Every poor customer service, the number they provide. It goes straight to voice mail, you leave a message no one calls you back, I set up an appointment through their website and no one got back to me to confirm it. How they have these good ratings is beyond me!.

Dr. Kubal is a great doctor. I have recommended him to friends who now have him as their primary doctor as well as myself. The staff is all very nice and also very professional. His nurse is the best!! Actually everyone in the office is very good and the office isn't so big that you're just a number. Whenever you call you can speak with someone right away and they are very knowledgeable and are always helpful. If you need the nurse for any reason she is ALWAYS "on top of it" no matter what you need help with. Stephanie is intelligent, hard working and cares. Plus she has a great personality. This is the best little close-knit "family like" doctors office I've had, they all work well together as a team and you can always count on them to help you. Dr. Kubal and the ladies in the the office are all very personable and friendly. Dr. Kubal is a kind hearted man who never makes you feel uncomfortable and NEVER rushes you. He always makes you feel welcome when you are there and listens to everything you have to say and addresses your issues with compassion. He always shakes your hand, asks you how you are and makes eye contact. He's a very polite and respectful person that comes across to me as a doctor that actually loves what he does and helping people, which is far and few between IF you can even find a doctor like that at all, that really does care about others. Last thing is although he DOES take his time with his patients he is STILL almost always on time! 😁👍👨‍🍳🙏 Another great quality! My rating is AWESOME!🤩

Dr Kubal is such a nice n caring n genuine doctor. He is a Dr that really listens n cares about how you are doing n feeling n even your opinion on what he says the best care would be for you. He always makes sure you understand n are comfortable with his decision. Most Drs come into the exam room, spend 2 minutes with you, tell you what they are giving you, and run back out without you having a chance to say a word. Dr Kubal will sit n listen to you for as long as you need. You don't feel rushed at all in his office. I am so glad to have been referred to him by a friend after having to switch Drs due to insurance changes. I know my best interest is his number one priority.

They are giving more importance to the money rather than patient health n care , my spouse had very bad experience even though she went for physical exams they charged and when we called back to front office was not responded and very rude. Totally they are running for MONEY no care for patient health and problem .. We are surprised to see this kind of staff and Doctor in United States

Dr Vipul Kubal is the most helpful and sincere doctor i ever met.
He goes above and beyond in taking care of the patient.
