I was in a car accident that affected my right shoulder, neck and lower back area. Dr. Anderson and Dr. Liu was absolutely amazing in treating my injuries. After 3 and a half months later, I’m able to lay on my shoulder with almost zero pain. I don’t. Have anymore Pain in my neck area and a little pain in my lower back spine.

I’m totally happy with my results. The front office staff was always very kind and welcoming to me and always made me feel like I was in great hands.

I’m going to miss them very much.

I thank you all for taking great care of me and getting me back to my life with little to no pain.🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️

If I could give a 1000 stars I would I just want to say the professionalism from every staff member was truly amazing. To start Dr. Alexis & Dr. Liu always showed positivity and care every single appointment that I went too…I was in a car accident and my back was messed up and every time I came in the first thing they would ask was “how are you? what’s it looking like today” and every time I felt improvement and now I have finished with little to no pain in my back. Now I would like to speak about Bruno, Ryan, Mimi they are all so professional and welcoming every time I have came in and I’m so beyond thankful. Last but not least… Kiki, Janel, Britney, Sandy those front desk representatives are always so sweet and whenever I leave already have me booked and ready to go without even thinking twice. My experience with the clinic was awesome. Dr. Daniel Liu answered all my questions. The entire staff made me feel at ease when I was anxious not knowing what to expect. The entire staff’s very friendly and courteous. It was the best experience I’ve had back to back with two different car accidents. They get you in and out. Got into a car accident back in December and have been coming twice a week treating 3 herniated discs in my neck and low back. This place restored my faith in medical settings. For years, I have been dismissed, unheard, misgendered, and given poor access to care. Integrated Pain Relief is not like that. They asked my name and pronouns, and have never once needed to be corrected after doing so. They understand and are educated on my underlying conditions, believe that they affect me, and tailor my treatment plan with that in mind. For once, I feel safe, heard, and understood. This place is healing, both physically and emotionally. Dr Liu and Mimi are amazing, and not just them, but I'm bad at names. They're great!!
