So disappointed… called to schedule my daughter an appointment. No answer, took them 5 days to respond.
I’ve gone to Dr tang and her nurse practitioners for over 20 plus years… like literally my oldest she saw as a child has already graduated college…we don’t often go to the Dr’s but her practice has always been where we go. Even saw her office manager raise her babies behind the desk.
Now, they respond that since we haven’t been there for a while we are considered new patients and they no longer are taking new patients.
I have very little faith in the medical system of Las Vegas, this office was my last bit of hope.. and it just went down the drain.

The WORSTTTTTT front office service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Can’t speak for the Doctor as it’s impossible to get in. Was highly recommended by a friend but you can’t even get a call through. Everything online and my insurance provider said she was accepting new patients. Apparently not. No one answers the phone, no one calls back. You’re directed to text a number for immediate response - which is not immediate or quick AT ALL. The response seems like they’re from a 6 year old. Super unprofessional - incredibly disappointing.

Dr. Tang is someone who genuinely cares about her patients by being completely honest. I love my experience with her Dr. Tang and you can tell how she treats her staff. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for an overall great Dr./Human. 🤞🏾
