Dr. Carr has been with me, it seems, for years, walking me through a Tibial Plateau Fracture that broke my tibia into 50+ pieces. Four year, and four surgeries later (two by Dr. Carr) I am now successfully on the mend. It could not have happened without him and his amazing support, encouragement and of course skill as an amazing doctor. He answered ALL my questions at the drop of a hat and I never needed to worry. Dr. Carr has completely given me my life back!

In my late 20's I started experiencing hip pain that progressed quickly and had me in high level pain 24/7. As a young mom and professional I was totally sidelined. The damage in my hip only got worse until my only option was a hip replacement.

It's unconventional to need a hip replacement at age 31 but Dr. Carr treated my condition, not my age – understanding how important it was for me to get back to my life without pain.

His office staff was incredible, surgery was a breeze, and within weeks I was pain free and have stayed that way for over 2 years. There's nothing I can't do with my new hip. Dr Brian carr is awesome, BUT HIS PODIATRIST GRANT YONEMOTO is very student new..no chart or file on u to help you. Came to me not ready. Had MRI DONE!!! and stated they can't locate 2x..he went in n out. Bad service waste my time and money. Im the patient and im not supposed to tell u how to do your job. I can tell u more but its too frustrating. Please be careful he doesn't seem to care or he is new still learning his practice to be a PODIATRIST. Horrible experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Carr and his PA Laura and x-ray nurse Marissa and their office staff is being highly professional and doing a fantastic job when I visited them today for my hip fracture.
Dr. Carr explained everything to me about the injury to my hip and all of my options for treatment ranging from rest and Limited walking to complete hip replacement surgery. Dr. Carr went above and beyond what most physicians do by showing me videos and patient success stories. He Suggested that I try to limit my mobility for the next 4 to 6 weeks and if the I currently have is not slowly diminishing that I should have another MRI with the possibility of hip replacement surgery. Dr. Carr and his staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I went to Dr. Carr with a shoulder issue and two previous surgeries from another surgeon in Las Vegas. I was told by that other surgeon that nothing was wrong and that there was nothing he could do. So I searched for another surgeon and found Dr. Carr. I am so thankful to have run across him. They scheduled me right away. When I arrived there wasn't any long wait times for a room and he came in shortly after. He took the time needed to listen to my complaints and worked out a plan to move forward. I did end up having surgery even though the MRI didn't really show too much. He listened to me when I told him I was in pain and something was wrong. He cleaned up some inflammation, and shaved down a bone to have more movement in the shoulder and, he also found a foreign material that shouldn't have been there which could have been most of my problems. Again, I am so happy I found him and I will be recommending him to anyone in need.

My 85 year old mom fell and broke her elbow on Christmas Day. What a nightmare. She’s had her fair share of doctors and surgeons. Dr Carr was a godsend for her. She is beyond picky and not easy to please. Researches everything! This doctor and his office staff are some of the most competent and caring people. They talk to you like you’re an adult. Not a child. They get the job done. This doctor follows up, keeps family informed and is always accessible to the patient. I feel like we are back in 1950s with the amazing treatment and bedside manner of the doctor and his staff. Over the last several years we have felt like we are at the mercy of the staff and doctors in this town and they know it! This office is committed to customer service. I wish more were like this. Dr. Brian Carr, MD is an amazing surgeon. I had an accident and badly fractured my wrist. After surgery now my wrist and arm is fully in alignment and looks perfect. My thanks to Dr. Carr‘s expertise. Dr. Carr recently performed a total hip replacement on my right hip. This hip had been deformed. My entire life lived in pain towards the end. I am six weeks into recovery from left hip replacement surgery and was going to wait until I was fully healed. But if my review spurs one person who is suffering into seeking treatment with Dr. Carr, I decided to post now. I spent two months in horrible pain that steadily got worse until I was suffering 24/7. I was on crutches and misdiagnosed every step of the way until I saw Dr. Carr. I called his office on a Tuesday and had an appointment for Thursday. I already had an MRI scheduled for Friday, and at Dr. Carr’s request, brought the results to him on Tuesday as soon as they were available. I was in surgery by the next Tuesday and even though I’m not 100% yet, I am almost pain free, am able to walk freely with a walker, stand for a long time without bracing, take a few steps without assistance, and am able to perform many normal functions. Include in all this that I will be 75 years old next month. All that said - here is the best part - the staff and Dr. Carr are top notch people. I have been treated with sensitivity, respect and attention to my needs. Appointments are timely made and I have never had to wait. Laura is an empathetic and capable Practitioner and makes me feel like she truly cares about my wellbeing. I end with Dr. Carr himself. He is caring and personal and truly invested in your health, both physical and emotional. How many surgeons have you ever come across in your life that give you a direct cell number after your surgery to call any time, any day and responds every time within 5 minutes and scolds you if don’t call him when you need to. Bottom line, prior to surgery I was living with an 8-10 pain level and could barely use my left leg. Surgery was the best thing that could have happened. I am now virtually pain free and able to move with so much more freedom. I have no doubt with Dr. Carr’s supervision and the smooth running machine his office is, I will fully heal. I am now and will forever be grateful I found Las Vegas Concierge Orthopedics.

