I don't know what these other people are talking about. They must be getting a hookup because this place is dirty and noisy. I got a few weeks of treatment and I have been in two different rooms. Both rooms, I've never once since any of the staff wiping down tables or cleaning anything. I've even seen staff direct patients to tables who other patients literally just got up from. And the girl definitely cuts the time for the treatments she does without a timer because the first time I had one girl from the front desk give me treatment and she took her time with the massage gun and added an ointment. The other Asian girl skipped steps and hurried the massage gun like she was late for lunch. It was very noticeable the difference from the first visit to the visits after. And the two rooms I've been in are jam packed that they will not hesitate to stuff up to five people in a room that's barely bigger than my closet. It's uncomfortable. I always wondered where these people come from because I don't see them coming from the office entrance I come in from and I'm wondering if it's connected to the good Samaritan next door because these people are rude and noisy. I'm here from my attorney Richard Harris, but i don't think they are here for the same thing. They seem to be here for leisure not trauma. The rooms are packed like sardines and the people in the room with me will be talking on speaker phone or talking to each other like they are yelling across a parking lot while I'm trying to recover from pain and trauma. I don't know why the staff doesn't say anything but I'm pretty disappointed that Richard Harris sent me here. If this wasn't being covered from my attorney, I would certainly not spend money to be here.
