I've been to a couple of other dentistries in town in the past couple of years living here, including other one highly rated "Accelerated Dental", which turned out to be TRASH and ruined one of my molars (also, I asked AD to send my records to Hidy, they never did). I found Hidy Stavarache while I was going through that horrible experience, and Doctor Stavarache and all the staff have provided so much professional support and sent me to great periodontists to restore implant and crown. I've been going back to do my routine exams and cleaning with Dr. Stavarache since. All my experience have been fantastic. The receptionists Mary and Terry both are super friendly and kind too. They are always great at communication whether that's scheduling or doing referrals. The wait time is also super reasonable and never exceeds 10 minutes. I'd highly highly recommend this place. Love all of them and enjoy my visits with them!

Where do u begin. Honestly I look forward to go to the dentist since I switched to this office. There isn’t one person who is not amazing. Everyone starting from the front desk to the back is excellent, real and caring. I’m so happy with the service. Dr Stavarache is amazing to the point that my kids are happy to go for their teeth appointments. Amazing amazing amazing.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Stacey‘s for think about 20 years. At least my mother has multiple sclerosis and has to take cat paratransit to get to her appointments. There was some mixup with her appointment time and rather than accommodate her. They sent her to get back on the bus, which frankly I thought was very cruel if that’s how they treated it disabled patient of theirs who’ve been patient there for 20 years. How do you think they’ll treat you

Dr Stavarache and everyone in her office is amazing. The level of service, care and compassion you can not find anywhere else in Las Vegas. I highly recommend Dr Stavarache. She is very thorough and makes you feel comfortable and well cared for.

I was recommend to this office and team approximately 14 years ago. My first experience was superb up through my most recent visit in November 2020. I have moved for work to San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta and Johannesburg where I had interactions with other practices. Hands down its good to be back in Las Vegas with Hidy and her amazing team. Hidy, thank you for having an excellent Team and always good to know when I leave you, your staff and of course our office therapy dog 🐶 I’m smiling, no pain and actually look forward to my routine check ups.

If I could give this dental office more than 5 stars, I would. I have been a patient since this office opened and have always received stellar service. The front office personnel is always very courteous and ensures all of my information is up to date and that all of the proper privacy forms are signed off on.

The services I have had over the years primarily consists of regular cleanings, minor dental and cosmetic work. Like many, I drink coffee, tea and orange juice with turmeric...all very teeth staining liquids. I visit their hygienist Sandy Du Paix every six months and walk out with a nice bright white smile and stain free teeth.

After my cleanings I always see Dr. Stavarache to assess the overall health of my teeth and gums. She is always very professional, has a great bedside manner and will always recommend treatments based on what is best for your teeth. A few years ago I was in need of some work on my front tooth due to a root canal done by my childhood dentist. Dr. Stavarache made her suggestions based on the health of the tooth and I opted for a veneer. The final work was OUTSTANDING and you can't even tell that it is a veneer.

Last, for those of you who are timid or have anxiety of visiting the dentist, Dr. Stavarache's office has a hypo-allergenic, trained therapy dog who will sit in your lap or hang out in your room during your dental visit. He is super sweet and loves to help out.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Stavarache's practice as their ethical and professional standards exceed expectations and they will always provide you the best options for your dental health.

Dr. Stavarache is great. I was referred to her by a friend 20 years ago who assured me she was very gentle and virtually painless. True. And I don't think I've ever waited longer than 10 minutes in her waiting room, even if I was early. She is super nice but runs a tight ship.

I’ve been going to Dr. Stavarache for twenty years. In fact, I was just there yesterday. I have always found her to be very caring and professional. Her staff and front office personnel are friendly and accommodating . I would, and have, recommended her to my friends . I drive an hour just to get to her office and she is worth every minute of that commute!

If I could rate zero stars I would. This office I've been going to for years because I thought I could trust them. Not only did they send me to an Endodontist because I "needed" a root canal, just for the endodontist to tell me I didn't and that he didnt feel comfortable doing a root canal. Waste of time and money (134.00$!) and when I confronted them about it, the receptionists were bad mouthing me within arms reach saying I was basically crazy. I listened to Hidy. And the endodontist SHE sent me to said she was wrong. She wouldve done the crown so she wouldve gotten paid for that part of it. Go figure. How am I crazy? You should be able to trust the dentist opinion.

I just recently went to a cleaning, they are supposed to call you ahead of time (more than 48 hours) to remind you of an appointment. Especially if you haven't seen them in months. The receptionist calls me one day ahead of time, and mind you, if you cancel within 48 hrs of the appointment, they charge 50$ per hour of work you were scheduled!!! I haven't seen them in months, I'm 7 months pregnant and told them I wasn't comfortable going and the woman basically forced me into the appointment, and I can't cancel, or else I'll be charged. THEN, I'm checking in for this cleaning the next day, I already don't want to be there, and they tell me I have a 177.00$ charge on my account from 2016. How was this never mentioned before NOW? 4 years ago? My mother called because it's her insurance and they told her that I'm an adult and should handle it on my own. I just wanted her to see what is going on, I'm pregnant and honestly don't want to talk to these people. So rude. Hate this office. Ridiculous charges from 4 years ago. The front desk girls are horrible. And they try to force more appointments on you. Go somewhere else! Somewhere with no stupid surprises!! How is it that you don't know what a charge is for? I guess it's just a big 177.00 on the screen and nothing else? I doubt it. I've always paid all my co-pays and deductibles. And never went over my insurance limit!
