Doc has seen my Grands multiple times and we like her truth and honesty she gives. We been seeing her for a few years with no issues. Her staff is great and very helpful all the time. Keep up the good work and I would recommend her to anyone with Kids.

My children have been seeing Dr. Pimentel for over a decade. We’ve been going to her practice for years, starting with my daughter who’s now 23, and now with my son. She’s been consistently caring, attentive, and professional. We truly trust her and appreciate the way she makes us feel heard and cared for at every visit. I Highly recommend this place and Dr. Pimentel’s expertise!!

rude staff, unorganized office and Dr. was kind but was not as patient snd understanding when I had questions or concerns about my child. I switched Doctors and it's been wonderful since. I would not recommend.

From one parent to another please seek medical care elsewhere.

December 15th 2022 at approximately 11:30am PST my children had a scheduled doctors appointment. My baby was exhibiting runny nose, fever, secretions from eyes and cough. Doctor walked in for maybe 2 minute did a patient assessment for each child ensuring both me and my spouse that it was just a upper respiratory bug going around. Also during this visit we scheduled a routine follow up for Monday 12/26/2022 keep this in mind for later when it comes to professionalism. Come around that Monday 12/19/2022 neither of my children's condition improved after giving prescribed atnibotic/allergy med, so we decided to covid test both kids came back positive. Days after concluding many long nights fighting fevers and trying to aid in getting the kids comfy the main office calls to say the appointment that was scheduled got canceled because the office wasn’t open! First of all we respect not getting other children sick from the virus however they knew the office would be closed for the check up but still scheduled it anyways secondly the doctor never even considered us going to get tested just a quick assessment here’s some meds and out the door! Thirdly this office isn’t set up with appropriate PPE/sanitary conditions patient rooms have no sinks, office staff have long finger nails anyone who has truly worked in a professional environment knows this is a hazard from transmission of germs. Not to mention based off diagnosis from doc the kids didn’t have covid so if we never tested would have rescheduled appointment and potentially gave it to other children…..

By the way worked three years healthcare between EMS, Covid testing clinics and currently onsite medical.

It's hard enough getting a newborn out of the house, you would think a pediatrician would be more understanding of this. Appointment was at 9:30 Dr. finally comes in room at 10:45 just to let me know that they don't have the rotavirus vaccine to give my son. (The only reason we are there) It's understandable to not have it the first visit but to specifically call me to tell me they DO have it and I make an appointment, come in and they DON'T have it, when that's the only reason we came is very frustrating, a waste of our time and very unprofessional. Shame

My kids have been going to see Dr Pimentel since they were infants. I love that she always remembers all of us. She is very good with all the kids and always helpful with any of my questions and concerns.

I had been with Pimentel for more than 14 years my 4 kids go to her she it’s like a family member always remember and recognize kids and what I like most it’s that she it’s always available to see the kids if they are sick and the waiting time it’s less than 30 min and at the 30 it’s with consultation I love the way she is Thank You Imelda Pimentel

I really like this doctor, she always remembers us and is great with my kids. They except walk ins and we never have to wait very long, infact sometimes we are seen and leaving within 30 minutes. Thank you Dr.Pimental

If I could give zero stars I would !!!
I’ve been annoyed with this office for years but decided to keep giving them a try ... they are ridiculously UNORGANZIED and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! today was my last straw with them. It was me as well as two other moms standing outside waiting for our 9am appointment this morning and no one ever showed up or even gave out a courtesy call to say the office would be closed. For one we have babies it would of been just a tad bit considerate to say the office would be closed !!! No note on the door NO NOTHING !!! What annoyed me previously is that they schedule about 10 kids at one time so people are there forever !!! Changing my kids doctor FIRST THING IN THE MORNING !!! If I were you I’d take my child else where as well ! THANK ME LATER