Was seeing Dr. Carr for follow up after surgery knee replacement. Everything was as expected knee looked good Dr Carr and his office staff are wonderful. They are very concerned about your recovery process and always available for you. He the only Doctor I know that gives you direct access to him if you have a problem you can call or text him , not his office and wait for them to reach him. He and his assistant Marissa, (the best stitcher in town) and Madison in the office are the best there is. No doubt about it.

My mom had fallen back in September and had hip surgery by another Doctor who I did not want to return to. Unfortunately, a few months later she was in incredible pain. I took her to her PCP who order some new X-rays of her hip and referred her to Dr Carr. Dr Carr and his staff were awesome! He reviewed her X-rays found the problem and scheduled surgery right away. They walked us through all the steps that we would experience before and after surgery. They where available for every question and concern we had before and after surgery as well. My total left knee replacement experience has been incredible. Dr. Brian Carr, MD, and his entire business team’s customer service delivery is Outstanding. Amazing!!! Dr. Brian Carr reconstructed my ACL and found (then repaired) a meniscus tear on MRI that a previous orthopedic doctor and two radiologists missed! He is an exceptional doctor - thorough, kind, brilliant, evidence-based, and made me feel comfortable for my first surgery. Dr. Carr is amazing. I broke my ankle. I was scared. He puts you at ease. His personality is amazing and you can see he really cares about his patients. We are not just a paycheck. He did my surgery at Henderson hospital. All the nurses there are amazing and they all had nothing but good ro say about Dr. Carr. Then we can talk about his office staff. I broke my ankle Saturday morning and I was in front of the doctor by 11am Monday. Rhe ladies could hear the pain in my voice and went out of their way to help me. Dr. Brian Carr is an incredible experienced and competent doctor. My right knee was very swollen and needed draining for the first time; he made the frightening process feel absolutely painless and look very easy.

About a week later I was able to bend my knee again. About 2 weeks later my knee and leg was fully restored back to normal with 0 problems.

His staff was kind and professional.

It was a blessing being referred to Dr. Brian Carr and his awesome office.

Absolutely amazing and life changing! From front desk (Madison) to Dr. Carr they have helped myself and husband through a rough journey. Fractured femur, he wasn’t quick for surgery so he recommended being immobile for a while to see if the bone could heal.
Still not out of the woods but after 3 months Dr. Carr approved physical therapy to start weight bearing and learning to walk. We’ll see how that goes and evaluate in a month.
During this whole process if we had a question or a problem they would respond as quick as possible and address the issue or concerns. Dr. Carr and his office staff go above and beyond when it comes to patient care.

If you need orthopedic surgery, you need Dr. Brian Carr.
After years of being told I needed a knee replacement because that’s where I had pain, a knee surgeon recommended I get hip replacement first! I saw two surgeons within my insurance network who probably were qualified but were more focused on scheduling than explaining. I knew there had to be a better alternative. There was.
My initial evaluation with Dr. Carr was different in all the right ways. No rush, he sat beside me and explained the X-ray of my hip that I was seeing and what the anterior approach (only way to go) would entail. He also predicted my knee pain would resolve as a result of the hip replacement. I was hopeful for the knee but skeptical 🤨
The post-surgical time is as close to pain-free as possible and my knee has stopped hurting, entirely!
Post-op questions I had were only a phone call away to receive the answer.
I had total trust in Dr. Carr and his skills and that has been confirmed every step of the way.

I had an emergency. I needed a hip replacement. Dr carr called me and two hours later I was in surgery. Had a follow up appointment. He was so friendly and professional. He had given my brother his cell number. Everytime he called dr carr answered and addressed the issues.

Went to doctor carr Feb 12th 2023. I was diagnosed with possible tendon or ligament tear. Waited over a month for them to comicate with DSI RADIOLOGY which that company is a joke! Insurance denied for not having enough info on referral for MRI! Called office on numerous occasions and there was always an excuse!!! "Not our fault, it's DSI that dropped the ball!". Then got X-rays at desert springs hospital to send in with referral! Diagnosis was left the same which the insurance company said wasn't enough information the first time! Needless to say it's may 9th 2023 now and still don't have approval for MRI! The people were nice at office and Dr. Carr seems like a good doctor , however i feel that there office did not advocate for me at all!!! BJust feel like a number or a non-important patient!

I’m a very difficult person to work with and they did their very best to make sure that I was accommodated. Other then I am all biotic I like it is it too tight do you think that’s my only question for you OK not gonna fall off yeah I think it’s doing that so I just got thunder thighs and then we got like that much that much but I think it’s OK.
