Dr. Hill is a great dentist but booked out for months so good luck getting in. Serious dental work can take months to complete because of the time between appointments. The one star rating is for the absolutely horrible office manager.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr Hill and his staff. My wife Tracy Quintero had a last minute issue she needed to get advice on. We were at Dr Hills in July for our routine cleaning and exams. My wife needs a few things taken care of and she wants to wait until we get better Dental insurance. However, within the past few weeks she has been having some issues. They fit my wife in the day she called and Dr Hill spent a significant amount of time with her addressing her concerns and gave her a prescription to get her by until our new insurance the first of the year takes place. My wife feels so much better. He recommended a special mouth rinse and reassured her that come the first of the year she can get her work done. We have been coming here for years. We moved to Summerlin 2 years ago and my wife refuses to go to any other dentist. Thank you so much to all the friendly staff and Dr Hill. Happy Wife means Happy Life.

When I arrived here over 9 years ago, I went through 3 dentists before finding Dr. Hill. He and his staff have never failed providing the professional and courteous service as expected. A couple years ago, we had a billing issue which was quickly and courteously resolved. After 40 plus year in various aspects of customer service management, I admire and give kudos to Dr. Hill for providing the proficient service he and his staff have consistently provided.

I will not be returning due to dishonest billing practices. My wife and I have the same dental insurance that covers preventative services 100%. I never get charged when I visit but they always find a way to charge her random amounts. Yesterday it was $66 for preventive services that were covered at 100%. This used to be a great place but not anymore.

Don't go here, if your working person with their limited hours they have no compassion. I have been going here granted off and on for years but anytime I do need service I want to be a return customer. They give no flexibility do not care about your circumstance, people work M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. I'm trying to take a day off to get dental service work done and schedule this with your office and I get a NO, what service. The manager was quick to say OK fine and hang up on me when i said well if I can't get this worked out I will have to see another dentist. I am very disappointment at the lack of customer service, which such a great DR he should have a more supportive staff.

Today was my first time for a cleaning at this practice. My hygienist is Amanda and I cannot compliment her enough. She was thorough, and everything she was doing and exactly why she cleaned teeth the way she did. She also did measurements after the cleaning as for her this was the preferred method. I am very impressed and this is such a wonderful improvement from my previous hygienist at another practice. I am delighted to have found Amanda and this practice. In fact, everyone I have met has been polite and courteous.

Dr Lucius and his team have been great! They explain the "plan" and what it entails and give real time to ask questions in the office or when you get home and think of questions! They clarify what is paid for by your insurance and what is upfront costs by you before they start so expectations are clear....no unexpected fees! And they do follow up to make sure you are okay after you leave the office. I'm glad I got to work with them and will continue to do so...☺️

Dr. Hill has been my dentist since 2006. He's also my husbands dentist, my son started being seen by Dr Hill when he started to see children, my daughter as well. I can't say enough good things about him. He is a perfectionist, and has a passion for dentistry, stands by his work 100%. When I first started being treated by Dr. Hill I needed two root canals my insurance at the time would only cover one complete root canal treatment. Dr Hill did both root canals and made two perfect temporary crowns that lasted for an entire year! I was able to get the permanent crowns when my insurance kicked back in. If we ever moved from NV, I would most definitely travel back to NV for my dental work. The staff is great as well, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable(Nicole). Someone form the office will call you to check on you after your appointment.

Update: Dr. Hill’s office and him have changed a lot over the years. I’m going to a new dentist now Highland Modern Dentistry there great dentist there they have a every specialty there a surgeon, a doctor that specializes in root canals and a general dentist. I’m not going into details about what was found. I’ve been going to Dr. Hill’s office for probably over seven years. Before he moved to the location his in now. I’ll just say it’s probably wise to get a second opinion. I totally agree with the other reviewers about finding problems that should have been taken care of early. Be aware!

