This was my first time at Infinity Dental. I made an appointment for a consultation. I went to the west side location for this appointment. The staff was extremely gracious and welcoming and fitting me in to their schedule on short notice. The Doctor was exceptional at explaining his recommendations in detail and taking time to ensure he answered all my questions. I will be definitely seeing them again and I highly recommend either office! Thank you for your time and expertise.

Dentistry is an art that few dentists truly master. They are a rare breed and hard to find, but I found a master artist in Dr. Douglas Sanchez. He is simply the best! He takes the time to preserve the natural tooth - a very rare and highly skilled trait these days. Where many dentists might quickly resort to extraction, root canals, or crowns, Dr. Sanchez focuses on preservation. I am incredibly fortunate to have found him. I also want to praise his fantastic staff. From the moment you call to schedule an appointment to the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with kindness and knowledge. A huge shout out to Unique, Dr. Sanchez’s awesome assistant - she is truly the best! Try to request her when booking your appointment. You will be happy you did. Save your natural teeth!

From the moment I walked into Infinity Dental, I knew this wasn’t going to be an ordinary dental visit. I’ve never experienced this level of professionalism, genuine care, and hospitality from an entire team. Every single person I encountered made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient…they made me feel like family.

The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and incredibly reassuring. Everyone took the time to answer my questions, explain everything thoroughly, and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to find a place where excellence and compassion come together so seamlessly, but Infinity Dental has truly mastered it.

A special thank you to Unique, Emily, Carmen, and Dr. Sanchez. Your kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what you do completely exceeded my expectations. You turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that I actually enjoyed.

If you’re looking for a dental office that treats you with respect, makes you feel at home, and delivers exceptional care, look no further than Infinity Dental. They’ve earned a patient for life, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Infinity Dental had done some of our health and wellness fairs. The staff had always been super friendly and bubbly with us and the community whenever we'd see them and I knew when the time came to change dentists they'd be the ones to go to. Fast forward to this week......my mom broke a tooth and she needed a new dentist. I remembered Infinity Dental and made a call. Emily was so understanding got her in right away for an emergency appointment. She, Dr. Sanchez, Unique, and Brittney all made mom feel welcome and comfortable. After having a bad experience with her former dentist, she will be back to Infinity Dental along with at least 5 of our other relatives!!! To quote my 82 year old mom, " THEY WERE FANTASTIC!!!"

I’ve never felt swindled at a dentist office before until today.
Everyone has anxiety about going to the dentist and I made that clear when I first spoke to the staff.
Not only did the dentist himself lack transparency and compassion, he spoke in Dr. terms about my concerns that most people wouldn’t understand off the top of their head. The dentist himself spent about 20 seconds looking in my mouth and the rest of the time talked to his assistants while looking at images on a screen. The lady who took pictures of my teeth was rough and unfriendly. They charge far more than I’ve seen in the valley. They also recommend the more expensive procedures . They didn’t even offer a cleaning and I was there for two hours!
I’m not sure how this place is so highly rated(excluding how wonderful Emily at the front was). Please be weary of choosing this place! I’ve never felt more uncomfortable and sales pressured during a stressful time in my life! Terrible.

I recently became a new patient at this practice, and while I’ll do my best to get the staff names right, it’s been a rough week for my mouth. Thankfully, this amazing team turned things around. I initially came in with a broken filling and an infection, only to discover additional trauma from a previous issue. Despite all this, the care I received here has been exceptional.

I was seen for my first appointment within a day and scheduled for oral surgery the following week. In the meantime, I came down with a stomach bug. Stephanie, who is the best front desk staff I’ve ever encountered, called just to check on me and make sure I was okay. Her kindness was truly above and beyond. Emily was just as incredible, and I believe Wendy assisted during my procedure. She was so dedicated and even missed her lunch to ensure everything went smoothly.

Of course, I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sanchez. As a nurse, I tend to ask a lot of questions because I like to fully understand my care. Dr. Sanchez has been extremely patient, taking the time to review my scans, thoroughly answer all my questions, and provide me with valuable resources.

