Best physical therapist I’ve been to! The Staff here are very attentive and knowledgeable about your injuries and needs. They also offer Therapies like Dry needling and Cupping which I have received and have helped me out substantially. They tailor workout plans, mobility exercises, and stretches that best suit you and have great communication every session so that you can progress and get back to daily life activities after injuries. Don't go to Jackson's Physical Therapy. The assistants are a bunch of college students who lack experience and skill. They are lazy and do not care for their clients. Always on their phones, and getting the job half-done. I recommend Broberg Physical Therapy LV in Las Vegas, they’re highly rated and take pride in their work, even offering clients free equipment for at home exercises, with extra support. This place is so disappointing and depressing. They had me do exercises that barely benefited me in the long run.

I started going to Jackson Physical Therapy after a car accident, and it made a huge difference. The exercises helped me more than anything else.

I initially went to a chiropractor right after the accident, which helped at first, but over time my condition worsened, especially my neck, and I felt miserable. Looking back, I realize I wasn’t doing the right things for my recovery.

Starting physical therapy changed everything. I noticed improvement after just 2–3 sessions, and even my mood improved and my sleep returned to normal, as it was before the accident.

Dr. Jeffrey explained why the pain and tension weren’t going away. He gave me a variety of exercises that I’ve incorporated into my daily routine, and I can clearly see the progress. I still have a long way to go to feel fully back to normal and as active as I used to be, but I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and feel optimistic.

I only wish I had started physical therapy sooner.

Front office takes 2-3 business days to get back to me on a referral. Schedules me a appointment then tells me they can’t my insurance. I definitely recommend Jackson PT Durango. Not only is everyone great but I have noticed an improvement since starting PT. Cass and Carson at the front desk are always warm and welcoming. Second time coming to this Facility for a different injury. I was initially seen by Jeff who was careful not to irritate my injury while getting a good diagnosis of my limitations. Then I was assisted by Diego, Roseline, Jacob, Hela, and Andre throughout my Visits. All of whom were very professional.

Unfortunately as the workouts became easier I wasn't able to just skate by... Brittany, Vince, Delilah and Jeff assigned more challenging workouts, they were watching to ensure proper form to prevent further injury while making sure I targeted the correct muscle groups.

No complaints 10 out of 10 or 5 out of 5, id recommend... Only improvement needed is on jersey day there has to be Lakers Jerseys no Clippers 😉

If you’re considering Jackson Physical Therapy, let me make this very clear: the only saving grace of this clinic is Dr. Levitt. He is an incredible physical therapist with a beautiful soul who genuinely cares about his patients. He connected with me on both a physical and personal level in a way that few doctors ever do. Unfortunately, his brilliance is completely overshadowed by the incompetence of the office management.

From the very first visit, I was explicitly told by Carson (the office manager) that I only needed to pay a one-time $50 copay, and after that my insurance would cover 100% of future visits. I trusted her word. For the next four appointments, I walked in and out without being charged a dime—further confirming what I was told. Then suddenly, at my sixth visit, I was blindsided and told I owed $250 in “unpaid copays.” When I confronted Carson and reminded her of her own words, she flat-out denied ever saying it.

This is not a simple miscommunication—it’s grossly irresponsible and flat-out deceptive. Either Carson doesn’t understand basic insurance policies (which makes her unfit for her job) or she knowingly misled me. Either way, it’s unacceptable. I now carry the financial burden of their administrative incompetence, all because I trusted what their office manager told me.

Dr. Levitt deserves better than to have his outstanding work tainted by an office run with such carelessness. If you value honesty, accountability, and basic professionalism, be warned: the management here will leave you frustrated, misled, and financially burned.

I have been a patient since the first of july . I am already noticing an amazing improvement in Flexibility and strength in particular . Cassie is always welcoming and scheduling for my next appointments is never a hassle. Jeff listened to my requests and was able to assess my needs. Jacob and Andre prep me for my sessions with heat and stimulation. When I first arrive I am a little uncomfortable due to pain and stiffness. These guys are very personable and professional. Jeff always tries new techniques so the sessions are never stale. Brittany gives the best massage I have ever had. She manages to find the areas in my back and neck that are aching and is able to almost immediately give me relief. I actually look forward to my sessions. With previous physical therapy sessions at other clinics I always felt as though I were simply going to through the motions and it became somewhat routine. I never felt as though I were getting any better and almost gave up.I highly recommend this clinic because they have the patient’s progression first and foremost.

If you are looking for flexibility in being able to use more than one of their locations to accommodate work, home, or school, forget it. They prefer to have you tethered to one location. After calling around to several other PT providers, they will allow patients to use different facility locations for max flexibility.

I was referred to Jackson PT because
according to my doctor they were the good physical therapist in comparison to ATI. What a terrible mistake.

I’m a fit and athletic individual who happens to have a herniated disc in my back. Over the years I’ve probably worked with a half dozen or so different physical therapists.

My experience today was probably the worst. The physical therapist, Vince, just seemed incompetent at properly articulating a treatment plan to help me get better. I arrived punctually at 3 o’clock and spent about 10 minutes changing. By 3:35 I was already being sent away. I waited 3-5 minutes for Vince to arrive in the room after the assistant got me set up. I spent 10 minutes on a tenths device plus 5 minutes for its setup. Not to mention probably about 2 minutes filling up my water bottle. So by this math, Vince spent approximately 10 minutes “evaluating me”. This tracks given that he only asked me 4 questions, conduct 4 different bends and four different leg raises. That’s pretty lackluster evaluation. Finally, he put tape on my back. His treatment plan as for me to excises but failed to name a single one that wanted me to do. He kept saying that he would email me.

