I just have to update my review from 2 years ago when I initially had been affected by a frozen shoulder issue. He helped me tremendously then. With colder weather my shoulder was hurting so I went to see Dr. Tino for a new treatment he has available called, Radiology Frequency 448.
I had an excellent experience with the new treatment offered by Dr. Tino at Holistic Synergy. I highly recommend the newly available treatment, especially for anyone dealing with chronic pain or limited mobility. I recently underwent the Radiology Frequency 448 treatment while recovering from a frozen shoulder, and the results were truly impressive.
Before starting treatment, my shoulder pain and stiffness were significantly impacting my daily life. After a only 1 session, I noticed a improvement—not only in my range of motion, but also in overall comfort. The treatment helped my shoulder heal more effectively than I expected and made a real difference in how I felt day to day.
Dr. Tino is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in his patients’ healing. He took the time to explain the process and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and for this innovative treatment option. If you’re struggling with an injury or ongoing pain, I can’t recommend Dr. Tino and the Radiology Frequency 448 treatment enough.

I came to this clinic with shoulder pain. As an athlete, I wanted to work with a professional to resolve the issue. Overall, the doctor is very knowledgeable and kind — I truly appreciated the sessions. However, I am giving this clinic 2 stars because of the lack of transparency with payments.

During my first visit, I paid around $170. After that, I asked the doctor how much each follow-up visit would cost, and he clearly told me $55 per visit, recommending I come twice a week.

The first follow-up visit went well and I paid the agreed $55. During the second visit, the doctor offered to do a laser treatment on the painful area — I agreed, but was not informed that it would cost an extra $65. I only found out by checking my bank account afterward.

On the third visit, I was charged $90 instead of $55, and when I called the clinic to ask why, they said it was because the doctor “spent more time with me.” The visit was the same length and same routine — about 15 minutes, with nothing new or special added.

I’ve contacted my bank to dispute the extra charges, because I was never told in advance about any additional costs. If I had been informed, I could have made an informed decision based on my financial situation. Right now, I’m unemployed and it’s not okay to be charged more without clear consent.

Please be cautious if you visit this clinic — double-check your bills and always confirm any extra procedures before they do them. The doctor is great, but the payment process needs to be much more transparent.

I recently started seeing Dr. Tino, and I’m so glad I did! From my very first appointment, he took the time to really understand my concerns, which I truly appreciate. At his previous practice they had these giant glass windows that looked out over the parking lot, If Dr. Tino happened to be standing at the front desk he would watch you walk up to the office, he would already know what was wrong with you by the time you hit the front door. I have been going to Dr.Tino for six years now. I am not being hyperbolic when I say that he is a lifesaver. I suffer from a degenerative hip/spine disorder and he is the guy who helped me with pain management and being able to move and groove again!
