Made an appointment and they call the day before and tell me I need a picture of my eye for $39 when Dialation is covered by my insurance. Said they can't do dilation which is not true because I called another lens crafters and they said they can. They were just trying to get extra money. Now I have to Henderson to get it done. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when I made the appts for my daughter and I, they verified our insurances, but failed to tell me they did not accept my daughter's on the frames and lenses side so trying to tell my 8 yr old that she was going to have to wait to pick glasses somewhere else after already picking out something she liked, ended up costing me $140 extra for a cheap basic pair. Should have been made aware of this at the time of scheduling. Still loved their selections and availability.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted immediately, told them I had an appointment they directed me to the receptionist she was printing all my paperwork that I completed online, which is so much easier than filling out forms. I was immediately taken to the exam room for testing which went really smooth. Was greeted by Dr Jones with a kind sparkle in her. The testing of my prescriptions went smoothly since I have anxiety, we even talked about my last name as most people always state if that’s Italian 🤌 talked about pizza and attempting to start a business venture with my son ,once testing and our love for pizza I was taken to meet Shahzad very friendly he went over my benefits in which he stated I had really good benefit plan. Informed him I was on a budget and wanted to use my Big Black Versace sunglasses, he took the lenses out to see how I would like them on my face and I asked for his honest opinion and I was really appreciative of the feedback which was not bad he stated now you’ll be wearing theses all day. He gave me the price for my lenses , scratch resistant, glare resistant and transitional a price to use for my Versace and stated that if I chose new lenses with my insurance discount with a coupon it would be the same price. I told him I really loved Ray Bans so we headed over to look at them , I tried on the black frames which I usually get and a shimmering pair of colors caught my eyes . I tried them on and fell in love with them as they went well with my silver hair . He even stated that the frames actually change colors in darkness as he put them in a dark covered dome I was in awww. They were magical matching my spirit all this while he answered phone calls. Informed him he made my day being kind and honest in assisting me on getting the best rate possible. I am truly grateful for these Holy moments. Thank you to all Lens Crafter team 💯 highly recommend Lake mead and Tenaya.

I have been going to this location for many years. It's convenient to me and I liked the atmosphere of a high end well maintained store. Although that is not exactly the case now, Dr. Jones with her smile and patience and Mr. Shahzad with his great advice, made it worth the while! The salespeople were nice and let me look for as long as I wanted with no pressure, and when I found the one I liked Shahzad was very helpful explaining the progressive lenses (it was my first time getting them). I was greeted when I came in. Everyone was very friendly. I was a little early for my appointment but I was seen immediately. Dr Jones made me feel comfortable. She explained my diagnosis and what I needed for my eye care.. Shahzad helped me with my eyeglass choice. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. The whole process from checking in, eye exam and eyeglass fitting was very smooth. Excellent service.

I tried out the progressives they didn't work. They split them into 3 pair.
One pair was a reading set of glasses I could not focus consistently. They were very inconsistent with the vision.
Especially as a truck driver.
I found out they're called digital lenses.

I don't understand them all the way, but I could not focus correctly and I returned them also.
If we can't focus and see correctly, they are not the correct lense for us. We can not adjust our eyes for a lense that doesn't focus our vision.
It makes me think that the 5 star reviews are not true customers here.

Howard helped me with progressive lenses for frames I purchased online from a vendor outside of the USA that was unable to fill my lenses prescription. I already had a current eye exam prescription, so I wasn't required to get my eyes checked by a LensCrafters doctor. Howard was professional, friendly and efficient, and he worked his magic to give me the best price possible for progressive lenses with my required prism. I am looking forward to picking up my new glasses. I was advised that they would be ready in 7 to 10 days, and sadly I haven't received an E-mail that they are ready, even though today is day 11 since the order was placed. I tried calling the store, but my call went unanswered. The automated message stated that all of the associates were busy with other customers and I would get a callback in the next two day's, which wasn't a very helpful. If I don't get an E-mail tomorrow morning, I will drive to the store location to see if my glasses are ready for pick-up. Thank you for your help Howard!

I needed my glasses done by today which no other store would take due to the liability and at first based off the lenses that I wanted it would’ve took 10 days. I asked him if it could be done any faster and he found better lenses for the same price that were in stock and did it himself it 15 mins. He has a lot of experience and I would say if you need anything done fairly quick and professionally he’s the guy you need to go to.
