My husband saw Doctor tahir for the first time today. My husband is never impressed by any physicians. However he was shocked at the empathy, compassion, professionalism and patience he received from his visit. I will be switching my own insurance come this fall so I can be a patient of doctor Tahir. The front and back staff are equally kind. Thank you for taking such care of my husband's needs. He set up all of the appointments that are needed they did the blood work in office. Upon entering the clinic, always welcomed with a friendly staff with a smile.
After checking in, wait time is very short.
Then the usual stuff, Nurse will call you check your weight, blood pressure, etc. After the basic check, the Doctor will enter your examination room.
When he’s finished with you, Nurse will come and escort you to the exit door.
Nothing unusual with their system. The difference is that everyone at this clinic is very friendly and pleasant, yet very professional.
But, this is just one of the reasons why I come here.
Biggest reason why I come here is the Doctor.
Dr.Tahir is one of the best Doctors in the Greater Las Vegas area. Until I met him, I’ve seen many Doctors. Now that I’ve found him, I’m his patient and he’s my Doctor for over 20 years.

Dr. Tahir inherited me from the nurse practitioner who previously ran the practice. He took the time to thoroughly check my bloodwork and to get to know me.

This seemed a bit excessive to me at the time, but my friend’s mother is also a patient here, and Dr. Tahir caught a malignant tumor on her kidney that would have otherwise metastasized had he not been so thorough.

The front desk staff always greets me when I come and go and have been patient with me dealing with insurance paperwork.

It is hard to find a true primary care family doctor in Las Vegas, so I count myself lucky to have found someone that cares enough to check in with me to make sure I live a happy and healthy life.

Dr Tahir has been my primary doctor since 1998 on and off mostly on. The time I spent without being under his care my health took a big decline. I've never left a review in my life. And was not planning on leaving one here. But at the end of my visit I was asked to scan a QR code to leave a review and was watched while I did so. It seemed the review was more important than me, so here's my review! I usually give the benefit of the doubt to people, but I have never felt more lost medically than I have now. I switched over to Tahir because I heard great things about him. Unfortunately, I have not received the help I'm looking for. I'm in constant pain every day; a wide variety of symptoms that only seem to get worse. Every time I come in I'm referred to another doctor. The other specialist doctors don't help much either. Every symptom I list is blamed on being a woman, stress, or anxiety. I guess he is trying to get to the bottom of my pains by referring me to other doctors, but it's not much help when I don't even have enough time to list all of my symptoms before he leaves the room. I have left every appointment crying because of frustration. I feel like I'm on the brink of dying every day and I just want someone to listen to my concerns and help me find out what is wrong with me. Also during small talk, he backhandedly made fun of my future career choice --- it feels really nice to listen to unsolicited advice for my career when I am just here to find out why I am in so much pain constantly. He also points out how I look so stressed every appointment; I'm not stressed, I just look that way I guess. Really good way to have a patient lose respect for you easily.

As far as everything else, the other employees are always very helpful and I am never stuck waiting to get called back for long. Having phlebotomists in the office is also very convenient, though each time I got blood drawn by them my vein got popped and would leave a huge bump on my arm that would take days to go away.

I really wish I could have left a positive review, as everyone else seems to have wonderful experiences here. Maybe for a regular check-up doctor he would be good, but if you are seeking real, urgent medical advice, I would advise you to go elsewhere :(

I’ve been a patient here for about 2 years. I was referred to Dr Tahir by a friend who was the only doctor who noticed she showed signs for kidney disease, which he was correct! Convinced me to start seeking a PCP, Dr Tahir and his staff are great! They are mostly on time for appointments, front office is very kind, overall clean office and rooms, never any issues when I come for my follow ups.

DO NOT GO HERE! I dunno who’s paying for the good reviews, this place doesn’t do throat swabs or cultures, no in office testing, no injections or vaccines, would have loved to know that, before I took my partner here for a swab, 150$ out of pocket cash pay, which was the whole point of the appointment, just a “oh I’m sorry” … felt like a “that’s not our problem” they had us on the phone for 25 minutes, they sent the “test” to “any lab” just for the labs to say primary care doctors only do that, so we tell the office lady & she is beating around the bush to say we never did that before, the most funny part was nonchalant doctor Tahir, who the hell uses a cell phone flashlight to look at the back of a medical patients throat ? Didn’t check my partners ears nose or throat with the proper medical equipment, any doctor would have proper medical equipment to check, any one could use a phone flashlight to say “your throat is swollen” not to mention, the patient rooms look shady, no equipment, nothing for testing like you’d find in a normal doctor office, I am shocked by this and I hope someone checks this, I’d love to get my 150$ back, all they did was refer him to someone else and didn’t do a thing we asked & prescribed antacids , I don’t wanna make a big deal about this but , this is the worse thing I have ever dealt with , we could have gone to urgent care for the same price and at least got an actual doctor to send a culture to a lab , this office doesn’t even do that

Dr Tahir is an outstanding, knowledgeable and thorough doctor. His pleasant office staff are very easy to work with which is a big plus these days..
Dr Tahir also refers you to the best specialists when needed. Because of him my thyroid cancer was discovered early enough to be treated by the best specialists.
He really is a great primary doctor! He doesn't hesitate to order tests he feels are appropriate. Also his office is immaculate and the wait times are perfect.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The front receptionist was on her cell phone, face time and I stood there waiting to be helped. Wow! Then she proceeded to tell me my “mental health” is not a problem for Dr Tahir. That “maybe you should see a mental health doctor”. I just wanted to inquire about a medication refill that Dr. Tahir prescribed. Pretty simple. Dr. Tahir is amazing but the front desk girl should find another line of work.

Dr Tahrir has been my doctor for 10 years and he is the best doctor that i have ever had. He spends time with me, he is a good communicator, and makes sure that i am healthy. His office is timely and i have never had to sit in the waiting room for over 5-10 minutes. His office is organized and he has made excellent recommendations on his referrals to specialist.
