This doctor along with his office staff, are a complete joke, and I would highly recommend avoiding him and them.
I was given this Doctor by my insurance. I was not told that he was a 55+ doctor, as I don’t hit that age mark yet. But the people of Intermountain health (which are complete useless aswell) informed me to give this doctor a try as he was a very well doctor.
I should have walked away in that same moment.

If you are an individual that will need to see a primary care more than a regular basis, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND him!. He is always booked due to him taking over a physician that left this practice and Spencer took over. Not only that, he is still accepting new Patience. All his appointments are about 1 month away.

Here’s what got me to the point that I said “ I’m just over it!!” I had an urgent medical issue that I need to be seen soon, this doctor had the next available appointment for 1 month away. I called to see if I can be seen much earlier. They did not have one for me. The agent took all my information and also my symptoms and said that a Nurse Practitioner would contact me.
I waited for about 20 minutes when someone called me. This Individual did not bother to read my notes of what was going on and I had to explain to her what I’m experiencing, to which she told me that she was going to forward me to Spencer office so that I can get to be seen. I was forwarded to the front office, got hung up on, (to this point, I’m headed to the ER, since nobody should be dealing with madness like this), got a collard back from this office and was told that there going to forward me to the medical assistant, had to wait for her to get on the phone, to which she didn’t know what was going on, or who I was and to find out that Spencer would not be in the office for the whole week. That’s when I had to tell myself “Enough is Enough!”. I’m so over this doctor, the office and his people.
Front desk people completely rude, both of the office managers complete hostile individuals that demand respect, they both personally can’t give it and to a doctor that is completely over booked, one too many patient's, and still accepting more his away.
There is another review on here that was the same situation that was needed to be seen urgently and never did. I couldn’t agree more.
And how are these doctor’s with all these great reviews?!.
I’m glad I won’t have to see these people ever again!.

If you are looking for a physician who genuinely cares about his patients you should see this doctor! He takes his time to listen to you, and addresses all of your concerns. His staff is very polite and helpful as well. His M.A. Anna is a perfect fit for Dr. Spencer because she is very knowledgeable kind, and caring as well!

I saw Dr. Spencer yesterday afternoon on a virtual call. I have never seen him before, but since my regular doctor was out of town, the appointment was made for me to see Dr. Spencer.
He was very nice and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, which is hard to do nowadays with scheduling times. He gave me some very sound advice regarding my main reason for wanting an appointment, which I really appreciated.
If you are looking for a kind and caring doctor, I would definitely recommend Dr. Spencer. I hope I have the good fortune in the future to talk to him again, if my doctor is unavailable.

Nurse apologized over and over that they were running a little behind. That was sweet. I was just there to get a couple medical measurements. I had a concern about what was being checked after reading online about it. So ask her to pass on a question for Dr Spencer. She immediately went to him and to my surprise he was available right then. He and I and a good 10 minute discussion. I was very happy that he took me off a medication. Also he and another tech took much time to get an additional appointment added to your new appointment system that begins in September. I mentioned this all to my wife, she said you better leave good feedback. She’s big on customer service since that was career. She was a speaker on that subject as a keynote speaker both nationally & internationally. She is a patient of Dr Anwar.
