I am blessed to have had you as my PCP
I just want to show my APPRECIATION to the best of my ability. I have had DR. JEFFERY M EVENSON as my primary care doctor since I was 19 years old. This doctor has always no matter what put me as his patient first. I am currently grieving I PRAY FOR HIM, HIS FAMILY, FRIENDS, ALL OF HIS LOVED ONES, ALL OF HIS PATIENTS ETC. Thank you doctor evenson for saving my life in so many shapes and forms. I can't find a doctor that cares about my health nor cares enough to take the time to help me yet. Any one out there that is reading this I want to be the first to tell you the "covering DOCTOR" which his name is DOCTOR ROBER HAYES hes at the charleston and apple LOCATION (las vegas, NEVADA) he is the OPPOSITE of Dr. Eveonson I truely can't stress to patients enough that this covering dr ROBER HAYES has NO RESPECT for my top notch doctor DR EVENSON he was the most dedicated, caring, understanding, EDUCATED, ALL THE PATIENCE FOR ALL OF HIS PATIENTS. It really hurt my heart/soul that DR ROBERT HAYSE told me and my mother to our faces VERBATIM "YEAH YEAH WE ALL KNOW YOUR DOCTOR HAS PASSED AWAY BUT I DON'T HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM WHAT IS IT THAT YOU WANT" I was in shock my heart broke into pieces. I was forced to see this COVERING DOCTOR which is covering a lot of Dr. Jeffery Evensons patients Imagine how everyone else is feeling right now. i can't get my meds from robert hayes without jumping through HOOPS!! This covering DOCTOR has put my health on the line. INTERMOUNTAIN PARTNERS this company needs to know I AM NOT THE ONLY PATIENT SUFFERING AND EXTREAMLY SICK

Dr. Evenson has been my doctor for 5 years, now. I like him a lot. He's very aware, sympathetic & knowledgeable.
His staff amazes me by their courteous professionalism. They always phone pharmacy orders directly in (while you are still there). That, alone, prevents lots of problems.
At age 67, I consider him to be among my Top Two Best Doctors.

I loved the Dr. but the staff is incompetent.. they referred me to a neurologist.. took me 3 months to get in.. waited an hour and a half to see the neurologist only to find Dr. Evensons staff never sent over the mri or the blood work results..... so I basically saw/and paid for NOTHING!!!!!! 5 days later... still no results!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr.evenson is a sweetest doctor that care for hes patient like hes own family everytime i see him he make me feel important and needed coz of my 3 children .Dr.evenson help me alot with my depression,my painfull anxiety,i love this place and all the stuiff cant wait to come back home and see you again doc. "Dr."Jefferey evenson has to be the worst Doctor I've ever come across in my whole life. He doesn't listen, he cuts you off, he rushes you out of the room, he's very sarcastic and doesn't take you seriously, he seems like he hates his life and his job. I hate that I even had to waste my money to see him. Just like the last guy said, I'll never step foot in his office again. What kind of person puts themselves through years of medical school just to treat their patients like this. If I could rate this place and him a 0 I would.

Awful dr evenson spent maybe 2 minutes with me. He comes off very rushed doesn't care what you have to say. I felt so raped of my $35 co pay. I just left did not even check out. But no body told me to check out. I hurried and blurted what my issues were dr simply said we will talk about next week and walked out the room. I never felt so insulted in my entire life. I will never never step foot in that office again.