Dr. Kenneth Hill is a dentist above par other dentists. He's skills and knowledge of dentistry are outstanding. Dr. Hill has been my dentist for many years. He has so many skills that a majority of dentist don't know or do. He keeps up the the latest techniques and equipment so you can benefit. He is very gentle, kind, and has a very calming and relaxing manner. He makes sure that you are comfortable and doesn't push treatment. He'll give you treatment options, so you decide. His staff are so helpful and friendly, it makes me love going to the dentist. He's the dentist for the dentists.
I recommend Dr. Hill as someone you can trust and has your best interest in mind.

We came here because of good reviews. Made an appointment for my 10 y/o who was in pain. When I called I asked if they would address her cavidy on that visit. They said probably but no promises. We came in, waited 1.5 hours!!! Took an x-ray and told us she has a cavity! I know she has that! That's why she is in pain! Were hoping to fix that baby tooth. They said they can't do it now and the next visit would have to be in 2 weeks! Knowing she is in pain?! Now that's crazy if you ask me. Then before we left they said we don't usually see kids here. Wait, what?! Is that why we got this treatment and why did you book us?! Maybe he is a good dentist but we'll never find out. Not coming back and wanted to share this unprofessional experience.
Found another dentist in Henderson that took us in 2 days. Turns out she had a small infection and fixing baby tooth would cost just a little less than taking that baby tooth out. He got that tooth out in just a few minutes on that same visit. Now that's an honest dentist and great service.

what started out as a root canal ended up as an extraction and bridge. He did a fabulous job! He also did a fantastic job with the shots. There were a number of them and I hardly felt anything.

I agree with all the other comments. Being new to Henderson, I needed to find a dentist. Unfortunately, the need came sooner than I thought. I really needed one for a toothache. When I originally tried to set at appointment Dr Hill was out of town, so I went to another dentist in the area thinking I would be treated, but that was not the case. I was given antibiotics and sent on my way with a follow up appointment for a root canal 3 wks following! In between the follow up I had a scheduled appointment with Dr Hill. I was still in pain and I went in expecting that he would reschedule for the root canal as this was a first visit. But this was not the case. I had the root canal done the same day! He has a wonderful, friendly demeanor. He makes you feel very comfortable. His staff was great as well, very professional and caring, always asking after my comfort.
Since my initial visit I have had my 6 month teeth cleaning. Jessica is the best dental hygienist around! She's very professional, very caring and friendly!
This will be my dentist going forward! I also agree with the other comments that his fees are reasonable.

While Dr. Hill has a great chair-side manner, his assistants are terrific & supportive as well while you're being treated! Ali is absolutely the "BEST" hygienist I've ever had! In my experience, I have found the staff to be a reflection of the boss and that is true with Dr. Hill's practice. Dr. Hill and is staff are professional, very good at their jobs and friendly. The facility is very modern, clean and warm with all the latest technological gadgets. I am extremely happy with the way I was treated. I had an extraction and a root canal and never felt any pain during the procedures or after. I highly recommend Dr. Hill. If you are lucky, you may get to see his one-year-old son. I've been seeing Dr. Hill for maybe five years, and in all that time, he has NEVER hurt me, not once, not one iota. And he's honest, he's done a couple of caps, that I've broken or pulled off, and he has replaced, and never charged an additional dime.

If you are looking for a new Dentists you need to give Dr. Hill a chance. I called his office as a new Patient with a broken tooth , and I was told to come in that day. I was there about an hour and I left with a brand new crown. I had no pain and I the next day was not even sore. Dr. Hill has all the newest equipment which makes your visit that much easier. This man is an absolute wizard of dentistry. He and his staff actually got me over a horrid fear of dentists that I'd had since childhood. Extremely caring and patient, and *very* skilled. I've yet to have a bad experience here. On one occassion I had a tooth break and the next day the filling fell out, giving me excrutiating, stabbing pains due to the nerve being exposed. I immediately called the office (it was very close to closing time) and explained the situation, and one of the girls got me in (can't recall her name) and patched me up until I could get a proper filling a couple days later. I actually enjoy visiting the dentist now. The hygienists are very nice and friendly and do a wonderful job. Never in my life would I have thought I'd be happy for my cleaning but Dr Hills office has changed my perspective.

