Dr. Pamela Ng is the best Optometrist out there. Very thorough, caring and takes her time with you. It’s not just an eye exam it’s your vision for a better quality of life. She diagnosed a very thick cataract that needed surgery and other’s before her missed or didn’t care enough or maybe didn’t have the latest up to date technology she has. But she ran the tests and made some life changing recommendations that a set of eyeglasses could no longer fix. I Thank her so much for being so good at what she does. I needed assistance in removing a partial piece of a contact lens... I had been at it for 16 to 18 hours before I called her office - she agreed to see me at 4pm that day. I've been looking for a new optometrist and a friend referred me to Dr. Pamela at Insightful Eyecare. From making an appointment, getting my insurance squared away, to getting checked, Dr. Pam was the best. Her assistant, Adreanna, gave a me a call the day before to make sure they were in my insurance's network, and she got me all set up with the initial screenings when I arrived for my appointment.

Dr. Pam was so friendly and thorough in checking my eyes, and she even took the time to show me my Optos Retinal images and walk me through what I was looking at. She was so easy to talk to and I really enjoyed her optometry puns (very punny haha). I'll definitely be recommending her to friends and family.

Quick tip: The office is located inside Sam's Club, but Insightful Eyecare has their own parking and entrance if you drive to the left side of Sam's Club's building! You'll see a little alley between Sam's Club and Walmart. Just drive to the back past the Tire Installation and the office will be on your right.

Dr. Ng is outstanding. She gave me the most thorough eye exam I’ve had in years. My previous optometrist of 10 years had me over corrected and I was having problems seeing small print. That has been resolved. Also, I gave up wearing contacts years ago because the distance vision was blurry. Dr. Ng also corrected this and I can once again wear contacts.

Her office was immaculately clean and Yanel, her office manager who is also the technician is very friendly, efficient, and excels at her job.

This is definitely my new Optometrist and I highly recommend her to everyone.

I suffered a traumatic brain injury a couple of years ago and had damage to my optical nerve. I've seen a handful of Doctors for help with the affect the TBI had on my vision. I would spend hrs in other offices, often with a frustrated staff because they just could not figure out what my eyes needed. Dr. Pamela Ng was amazing. She has a history of working with TBI patients which was a perfect fit for me. It did not take her long at all to treat my eyes and find the perfect fit of lens to accommodate my eyes. She went out of her way to find me something that would provide comfort and efficacy. I feel like a new person!!
