I was never told that o would have to go home or work with a hole in my back with a urine bag line from it. I was told after surgery had taken place then I was told that when my antibiotic was done that they would remove it so I called to make an appointment where I was put on hold several times for 15 minutes at a time and then told that I would have to keep this bag on my back for an additional 4 weeks. I was lied to and I have a job to obtain and can’t pay my rent if I don’t work. The dressing is supposed to be changed as well so I don’t get an additional infection. This place had me on the phone for 44 minutes to transfer me to someone else who would not answer the phone and sent me to voicemail because Aliya’s hands were tied. They are putting me at risk to getting another infection. This is by far the worse place ever. I’m sure if it was their family it would be a different. The dressing needs to be changed and further more I can’t continue working like this with limited hours unless you guys are going to pay my rent. The doctor is on limited hours well I’m getting limited hours at work because of this surgery that I was not informed about having to have this line in my back with a urine bag.

Dr Baranoff was one of the most rude and unprofessional doctos I have ever encountered and even many years still remember his name due the mental trauma he caused me while trying to get diagnosed with my autoimmune disorder.

I have stents put into my urethra left and right which shouldn't have been there by a stupid urologist in Bullhead City Dr McGraw saved my life I could not sleep at night sleep deprivation frequent urination he pulled both of them out God bless him God bless him... he is the best

LV urology is a great firm for your urology issues.The front desk and office staff are kind and very attentive and help with no long wait time in the reception area.
I saw my new doctor, Dr Grudzinski who is my new doctor as Dr Larsen retired.

I am a kidney patient I’ve had kidney stones for over 22 years. My experience at this location very rude people that work there. Then they ignore me and then the girl in the front desk does not wear a mask she coughed in her hand and then she took my ID and medical card when I confronted her and asked her if she sanitized her hands she laughed at me and said no she did not sanitize her hands. And then she asked me to go ahead and leave. I will never go or trust doctors in Nevada all therefore is money. They are not there to help patients they are there to just make their income. My experience at this location if I could give zero stars I would . I will never go back I’d rather lose my kidneys and go on dialysis instead of going back to these people.

Everything seemed to appear as it should. I got in town a couple hours early and the staff was pleasant and gladly moved my appointment up to accomodate my request. Dr. McCraw seemed good for my first visit. I have scheduled another coming up in a few weeks. No problems, no concerns.

Tldr; Negligent service, incompetence, uncleanliness, and disregard for federally protected PHI makes me wonder how this office continues to operate. Seen through the first half of 2021.

Feel safe writing this review knowing that I will not be receiving services here again. Thus the fiasco begins:

Came here for follow-up to side-pain in February 2021. Started the process of getting medical information sent from another provider to this one. LV Urology had to cancel the first appointment (not counting in-office paperwork filing done before) because their system was down. OK.

I call more times to see if they have the information, no pickup or callback. On third call, I have to cancel a second appointment because LVU does not respond.

Callback! Reschedule for March! Arrive - They haven't sent in the paperwork requesting my medical info. I leave (no paying deductible for no services rendered), but get a "you are late" call for my canceled appointment. Good work, guys.

They finally get things straight with the medical info, tell me nothing new. I go get more tests, some minor exploratory surgery that also helps alleviate the pain until the test results are in.

Arrive at another appointment expecting to discuss the results and next steps. Instead, doc is expecting to do surgery on me to reverse the pain relief??? No word that this was going to happen or what ought happen after?

That was an easy decline. (See attached photo for a bit of refuse left in the operating room.) At least forced the doc to give me the lowdown in his scrubs.

See another doctor who frequents this location and others. Get some more serious surgery lined up. Final check-in before surgery, I am put in an exam room. Guess what is on the unlocked computer?

A previous patient's full medical history at this location was up on screen. I had full rein to look around - names, address, history. Unobserved, unrestricted access to this for the 15-20 minute wait time. (Did I mention that most appointments will be 30-60 minutes delayed at least?)

I still haven't reported the HIPAA/PHI violations yet - still keeping proof, though. Maybe I will visit the Department of Health and Human Services after this review...

Just can hope you will visit anywhere else but this location. Even if you have to travel farther to another office, do it. Save your privacy, dignity, and frustration at *waves hands at Las Vegas Urology*.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I was a new patient in pain and had an appt. I arrived to my appt 20 minutes early and when I went inside the front desk lady told me that they were super busy today and had to reschedule my appt. How can the doctors be too busy when I had an appt?? The front desk lady was disgustingly rude. I walked out and will never return!! I have seen Dr Zapinsky on two separate occasions. Once was for microscopic hematuria and kidney stones and the other time for a recurrent UTI that was resistant to 4 courses of antibiotics treatment. Dr Zapinsky was dismissive of my kidney stones and told me I was eating, "too much spinach." Then he attempted to put me on an antibiotic for a year for my uti without any investigation into what the underlying pathology was. (I am only 42 yrs old, and my type of UTI is abnormal without underlying pathology) He told me I was, "just getting older." Turns out, Zapinsky, I have a parathyroid tumor. Thanks for nothing. Unless your illness is glaringly obvious, I would try another doctor.

everything is pretty darn good. dr wise is very competent and saved my 93 year old father a bunch of needless surgery and went with a completely noninvasive route. the dr is very busy unfortunately so sometimes he has been a little lacking on bedside manner. i understand this and so does my pops. that is why we keep coming back.

the staff there is pretty good too! more than pretty good and at times down right awesome! again, the place is so busy so they to lack in bed side manners at times. it probably comes down to getting in all of the patients so that they all get seen and helped.

the office is clean and orderly for the most part if a little small in the front. the back office is in very good shape as well. the rooms looked clean for the most part and they had more then enough space to handle my dads wheel chair. it can be cold in the winter so bring a blanket and jacket for your parents / grand parents.