I travel nearly 30 miles to get to Dr. Hill's office and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I have been coming here for many years. The entire staff is friendly and courteous and Dr Hill, himself, takes time to make you feel comfortable and explain what he will be doing. Each patient is important to him.

My husband & I moved from the east coast to Vegas & have been going to Dr. Hill for over a year. We love how clean & ultra modern his facility is with all the state-of-the-art equipment. Recently, I had an implant tooth & wow what a great experience compared to my 1st one by another dentist. I have been going to Dr. Hill, for the last couple of years. He and his staff are always very friendly, caring, professional in their approach to each patients fears or worries about going to the Dentist. They approach each patient as a friend and treat them as such, relaxing them and going over what they will do on the current visit. Then they prep you and proceed to take care of your dental needs.

Dr. Hill and his staff are friendly and caring. I recently went in for my first appointment and had a wonderful experience. The hygienist was gentle and thorough and Dr. Hill and the assistant were knowledgeable and kind. I had to have a tooth extraction done, and my beloved Dr. Hill was not available. So, I went to Dr. Gard because he was available. He was so wonderful!! He reassured me and had a wonderful manner. I felt like I was in good hands. It went very smoothly and much better than I thought it would. I was amazed that I was so pain free. I took two Advils and that was the extent of the meds I needed. One month later, healing is wonderful. Dr. Gard...You are an Amazing Animal! That's my favorite expression from the movie "Sea Biscuit". That's what I tell anyone who does a super job!!! Thank you, thank you!! Everyone in that office is wonderful. Ali the hygienist is also super!!!

My husband and I just visited Dr Hill's office for the first time. Wow were we impressed!!! The place was clean, technologically up to date in all areas of dentistry, friendly crew from the front office to and including the hygienists!! Dr Hill came across as a very caring, interested doctor. We were referred by friends and we found this experience to be far above what we expected. Normally I don't like the ultrasonic cleaning but Ruth turned the energy down and I felt no pain whatsoever!! Thanks to everyone in this office. We recommend it highly!!!

I had an awesome experience. The staff was friendly. I went in to get all my fillings and teeth cleaned. The cleaning was a walk in the park, when it was time to get all my fillings the staff was very nice. Keep in mind it had been awhile since I been to the dentist and I love candy!! I needed 7 fillings people!! Horrible right I know. Throughout the service I was asked if I am comfortable or would you like rest your jaw? Would you like a break? They kept their patient in mind even brought me a blanket because I was a tad bit cold. Overall the service was perfect. Thumbs up people!

MY wife and I have been going to see Dr. Hill since 2007. We have never been sorry. In fact my wife had an awful ailment for quite a few years. She had head aches and jaw pain. After seeing a medical doctor to make sure there was not a sinus infection her dentist sent her to an orthodontist to check if there was any problem with her jaw bone. All to no avail. We then moved to Henderson, NV. We went to see Dr. Hill and My wife told him of her problem. He researched it and on a subsequent visit he asked her how old was the bridge in her mouth. The next question was when did the pain start. After all was said and done Dr. Hill ground down the bridge to a height that would allow the upper teeth to drop down to a normal position. Once that was done and almost immediately, the pain stopped. She hasn't had pain since. My hat is off for Dr Hill.

I have been going to Dr. Hill for 7 years now and it's by far the best dental practice I've ever used. Everyone is super nice and Allie is a fantastic hygienist. I have recommended many people to Dr. Hill's office and everyone raves about him. Also, he's got evening hours which is a plus since I don't have to take time off work to get my cleanings or check-ups. My teeth have never looked better. Two thumbs up! :)

When I moved to this area from Pennsylvania, one of the things I was nervous about was finding a dentist that I loved as much as the one I had back home for many years. I needed several procedures that kept me in the chair for 5 hours straight. Dr Hill was by my side the whole time. Never felt any discomfort, he made sure of it. I respected him and trusted him from that day forward and have recommended him to everyone. His staff is professional and welcome us as if we are family. If there were more than 5 stars possible, I would go higher !!!

I love going to see Dr. Hill because the office is nice and new, clean and the office staff treats me like a king! My teeth need cleaning every 3 months so I probably see them more than other patients!
