This is the worst doctor I have ever seen. She should earned a zero star. When I was in her office December 2023, we told her that the visit was a annual physical / preventative check and it was 100% covered by my insurance company. She said she understood and there would be no charge on me. A few weeks later, we received a lab bill, and received it many times thereafter. We send her many messages trying to get this resolved. The main reason was she put an incorrect lab code on my lab test order. She told me she would correct it in July 2024. In November, she replied that it was not because of coding. This doctor wanted me to pay her my visit for annual physical (the charge was removed later) and wanted to pay my annual physical lab test, such as Hemoglobin, thyroxine, lipid panel, TSH, etc. Now, it is December 2024 and I still receive a lab bill. Her office manager wanted to me talk to their Patient Experience Department. I visited the doctor and the doctor should get the lab code corrected. I did not visit any one in that department. According my insurance agent, it is the doctor's responsibility to get this straighten out. DO NOT USE DOCTOR.

Doctor Zhang is one of few doctors I feel at ease discussing health issues - her smiles and uplifting personality makes my "doctors"visit a lot less stressful :-) - thank you Doctor Zhang ...!!!

Dr. Zhang is thoughtful, LISTENS to you. So professional. She is by all accounts my favorite Dr. Does not rush you and answers all your questions. Wait time to see her was very short.
