Terrible. More specifically their office manger Laura. She lacks compassion and quite frankly cannot communicate. She has a "oh well" mentality. I question the person who hired her because they are ruining their own business having her manage. She listens to respond instead of listening to understand the patient needs. Belittling the patients is more important to her then finding a solution.

This office is wonderful, from the time you walk in to when you walk out you feel welcome. Reina is so personable and really just wants you to feel better. Dr. Wallace is so kind and bubbly, he immediately makes you feel at ease and I feel better every time I leave after being adjusted. He took the time to understand what I was feeling and what would be the best approach to fixing things.

COME HERE If you like to Waste gas and days off of Work and your Time.
It's the type of place, where u make an appointment and take the whole day off of work. Just for you to get there and say oh you have no appointment. When the proof is on my phone. And the lady told me to come early. And literally told me exactly what day had the only opening. Someone screwed up and won't admit it. How about never again. Horrible experience

Because of my surgeries, I cannot have manual manipulation. Dr. Scott Wallace performs therapy based on the individual needs. For me, he uses a little tool that thumps the trigger points and a drop table. I felt relief after the first few sessions. The staff is friendly and dedicated. And, treatment rooms are private.

I was worried about not being able to find a chiropractor open due to covid-19, they got me in the same day. I was in a lot of pain not able to walk and they found the source of my problem with the first visit and made a plan for me to get better. Very professional and caring.

Dr Wallace and the staff are amazing. I was pretty terrified to see a dr that bends you in pretzle shape but I was also desperate. They were gentle and caring and made me feel right at home. Dr Wallace gets right to the point in the most gentle way, you can tell he is there to help. Amazing all around I would send all my people here.

Dr. Wallace is my hero. I have known him since 2003. His adjustments have kept me straight and out of pain. Chiropractic services have been ongoing for me since the early 90's. We have moved from various areas of the country and I have experienced many different Doctors. When I went to Dr. Scott Wallace, he knew the perfect way to adjust my scoliosis. I've been a patient of Dr. Beamans for over 2 years now. When I came to see him I was always in constant pain. Atleast an 8/10 on the pain scale every day. If it wasnt for my job being on my feet all day I would be 100% pain free! The ladies in the office are very nice and polite. Always greeted with a smiling face and more than happy to answer any questions!

I was in a lot of pain and did not know where to go. Luckily, I found Las Vegas Chiropractic Associates. Dr. Wallace was very thorough, attentive, and quickly put my concerns at ease. Great bed-side manner, which is hard to find these days. I instantly felt better after the first treatment; and after a week, the majority of my pain had been resolved. The staff is also very kind, attentive and always made me feel comfortable. I appreciate Dr. Wallace and staff and will continue treating with this office as needed.

Dr. Wallace is Very gentle and caring physician and I have NO fear by going to him. He listens to your history and makes you feel completely relaxed. I came from San Diego going to a chiropractor for 30 plus years , the move to someone else was stressful. When I called the office someone told me he's gentle and I asked would you send your mother to him, she answered YES. That was enough for me to try Dr. Wallace out.
I'm new to his office maybe 6-8 visits with great results! I hope you give him a shot, I did and it couldn't feel better.
