I couldn’t be more grateful for Marlene, she is welcoming, reassuring and most importantly the upmost respectful. She always greets me with a smile and always makes me feel so comfortable. I know I’m always in the best hands with it comes to her. She is knowledgeable and always answers any questions or concerns I may have. It was my first time receiving laser hair removal and she was so gentle and always checked in on me during the service. She really caters to what your skin needs and I couldn’t be more happy with her and her service! I couldn’t recommend Marlene enough. I have had several facials with Las Vegas Skin Pros with Marlene and Cale. The exfoliating facial with dermaplaning was such a refreshing treatment removing dead skin creating an amazing glow. The red light treatment calmed down the redness from my rosecea. Each esthetician was professional, explaining the treatments and processes throughout. They also provided recommendations about other treatments and products which my skin could benefit from. Also the receptionists are so friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend Las Vegas Skin Pros more for some skin pampering.

I've been coming back to Las Vegas Skin Pros for a while now, the whole staff is very friendly and welcoming and honestly Marina is the reason I keep returning. She's incredible at what she does and makes you feel completely comfortable every single visit.

I've done everything from hydrafacials to lymphatic drainage and have loved every treatment. I loved it so much I got a membership, and I even convinced my husband to come in. That says it all!

I've had three treatments here so far, and my experience has been fantastic.

One of the things that stood out to me most was the honesty and professionalism of the staff. I originally scheduled an appointment for PRP under-eye treatment, but during my consultation I realized that PRF was actually what I was looking for. I also expressed interest in CO2 laser treatment for my face and asked which option would provide the greatest benefit for my concerns.
I genuinely appreciated that they were honest in recommending the CO2 CoolPeel rather than simply proceeding with the treatment I initially booked. Their recommendation made me feel confident that they were focused on achieving the best outcome for me rather than selling additional services. They were willing to refer me to another provider within the practice because it was the better fit for my needs, which says a lot about their integrity.

All three of my treatments—HydraFacial, CO2 CoolPeel, and microneedling, were performed by Marlene. She is always professional, kind, and transparent about what to expect from each treatment. She doesn't promise miracles or oversell results, which I greatly respect.

Overall, I've been very happy with my experience and would recommend this med spa to anyone looking for knowledgeable providers who prioritize patient care and honest recommendations.

I hate giving bad reviews to small businesses but others need to be warned. Last year I went in for a lip filler, my coworker recommended Yana and that was the reason I went there. Called and made the appointment with the recommended injector. After checking in I was confused why I was welcomed by Jey not Yana. The front desk never mentioned that Yana wasn't working there at any point I made the appointment or when I checked in. But I went in anyway since I got 2 syringes, Jey was okay and reassured me that he's an expert, he also said he has his own place where he does lips and gave me his business name. After my first session I had some concerns regarding some lumps and I called to speak with the manager to address the lack of transparency and maybe get a refund for my second syringe that I didn't use. I called 4 or 5 times and the manager never returned my calls. The lumps went away and I went to see Jay again a few month later. Recently they had an offer for lip filler and I purchased it thinking I'd see Jey again. Same thing, made an appointment for him, checked in mentioning his name and a different injector took me in. The front desk didn't care to tell me he's not there anymore and someone else will be injecting me. I don't know about you but even when I get my haircut I like to see the same person I know and trust. Even more with injections that last months and adverise a specific result. I absolutely lost my trust in this place. Not to mention that after this last incident I wanted to see where Jey's clinic was and it doesn't exist. It's just an LLC registered at his house with that same name he gave me. The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because they have deals on injectables. I have 1 syringe left now but I'm not going back. ALSO they don't give refunds if you decide it's not for you.

I’ve been going here for over a year and everyone there is amazing. Marlene does my facials and she is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. A lot of med spas push you isn’t signing up for the “new best thing” at Las Vegas Skin Pros they show you the best for your skin type and what will get you to the goal you want. The office is beautiful as well! This place is great inside and out!

Marlene is the best! I have been going monthly for the last few months and getting an acne facial and she has been nothing but great !! My injector Jay is amazing. He is very knowledgable and cares about your skin and face. Not like other facilities that only care about the dollar amount

I had such a great experience at Skin Pros with Cale. From the moment I walked in, he really took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and allowed me the space to make decisions without any pressure. He was informative about the services offered and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free.

I recently visited a competitor who unfortunately failed in those areas and even changed and overcharged services without informed consent, which made me appreciate Skin Pros even more. The difference in professionalism and integrity was night and day.

Because of the care and attention I received, I ended up purchasing a package for future visits and even upgraded to an enhanced service. They also generously provided aftercare products, which was a thoughtful touch.

I have been coming to Skin Pros for a while now. The entire staff is not only friendly, but super professional, efficient, knowledgeable and overall truly phenomenal. They have taken care of all of my skin care needs as well as overall maintenance. From my monthly Facials with Nayeli, to having all of my injections from Gina.

Nayeli is always wonderful. Every month she leaves my skin looking fantastic and blemish free. I recently was told that you can “ice skate on my face” because I am so smooth!

Recently, Gina has reconstructed my jawline and I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS. I am usually very skeptical with putting any filler in my face, but after trusting in her work, not only did she maintain my youth, but gave me a new, more masculine/chiseled appearance that I have always wanted. Gina also did my Dysport which I’ve had done for years! I usually require some form of a touch up, but not anymore!

Being a performer, you never want to overdo it. Gina made sure she took every precaution and worry I had and turned it into exactly what I wanted and more!!!! I am not only thankful for her work, but everyone here at Skin Pros!!!
