I brought my daughter in for possible strep throat and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was able to schedule an appointment ahead of time, and we were seen, diagnosed (thankfully not strep), and on our way in under an hour. The provider and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming from start to finish, and the facility was very clean. Whether you live in Vegas or you're visiting from out of town like we were, I highly recommend this urgent care!

This was one of the best health care experiences I have had in recent years. I ended up with the flu after a day in Vegas. They quickly got me in, determined the issue, administered an IV, etc. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend if in need of an urgent care stay in Vegas.

Such a great urgent care! Saw my hubby right away, knew exactly what the issue was and sent us on our way literally in 20 minutes! Amazing! The staff was also super friendly and helpful. They don’t take insurance so be prepared to pay out of pocket, but they give you a super bill and all necessary paperwork to submit a claim to your insurance company. Awesome!

I came here after feeling sick all morning from drinking too much the night before. They checked on me right away and started an IV, and within an hour I was feeling much better. Krista and Robin were extremely accommodating, and the clinic itself was wonderful. I highly recommend this place for general health needs or quick recovery from a hangover!

We werden super snel en heel vriendelijk geholpen. Mijn dochter kwam hier voor een abces bij haar staartbeen en dat was best ongemakkelijk voor haar. Maar de arts had humor en zorgde ervoor dat mijn dochter helemaal op haar gemak werd gesteld. Heel kundig en betrokken. Als buitenlander betaal je een duidelijk vooraf gezegd vast bedrag wat je thuis kunt declareren bij je zorgverzekering. Je krijgt alles netjes op papier mee. Ik zou iedereen aanbevelen maar deze kliniek te gaan als je iets mankeert. Dank voor de goede zorgen!

I had a wonderful experience at VIP Urgent Care Las Vegas. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. The receptionist/nurse made the check-in process easy and quickly took my vitals.

The nurse practitioner was exceptional. She tested my urine sample, explained the results clearly, and took the time to thoroughly go over my diagnosis. She explained exactly how to care for myself, what medication she was prescribing, and how to take it. She also printed out information about my diagnosis with detailed care instructions, as well as a list of my medications for the pharmacy nearest to the hotel where I was staying, which I really appreciated.

What stood out most was that she didn’t just treat the problem, she also gave me practical advice on how to help prevent it from happening again. She was attentive, compassionate, and very straightforward with her medical advice, which made me feel informed and confident about my treatment.

Thank you to the entire team for providing such excellent care. I highly recommend VIP Urgent Care to anyone needing medical attention while visiting Las Vegas.

Dr. Hass was very personable. She explained everything in detail. She provided great instructions on how to do after care with several different options to ease my pain. I showed up at 6pm and I was able to get in immediately. Her staff was very friendly and professional.