In comparison, ATI easily spent 45 minutes evaluating me. Yes they had me do similar bends, but they also asked me way more than 4 questions. They also conducted strength testing on multiple different muscle groups. After the evaluation, the physical therapist walked me through 7-8 different exercises on my first day. They have since added more.

From the moment I walked into Jackson’s physical therapy, I felt very welcomed. I have been attending Jacksons for about a year and while being a patient at Jacksons physical therapy, I have been treated with an extraordinary amount of care. Everyone is extremely welcoming and nurturing. While being welcoming as well as nurturing, they are on top of your needs. Everyone always has good energy and they are always giving the motivation I need to push my hardest to get better. Where are you Brandon? I decided to go back to you for you were Great 15 year ago when you personally treated me for my BILATERAL Knee replacements. You believed in me of pushing myself to do All those exercises that were hard but you trusted me in pushing further . I now can push my R leg to tough my butt whenever I do all my stretches. It was hard but Now I can touch my R foot behind my L butt. Mind over matter. I've been to three physical therapy places ATI, Smith and Jackson physical therapy. I've taken other's to ATI and Smith I don't care for the lack of attention. No feeling of care or concern. I've been to Jackson physical therapy for three different body parts. They're staff from front office Samantha, Carson and Siam are greeting you with a smile in their voice and the willing to assist. You feel the warm energy that they support each other and communicate. You can tell the physical therapist massage therapist. Whatever it is that they're there for they all work together and helping the in result of the patients getting the physical therapy and 1 on 1 attention that they need. I wouldn't go anywhere else for physical therapy in Las Vegas. Right now, thank you, Brandon Jackson and your staff for what all you've done in the healing of my body. If I left off any staff. It's because I probably gave you a nickname. I don't know your real name because I'm horrible with names. It was nice to have other professionals come in and interact with the clients. This gave you the patient other opinions. Not just the same person always working with you.

I was diagnosed with a shoulder impingement as the cause of shoulder pain that was limiting my enjoyment of leisure time activities such as playing golf as well as being the cause of general discomfort. Before I make the review I would like to give a little details of what happened to me. I had an incident playing soccer trying to grand a ball on the air with my right leg and sadly I fall and landed sitting down on a hard floor. I had an immensely horrible pain the very next day since I did not feel it at the moment it happened (Probably because of the adrenaline) pain lasted for months and coming to PT here has been helping me a lot to feel better, they got an amazing team and always make you feel comfortable. Would truly recommend this place since they truly try to help and give you the right exercises for any type of pain symptoms. On the mean time I am still going to therapy with them but I know I’m at a good place and I’m just trusting the process. Hope this helped somebody!

When I need physical therapy, this Jackson office is the only office I use. They have assisted me with my knees, lower back and hips. Everyone in this this office is amazing. Amazing people and a stellar experience! I broke my ankle earlier this year and recently had to go hunting around for a PT to help rehabilitate my ankle. As soon as I was able to get in and arrived for my very first appointment, the team was super helpful and very straightforward in taking care of my needs.

From making sure my insurance was accepted, to helping me re-learn to move like a regular, able-bodied person, and now to me being able to walk again, it's been a pleasant and hard-earned experience with a very knowledgeable team assisting me every (quite literally) step of the way! Their care is all-around, consistent, and complete.

I have been coming here on and off for several years and through the staffing changes, have continued to receive a high level of care from the team. Most recently, I met Jon, the new PT @ the Durango location. I love that he was so thorough during my evaluation upon returning for treatment. We covered all basis and came up with a structured plan to get me back on track. Of course, I requested Brittany as my PTA as she has been amazing and essential to my progress. She listens to what I share about what I am experiencing physically and most importantly my pain. We always adjust my treatment accordingly. Today was my first session back and Bri was also amazing!! The team at Jackson Physical Therapy is Amazing. When I arrive Erica or Theresa give me a great message on my knee followed by electrodes and heat therapy to promote blood flow and healing. And it feels awesome. Then Bri and Jimmy gives me one on one time for my exercises to make sure I'm using proper form. I look forward to going weekly. I may go in stiff and sore but I always feel better by the time I leave. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I usually can’t stand going to the doctors, but from the moment I walked in on my first appointment I felt so welcomed by Mariane! Kolby has such great energy and my gf and I love that he puts us in the rooms next to each other lol Then when I first met Joel, it was a comfortable experience. He didn’t rush through the appointment and took his time really trying to figure out what’s going on and what treatment plan we should go through. Always love seeing Kendall when I’m getting set up with heat and the electrodes, it’s never awkward like other doctor offices, I love that he takes the time to get to know me. And then Brittany is one of the best PT’s I’ve had, whenever I tell her where I’m having pain or difficulty in ROM she does her best to make sure we tackle it head on to help me feel better than when I walked in. Amazing place! Everyone is on top of their stuff. They all move so quick, but at the same time they don’t miss a beat. All of the staff members are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I have to say I had a very positive experience at Jackson Physical Therapy. I have done PT in the past with other company’s and after the initial visit I would be on my own. Not this place they were always attentive , pleasant and friendly. Even with the masks they greeted me each time I arrived and knew who I was. Before I started with them I could not walk more then 20 feet without my back hurting and when I was discharged I went on vacation where I walked 9000 steps in one day with no back pain.
