I was there while on vacation because I had unfortunately developed a severe toothache. I was able to book an appointment right away and received a very friendly welcome. Everything was explained to me, and an X-ray was taken immediately. The entire team was very friendly, and the dentist took the time to examine my symptoms and help me. If you are looking for a dentist in Las Vegas, I can recommend this practice!

I went as a walk in and got seen within the hour. They fixed my lingual retainer and drained an abscess which was causing pain. Everyone was amazing. Cost was $99. I 100% recommend.

I brought my 17yo son in for a routine exam and cleaning. Everyone from the front staff, to the dental assistant, to the hygienist, to the dentist was amazing! The office was so clean and smelled really good and that’s always a plus in my book! I highly recommend this dentist office.

The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was. The floor, chairs, tools….. all of it. Then the staff! First I saw the office manager reading ACOTAR! That’s how I knew I was in goods hands. Everyone was super friendly. I was told I needed a deep clean, and I started freaking out when they told me there were going to give me a shot in my mouth. The doctor came over and explained the process. The office manager showed me the laser they were using and I wasn’t scared anymore. They have TV’s in every room and I was able to watch Rotten Mango…. Thinking about it now maybe it’s not the best to watch while getting a cleaning. The doctor was very gentle and asked me if I was okay. My teeth look amazing and I will be coming back.

Very thankful for them.
My husband ate something that cracked his tooth and we are not from Las Vegas. We goggled an emergency dental place and we took it by faith. It’s clean with friendly staff and very helpful. They were about to close in an 1/2 an hour and they took him in with no problem. It’s was fast and easy. Unfortunately he had to get his tooth taken out. The dentist was really nice and very informative and gave her suggestions for us to see our PCP when we get back home.
We are thankful. Now to enjoy the rest of our trip.
I would suggest to go there. They didn't kill our pockets.

The crown on my tooth that I had before I moved to Vegas fell off on a Friday evening. I found Las Vegas Blvd Dental & Orthodontics early Saturday morning and they took me in immediately. Staff is friendly but it’s another dental office that pushes the deep cleaning on everybody that walks thru the door. I tried this office bc it’s close to my home but I’m going back to Dr Tran by Durango, they don’t do that there and do excellent cleanings.
I’ve heard from a handful of people about the deep cleaning issue here but hoped differently. If you want to pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning, this is your place:)

I highly recommend you look elsewhere for dental and ortho work. I used to go to Siena Dental on St. Rose & Eastern, but my insurance recently changed and they are now out of network. If you are looking for a new dental office, I highly suggest Siena Dental.

In short, do not trust the office staff to keep you updated on a single thing. The office manager, Lauren, tells you she'll follow up with you and do what she can, but she won't. She told me several times she would follow up and give me a call and resolve the situation, and it took her A WHOLE MONTH to process a refund, and the entire nightmare from start to finish lasted 5 MONTHS.

The long version - I came in for Invisalign in May and I paid $3,299 the day of my consultation out of pocket, and $1,500 was billed to my insurance. Some time goes by and I haven't heard a word from the office, so I do some research to get an idea about how long Invisalign should take to receive. The consensus is anywhere between 2 weeks to 3 months, so I wait 3 months before I decide to call the office in August. I call the office, and they tell me they need me to come in again to get another scan. Why would they not tell me as soon as they knew? I don't know. I go in, do the scan, which they never did the first time, bringing me back to the moment someone in office said they didn't have the proper equipment for Invisalign, but then the dentist said they could still do it, making me think they were dishonest to begin with. I spoke to the office manager, Lauren, about my dissatisfaction with the way my situation has been handled to date and the lack of updates. She assured me that she would do everything she could to expedite the order and that she appreciated the patience. I was very cordial and understanding during this interaction. She never did what she said she would do, I have no idea how she has a job as an office manager. I was getting ready to sue this place. I had to keep calling for updates, because this office never called a single time to update me. Eventually, I got fed up with Lauren's empty promises and I told her that if I did not receive a call from the dentist by the end of the day, I would request a refund or figure out to how get my money back. She offered a refund in the moment, and I accepted because I could not wait to stop all interactions with this place. We were unsure if the refund would process correctly because my card info had changed, she offered a check, but of course I had to call her again to ask about the timeline and to make sure it was getting done. She assured me I would receive it within 7-10 business days and I did not. I called my bank to ask if a refund could still be issued to a card I no longer had, and they stated it was possible, so I then decided to request a refund to the original form of payment. I had to send them an email to follow-up in writing to start the process to get what I needed to formally sue this place, and only then did Lauren figure it out.

Terrible practice, terrible office manager, dishonest and unreliable.

Yes, I have picture proof to back up my story. So happy that I never have to speak or interact with this office ever again.

My experience in office was great! The aftermath has been less than stellar. I paid the total up front and was told that would be all it cost. Then I got a bill for more than I originally paid and they said my insurance denied the claim because I had already used the lifetime benefit. When I contact the insurance that was not the case at all. They had simply asked for detailed documentation about why I needed a retainer. I have had this insurance only during my adult life so they had no record of me having had braces so didn’t understand why I would need a retainer and they just needed a narrative from the doctor explaining that I had had braces when I was younger etc. I called and explained this to the office, which I shouldn’t have had to do in the first place, they said they would handle it. Then a month later I receive another bill. I called today(a Tuesday) find out if they ever sent the supporting documentation and they said the manager would call me back, either today or next week! Tuesday or wait until next week?!? What about the 3 other days of the business week?!? To say I’m annoyed by all of this would be an understatement!

Man…nothing but the best things to say about this place!

I woke up Saturday 10/19/24 with a toothache. Having dealt with tooth pain in the past and knowing how bad it can get, I made an appointment here for today 10/21.

Found out that I had a chip/crack in my tooth, and Dr. Manas was able to fill it the same visit. It was less than an hour from walking in to walking out, no pain at all, and I feel so much better.

10 stars if I could give it. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, and I have another appointment in a week and a half for a follow-up.
