I have been seeing PA Kim for about 2 1/2 yrs now. He deserves 10 plus stars. PA Kim works under Dr. Bauzon who I have been seeing for the past 20 yrs. PA Kim is very thorough with each and every visit. He never rushes me out the door and answers and explains everything in regular people language. My first recollection of PA Kim was in 2020 during Covid. I remember being so sick and PA Kim called me at home to check on me, I couldn't believe it and I have been seeing him ever since that first call. I refer to him as Dr. Kim and he corrects me, but that's how I see him because he is so knowledgeable and addresses my concerns. No matter what ailment, referral or extensive research, PA Kim is on top of it, always. I am so glad I see him. He also does virtual visits when I am unable to make the trip and still takes the time to answer all my concerns. I never feel rushed or less important. I can't say enough about PA Kim.

Had a virtual visit to get a referral. Takes me calling the referral number several times before his office gets back with me to let me know that my insurance is inactive. Had my insurance call them directly and verify my active status. I call back on Monday and they don't have the right information on why I need the referral. Call the next day and still no referral. Call today and no referral and circling back to my insurance being inactive. It has been 15 days since my visit. I'm the one making 99% of the phone calls to get information. This office does not know how to communicate and follow up. Complete incompetence. I wouldn't trust this doctor or this office with any type of care seeing as how they can't even handle the basics. I will be reporting James Kim and his staff.

Ever since I started seeing James Kim my health has improved. Simply knowing a health care provider cares about your health maybe even more than you do, it makes the difference. My diabetes is now controlled and my anxiety has never been so low. I 110% recommend you see James Kim, he will help you as much as he can. You just have to follow his medical advice and put your health as a priority. Life changing!
