediately felt at peace. She joked with me about my cheetah headband and kept everything super light hearted. Dr A was very efficient and fast at the procedure. Didn’t feel a thing! I would highly recommend Tiffany and staff to anyone with dental anxiety and for a fast root canal. I dropped off cookies as a thank you! You’re the best Herrera dentistry !!!!!

Super thoughtful and caring staff. Not only that - they don't skimp on supplies. They let you know what to expect ahead of time. I felt like I had been coming to this practice for years and it was only my second time being there. I felt no pain, they were super gentle, yet effective on the fillings I needed done. We’ve been coming to Dr Herrera probably since they opened! We’re a family of four who all had different dentists, I keep changing drs because either the staff was rude, the clinic was far or they would make us wait, I think these is all female team which makes me feel extra comfortable, we’ve become more than just patients and my kids love Dr Herrera and Alina, they call them the ladies with gentle hands! I found our family dentist for good! So if you are looking for a clean and friendly environment for your family go see them! Location is super central 👌🏼☺️

I had a cleaning done yesterday and Alina was awesome. She was super friendly, joyful and even though it was the end of the day she didn’t make me feel rushed. Checked on me through my waiting time and make the experience a pleasant one. Dr Herrera was very careful and detailed she took her time.

Dr. Herrera takes the time to listen to your concerns, explains your options, and treats you with respect and dignity. I had bleeding gums and she immediately asks a series of questions to get to the root of the problem. Dr. Herrera then explained what was causing my gums to bleed and provide information on how to improve the health of my gums. Thank you Dr. Herrera.

Awesome Dentist office! I was looking for something different, other than the typical corporate cookie cutter dentist offices that are all over town. That is only concerned about production and will drill in every tooth if you let them to make a buck. NOT Dr. Herrera she is very friendly makes you feel very comfortable on your first visit. She along with the staff communicate with you throughout the whole process and she will only recommend treatment for things detrimental to your oral hygiene.(She could of recommended me treatment on my first visit that was a lot more expensive but she said she was going to take the conservative route and watch it) which blew my mind because I have never had a dentist take the “ conservative route.” Her prices are very reasonable and I guarantee you that you won’t regret giving Herrera Family Dental a try.

Dr. Evelyn Herrera is a very thorough, patient, and understanding dentist. Very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. She is even great with kids! Took my son in for a 6 month check up (mind you, he is terrified of the dentist) but her assistant Alina made it easy to take xrays. They both made him feel very comfortable. No one ever gets excited going to the dentist, but this office made it a pleasant one.

Had a very great experience at Herrera Family Dental. Dr. Herrera is by far one of the best dentist I have come across. Staff is very welcoming and make you feel like family. They took care of my needs and answered all the questions I had. They were very informative as to what I needed done and how to properly perform good oral hygiene. I had an appointment on Tuesday due to being in pain. My filling broke and the gum around it was inflamed so you can imagine the pain I was experiencing😫. Walking in the place is very nice and clean. There is complimentary water and coffee available which I thought was a nice touch. The dental assistant and Dr. are very nice which really is unfortunate as I wanted to continue with their facility. After my appointment the young woman at the desk Brenda (I believe that's her name if I remember correctly...I am experiencing alot of pain right now) was to begin working on my treatment plan. My appt was at 2 and we finished at 3 but I had to go pick my kids up from school. She was very nice and said dont worry to go and she would work on it and give me a call.......well........that was 2 DAYS AGO!!! And here I am still in pain which cause migraines from time to time. I called and expressed my concerns and frustration and asked for my xrays because I have to go somewhere where they can help. I also asked for a manger to give me a call and sure enough 12 minutes later they have the office staff calling!!! Very unprofessional if you ask me. It never takes 2 days to get a treatment plan! Also if you tell a customer you are going to call that should be a priority, especially if they come in experiencing pain! It is a no brainer! I most definitely will not be returning and neither will my family. Great job Herrera Dental, you are the real MVP.