Since moving to Henderson, I hadn’t found a dental practice, but I’m happy to say Infinity is now my go-to for myself and my family. Thank you all for the outstanding care!

A TV advertisement  for Infinity Dental , on W Tropicana , showed up on the 7th of Nov ; it (mentioned Free dental work for Veterans) , so I took them up on their offer. I've always been scared of dentists but Dr Sanchez made me feel quite comfortable with his pain free techniques , and Vickie did an Awesome job of polishing my smile !! They found other work that must be done , or risk losing a tooth ; but Infinity Dental   has their own affordable insurance plan ; which made the necessary work well within my budget. I would recommend Infinity Dental to all my friends ; and absolutely plan to do exactly that. And last : Thank you Infinity Dental , for taking Great care of us Veterans ; I don't see any other civilian dental services that are doing the same ?

I cannot say enough good things about Infinity Dental! So far, I have had 3 appointments and each time I was treated with gentleness and care. The fear of having a painful dental experience causes me high levels of anxiety, Dr. Morrison and Dr. Sanchez took the time to understand my fears and took my concerns seriously. The services were explained to me in detail and completed seamlessly in a timely manner. The dental assistants (I cannot name them all), but Jackie and Unique gave me strategies to ease the process and it felt like they were holding my hand every step of the way, which helped me to relax. Stephanie and Emily also aided in making my experiences wonderful, answering a million questions I had, ensuring I understood my insurance plan and greeting everyone with so much enthusiasm and empathy. Careful and attentive examination and cleaning, with substantial contact with the dentist. But I was going to be handed a stack of paper forms to complete until I objected that I had completed them all on the patient web portal. Also, my X-rays from another dentist were apparently misplaced after being emailed there, and the hygienist would have performed redundant (and not insurance-covered) X-rays if I had not objected and had not brought a copy of the X-rays with me on a USB drive. The system for new-patient onboarding is clearly rudimentary and error-prone.

Ask about payment plans if you don't have dental insurance, they will work with you.

We’ve been going to Infinity Dental ever since we moved to Vegas and will highly recommend it to everyone. The whole Team is very professional, knowledgeable, cautious and friendly. I was there with my daughter for regular cleaning and Dr. Sanchez recommended some of her back teeth to be sealed so she doesn’t get cavities, explained every step in the process and took every action to make sure she didn’t feel pain or any discomfort. Thank you all for always keeping the high level of customer satisfaction! For all dental 🦷 needs Infinity Dental is The Place!

It was an amazing experience. Dr. Sanchez was incredible and his entire staff was kind, considerate and knowledgeable! They took time and explained every procedure in detail and all the options for my consideration. Even when I got emotional, they were comforting. Overall, I rate them Tops in their field and I'm glad my husband found this office for himself, and now for me. Thank you to the entire staff for their knowledge and professional curtesy.
It was greatly appreciated!
Sincerely, Pam and Al Steinbaum.

This is actually the most painful teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. My mouth throbbed for at least an hour afterwards, and even by the time I ate dinner, my gums were still sore. Maybe I said something that upset the doctor?

Tengo 4 años asistiendo a esta clínica, ellos atienden super bien, si tienes alguna duda o si le dices que tienes algún malestar te recomiendan que tienes que usar o te revisan para darte un tratamiento adecuado, yo los recomiendo.//I have been a patient of this clinic for 4 years, they attend very well, if you have any questions or if you tell them that you have any discomfort, they recommend what you have to use or they check you to give you an adequate treatment , I recommend it to them.

Went here several years ago. Staff and dentist were very nice and professional. No complaints there. The complaint is that the dentist recommended that I get a crown when I didn't really think that was necessary. I went ahead and did it, anyway. Went back several months later for a cleaning, and was told there was another cavity/situation on another tooth, and the recommendation again was to get a crown! That's when I said, "Nope!" This wasn't sounding right!! So I went elsewhere, and when I told them this dentist recommended I get a crown on the cavity, they looked at me cross-eyed! They fixed my tooth with a simple filling. Not long after, that original crown fell off! I didn't even bother going back to try to get it repaired on warranty. Just had it redone with my new dentist. I think this dentist is crown happy!
